Christmas Gifts Finished!
Posted 13 years agoAlright. I had close to 40 people to choose from, and I got about 15 done.
I've got gifts for
Kyoma and
Toroko and
MatsuriGryphon finished, will scan them on Christmas Day since Mom's very antsy about me going in her room.
I'll declare them finished for this year. Better luck next time, everyone who made the list!
Hope I did my part to spread Christmas cheer. :3

The sucky thing about the apocalypse
Posted 13 years agoIsn't so much that I'll die, but the fact it'll be just three days before my birthday. :V
Normally I'm mad that Christmas overshadows my birthday on the 24th, but goodness, this takes the cake!

Buying Old Stuff
Posted 13 years agoIt's awesome. Like, 1 gift becomes 5.
My tree will have many gifts for me. I must be getting like 20 games, a PS3, plushies, and probably some shirts. Oh, even some books as well.
I feel like such a nerd.
Will also be getting into Spyro!
Just felt like putting something new up here.

The Next Great Adventure
Posted 13 years ago"Everything has its end. I know that's kind of sad, but that just means we need to make the most of what time we have." -Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic and the Black Knight
Within the past hour we laid my chocolate Pomeranian Bella to rest. Approximately 5 or so years of age, she unfortunately contracted a severe autoimmune disease, tearing her body apart from the inside. With a bit of prayer and some drastic medicine, we were able to keep her alive for two more months, but she was simply not responsive today, and we made the tough decision.
I was not present to watch the euthanasia; I did not think I'd be able to handle it. In truth, I am more saddened by seeing my mother in tears than the loss of my canine companion.
Though it is sad to see her go, I am nonetheless happy that she is at peace, rather than being kept alive further in a miserable state. When we last pondered putting her to rest, she had been in a hospital for days, dehydrated, surrounded by strangers. Now her final memories were of the family who took her in, who made sure she was spoiled for the last weeks of her life.
I remember when she would bark at the slightest whisper and wake up the whole house when my German shepherd joined the orchestra. I remember how upon seeing a bug, she would stick her snout up against it and follow it around. How she would bark and yip every time we went for a car ride, demanding to come with us.
Words cannot describe all the joyous memories I had with my dear pet, but I must make it clear that I cared about her. I only am able to maintain this facade of optimism because I viewed these last two months not as hers, but as a prayer God had answered. It would have been unappreciative of me to beg for more time, having had two months to shower her with affection before the time came for her to go.
Rest in Peace, Bella Limonata.

And Into the Abyss We Go...
Posted 13 years agoSo. Bella's been puking a lot. We gave her a large antibiotic the other day and she seems non-responsive. She has some pretty nasty wounds on her one leg - though despite my insistence no one wants to put the cone on her - and those keep opening back up.
Overall, the image is pretty bleak. We'll be giving her a checkup tomorrow. The vet will recommend either sticking with this or making the call to euthanise her.
Though it is saddening to see her go, I find myself ready to accept it this time around. When I begged the Lord for His mercy upon her back in October, I specifically requested only a few weeks or months. I have been given 2 more months, and have been able to show her how much I care for to a satisfactory degree.
I hope for the best, but nonetheless give my thanks to God for hearing the prayers of someone who had never before professed faith or confidence in Him. It would be unappreciative, I feel, to beg for her continued survival a second time, as I should instead be thankful she was able to last this long.
So while her loss will certainly be painful, I am able to take a deep breath and try and think positively. Her suffering will have ended, and I will have been able to make my peace with her. Who knows, perhaps I shall see her again some day...

VORE Update I - Noel
Posted 13 years agohttp://voregamebook.tumblr.com/Noel1
So there's about 8 chapters or so built thus far. We have three endings already, two of them jokes and 1 vorish.
There's three sex scenes, two consensual and one non, to be added later, but I just figured I'd share what I have at the moment. :3
You may also vote on whether we should continue with Noel or move onto Nicky or Sacha.

