- You must be over the age of 18 to commission me
- PayPal adress is needed to send the invoice.
- Charge back or not paying at all will result in permanent blacklist, cancellation of services and a report.
- When purchasing explicit content you are agreeing that you are over 18 years old.
- Explicit content may be discussed, howewer i will definitely not draw:
fetishes
closeups of exposed intimate parts
anything more than cartoon violence.
- By agreeing to the above Terms for explicit art i can not be held accountable if you are under the legal age. This includes, but is not limited to, in a Court of Law, If found to be under the age of 18 you lose all rights to use the artwork produced as well as are permanently blacklisted from all my services.
- Credit has always to be given whenever my work will be shown or displayed.
- Up to two months per piece to finish (i have the right to take more if something happens for ex. i'll get sick)
- displaying artwork is allowed only after full payment.
- No artwork i created may be used for any form of harrasment or profanity which includes racism, bullying, slander or any way of hurting anyone.
- If you sell a character that i have done art for, the owner is not permitted to post or display it untill they have my permission (they can keep the art, just not post.)
- Commisions are added to the queue and the person is informed when their piece is being started.
- Payment must be sent within 24 hours from recieving invoice unless discussed differently.
- Payment plan can be arranged. Payment is taken in three installments, done every week (only for prices over $25.)
- artwork will not be started until a minimum of 50% total price has been paid.
- Prices will not be haggled.
- No tolerance for harrasment
- After five changes there will be a $2 fee added per change (sums up with the pose/perspective change at flatcolor stage)
- Very complex character = up to 4$ fee added to the original price.
- There will be no refund after the work has been done.
- Maximum of 50% price reduction may be issued if artist were not to meet the deadline.
- If you force a refund or open a dispute without discussing first, that will result in blacklisting.
- Refunds may take up to 90 days to complete, This is due to the money being transferred after they are sent.
- In case of commission cancellation i make the refund not including money for the work that is already done.
By commissioning SwingingSwing you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions.
