 nanokoex is running a few different comics. There's the Fur Affinity Manga, a card game style comic where the cards are peoples's characters. You can volunteer the be in the manga as well, just contact nanokoex. Disney Junction is an upcoming title that will be a reimagining of classic Disney characters. Finally, there's Alternite Crossover, which the artist pitches as being "set in the infamous town of Bon Bon featured in the "Pleasure Bon Bon" comics but will have a twist."

 ValetheHowl's End of Time Tournament comic features a number of volunteered characters facing off against each other to fulfill their greatest wish. Winners of each round are determined through the votes of readers. I'm in the tournament myself, so I won't be voting for the sake of keeping things fair, but if you like the idea and want to help pick the tournament winner, then definitely check it out!