I own this bitch. >:V
I've been busy you can see. <3
===
Bella's blood count is up to 30 and her platelets are normal. We've had to nuke her immune system to keep her alive, but antibiotics are picking up the slack. She seems happy and all, so that's the important thing. ^___^
Full list of stuff I gave up for Bella's survival:
-Masturbation
-Paid URLs
-Chocolate and ice cream
-Need to carry her fat butt around the block every day
This lasts until November 2nd. :V
I'm off to finish
Vemus 's commission finally, toodles!

We spent the day pampering Bella in preparation for her likely euthanasia.
Later on in the day, as I idled doing something, my mother comes in to say "it's time." I was under the impression we were going to put Bella to sleep tomorrow, so naturally I was shaken. Nonetheless I got ready quick in a formal-ish enough outfit for what I expected to be the saddest day of my life (for reference: I have never ever had a single death in the family that was someone I was close to).
So we go there, I being sure to pet and brush Bella the whole way there. But we do note that she's perfectly energetic and relatively upbeat, versus when she was taken to the hospital prior, where she was basically a step up from dead. Our fears gradually give way to hope.
The Doctor takes a blood sample. My mother is on the verge of tears as she fears for the worst.
He returns. He says that her blood count has gone up nearly 10% in the previous 24 hours. My mother is shocked for the rest of the day at this miracle.
Naturally I am elated. The doctor thinks that Bella will make it, albeit she will need to remain on medication for the rest of her life.
These last few days have been hectic. a constant stream of good news and bad. My mother is a nervous wreck. I've tried to avoid becoming one myself.
I've even picked up the practice of praying, finding myself growing ever more faithful. I've tried to make use of what white magic I know in desperation. Her coming home and not being in that creepy hospital has likely assisted as well.
So, it seems she will make it. At least for a bit longer. This isn't entirely a free lunch, however. I may have made a promise to God that I will give up four of my favorite activities for a month (Oct. 1-Oct. 31) if her life could be extended, by weeks or months.
But, my sweet puppy is worth it. Amen.

Dog In Hospital
Posted 13 years agoSo the last few days, my dear, sweet Bella's been in the hospital.
A chocolate Pommeranian, she's developed some sort of autoimmune disease, which is causing her body to basically eat all her blood cells. We managed to cure the condition for a few months with steroids, but she has relapsed, and it seems as if nothing is working.
For the last few days I've tried to remain optimistic, and have been brought to tears more by how torn up my mother is than by her condition. But today, even I can feel the beginnings of sadness in my eyes.
She is but four years old. A sweet, dense little ball of fur. We are hoping her new blood transfusion and some drugs can fix this, but if it doesn't work tonight, we plan to stop attempting treatment, make her a princess for a day, and then grant her peace.
I have never really considered myself very religious, but I nonetheless pray before bed, clinging to the hope someone can hear me and will give her more time... be it weeks or months, even.
I've begun tasking my family with trying to pray (much to the raising of many eyebrows). Nothing elaborate, just a simple plea to the Heavens. I even attempted to use some of my occultic learnings on her during my visit. To say we have done everything, requires us to actually do so.
The latest report says her survival rate has doubled, which is better than the last survival increase.
Here's hoping tomorrow, her chances are even greater.
And now, a piece of music that I've been using to try and keep my hopes up: http://www.youtube.com/watch/?&.....feature=relmfu

Request Raffle 5 Winner

SuperDragon468 !
His request: "A picture of my character Mint being taken up the butt by the much bigger friend of mine Galethuderdragon~"
Alright then, I'll get right on that!
As for why the raffles have been pulled and that link purged where I find it, I guess it's unfortunately against LB's ToS and you know, I don't want to ruin such a wonderful opportunity.

