My Characters
Posted 10 years agoThis has been updated as of June 2015 and the old journal has been deleted.
I can't draw my characters, but I have some talented people in my life that have drawn them for me <3
My main character (OC) is a hybrid of a leopard and a tiger (a leoger) so she has spots and stripes. She is a bit larger than average girls (think Amazonian). She has burgundy curly/wavy hair and her eyes glow (like this) along with some of her spots/stripes. I'm not RPing with her so there is no backstory.

AFK Tavern

lapinstein and I went there last night with his sister and brother.
Lots of geeks/nerds there, food was good, had some decent artwork on the walls, and game-related decor (horde/alliance flags up, mario star napkin holders, etc). Apparently they allow you to draw on the bathroom walls too, so there's various kinds of amateur art up.
Server was nice, but it was definitely different than a normal restaurant experience. For instance, when we walked in she handed us menus and told us to find a table on our own. Food was good though, not amazing but it was good and game-themed. Topher had some mead, and pretended to be regal. There's even a Thrall burger that isn't on the menu that you have to ask for.
There were people playing video games both on their own laptops (using the wifi provided by the restaurant) and on the consoles/tvs the restaurant provided. Someone was failing at floating with a cape on Mario on the big hdtv and
lapinstein quietly nerdraged about it at our table lol
It's not too far from where topher lives so he'll be able to visit it again, I'll have to wait til I visit him again to be able to go back and possibly see more of the place -- it was super busy and it was a weeknight. Can just imagine how packed it is on weekends.
So glad topher's sister told us about the place.