I'm hosting an IOT.
An IOT is basically a laid beck text and picture-based geopolitical simulation. You wage wars, conduct diplomacy, build economies, etc. This one is primarily based on using alliances, manipulation and war to make yourself Emperor of China.
Give it a look if you're interested. =]

So, an interesting definition of furries.
Posted 13 years agoSo. The admin of a forum I go to where I can post RL porn for cash shot me this message,
"I've read a bit about the furry thing, Interesting Concept, I Don't Dress up myself,But I did however have one of my girls dress up in a head to toe (crotchless) outfit of the most adorable bunny , like a slutty easter bitch bunny, not real looking, but fuckin cute and sexy ya'know?Big ol innocent eyes, long come hither eyelashes, pink belly and crisp white fur.. lol I'm not into the culture as much as you would be..but jezus fuck..that night was HOT!! I fucked the life outta her. I'm just curious how close this role play is to Beastility, It is after all..Fucking animals..But In The Culture, THEY are animals themselves..mindset and body, So It wouldn't be inter-species engagements"
Like... lol.

The Gloves Are Off
Posted 13 years agoIt's been several months, my friends.
Several months since I began to seek out money making methods online.
Allow me to address the most grievous one, Linkbucks.
I reason that there is no sin to make revenue off links I'd give anyway. So I will feed just about anything through it, slap a banner ad on, and gain some cash as people check it out. I see no issues with banner ads, especially since the human eye has developed a natural tendency to swerve away.
Now I understand for some it is "annoying," but I have to say tough cookies. I desire to profit from placing my work online, and well, that's all there is to it. While I'm happy to use banner ads instead of intermissions(intermissions make you wait 10 seconds before you can actually view whatever I linked), the "no ad" approach is just not negotiable for me.
I once GM'd something called IOT. It's a geopolitical simulation game that is a community effort.
Why did I -stop- GMing it?
Because one day I decided to start putting LB URLs for the stats and maps, you know, banner ads. On the side, a paltry sum.
Next thing I know, every single fucking one of those adolescent twats proceeds to basically call me the Devil, some more than others. I had never before felt so alone, so victimised, so unappreciated. I would spend -HOURS- of my valuable time making -THEIR- precious game work, and asking for a few cents every day, IF THAT, was unacceptable. Unappreciative, spoiled, moody bastards.
So, after concluding one of my games and running a flop, I basically lost any will to GM, as fun as it once was. I reasoned none of them really liked me as a person and only wanted my "porn." No one likes being a piece of meat, and that certainly includes me. So I left the community and don't really pay attention to it anymore.
Needless to say that left me a bit emotionally delicate. Now onto the point of this journal:
It is with deep regret I announce the velvet glove approach hasn't worked, so:
In line with such, I am now announcing my new policy. FA has a block feature, see?
I am going to start using it against habitual complaints. I've been polite and sympathetic enough, but honestly my patience has run out. If it's a sin for me to collect cash for my work at -zero- cost to you, well, I'm sorry, but I don't care what your God thinks. I'll just put with you with the "homosexuals are evil" club in terms of how much attention I give you.
P.S. This isn't even covering how I still give out tons of ad-free work, or how I like to choose the least invasive ads. How dare I make anywhere from 0.40-2.80 USD per 1000 views, I know, but quite frankly I like doing so too much to go back.
I'm still making tons of no-ad work for you to enjoy. I mean seriously, some of you act like there's popups devouring your screen every two seconds. And if there are, that certainly isn't me. You might want to call the Geek Squad.

Quick Clarification on "Balling"
Posted 13 years agoNo, they are not headless.
I do not draw gore.
The head/face is just the most recogniseable part of the body. So, when squashed, it is what will be shown. I like to include tails/feet/etc. to show they have just been squashed into a dwarfish ball.
Hope this clarifies!

Now the new poll! Second or third person perspective?
Second - "You walked there."
Third - "He walked there."
Edit: I am uncomfortable with first person in retrospect! Lo lamento!

I'm working on that vore gamebook now, but which of the three cast do I write the story for first? Their images and basic rundown are all on the page near the bottom. Please submit your votes so I know who to do!
Also I need a vore-related background, any suggestions are welcome~

Comic Ideas
Posted 13 years agoSupply inevitably adjusts itself to match demand. (Unless you're Communist, in which case, be prepared for a hilarious market failure)
Jokes aside, as my prior journal mentioned, I intend to have off-site exclusives I will periodically link so as to net myself extra cash on the side. Please feel free to share ideas here that you'd like. Muscle, fat, vore, etc. Exclusives are generally going to be comics(so I can put an intermission before them; it wouldn't be fair to put an intermission before a single image).
Characters I enjoy working with:
-Sonic cast
-Grand Hunter cast
-Klonoa/Guntz
-I suppose I could try some Pokemon if necessary
-Crash/Crunch Bandicoot
-Various humans(Sora, Link, Beyblade cast, etc.)
-Kogenta
-King Kazma
-Daxter
-Ratchet
-Fox/Falco/Wolf
I think that's a good variety. OCs are a case by case basis but are not likely to be done.
Please leave suggestions; my goal is to have as large support for a particular exclusive as possible, so as to increase its value to me. 200 views = 60 cents, etc. I need to make 10 dollars. So, hit me!
News: On a related note, I must sadly announce the termination of the request raffles.

Reading Descriptions is Guten
Posted 13 years agoFirst off, I'd like to thank all who voted in the poll. Your input was very appreciated. =]
Now. Let me discard cheery Tani in favor of serious Tani:
So, this is my NEW attempt to use my art to generate revenue.
From time to time I will link images(normally comics) I have not posted on FA in descriptions. This is perfectly legal to my knowledge; as a dikephobe I was quite thorough in checking all site rules. Never mind everyone's always linking stuff offsite in their journals, descs, etc.
These images will generally go through an LB link and take you to an image hosting site that pays me per view. The plan is I can net 5 USD per 1000 views. I will still be posting the bulk of my work here, this is just so I can make some extra cash on the side. No different than an art CD, except, wait for it - it's free. Only taking seconds of your time rather than hours(once you consider how much a CD costs and how much time it takes to acquire that cash).
So let us recap:
-You still get the majority of the stuff I do for free
-You don't HAVE to get the stuff that has an ad before it
-I don't HAVE to share every single thing I make for free
-I'm a person who has financial needs, not a porn machine. I need to monetise my time. Otherwise I may as well get a job(read: no more art for you).
-The advertisements take only a few seconds of your time to view. Seriously.
-I've been pretty polite about critiques thus far, regardless of the emotional toll it has put on me.
And the big one:
Half the money I make from my online activities goes into commissions. Read: By viewing the ads you are helping me pay for more fap fodder for everyone else that you will probably enjoy.
So, that's it I guess.
Nice Tani back. Have a wonderful day everyone. ^__^

Digital Art or Traditional?
Posted 13 years agoJust a poll to see what my watcherbase would want. There's 307 of you, so I hope at least a dozen can take the time to comment!
Do you prefer my digital art or traditional art? I've been doing digital for a while now because my scanner was a PoS, but I can make use of my mother's now to fix the problem.
Traditional - Pictures come out MUCH quicker, but are limited to black and white and may/may not have sloppy lines
Digital - Colored, but are often hit or miss in terms of quality. Take a LOT longer to do since I have to move very carefully with my mouse.
Lemme hear from ya!

Money-Making Tips for Artists
Posted 13 years agoSe Acuerdan de Regla Uno: No griping. Take your beef elsewhere, preferably to the McDonald's. They could use it. I could be much more rude here but I won't because I try to be a gentleman. Hard as it is at times.
This is just a journal to help artists gain extra money from their work with the programs I use.

Off-site content.
This can be somewhat controversial, but since it's basically an ad-supported art CD, why not?
1. Join a paid image host, such as this one.
2. Upload a preview of an image/comic to your various sites.
3. Have it link to the paid image host landing page for it. Each time it is viewed you will receive cash.
4. If you have them go through a Linkbucks first, this is particularly profitable and can essentially double your revenue per click to as much as 6 USD per 1000 views.
My methods:
I understand the process can be a bit controversial(granted I ignore most of it because I see no issue with someone collecting cash for their work, especially for free), but I have a few standard rules I use:
-I use banner ads for single images. It doesn't sit right with me to make intermissions for single images. Comics are fair game for intermissions.
-I use the side banner because it makes 12.5% more than the top banner, if a bit more ugly.
-I put my click jar URL at the top of each description for free images.
I hope this has been helpful! =]
