We've spent the last days / weeks renovating our office at home (getting a new laminate floor... clearing out that office was as much work as a move >.<). It kept us very busy, that's why I have been kinda quiet recently (I also didn't have my computer set up for a while because of the renovation). Also, I still need a little break for recharging after all the conventions this summer.

1) Charity Auction:

As last year, we will have a special Charity Auction, held by Uncle Kage. There will be no Art Show panels with charity artwork to bid on, instead we will collect all donated artwork and other items and display them in a dedicated area of the Art Show during the convention so people can have a look at them, but you cannot bid on them as they are sent directly to the Charity Auction (which is separate from the regular Art Auction)! We are looking for unique, amazing contributions: for example original art, limited and signed posters, signed soundtracks and books, artwork, commissions, rare plushies, and anything unique or special.

2) Lottery:

Like last year, we are going to sell lottery tickets for the benefit of the charity. Therefore we are looking for prize donations, like sketch commissions from artists, merchandise, nice books, anything that will make people happy! Small or big - anything is welcome.

If you would like to contribute, it would be very much appreciated if you could send an email to tanidareal[at]gmail.com (please use email! Not FA notes!!) as soon as possible, telling us:

- Info what you want to donate (name / title)
- Description (size, content, brand, commission info...)
- If possible, a photo / preview / link
- Name of the artist / donor (if not yourself)
- If it's for the Lottery or the Auction (minimum bid?)
- Your contact / gallery

This will make our work at the convention a lot easier. But even if you have not sent us an email in advance, we will still welcome your contribution on-site. All items can be given to us at the convention until Friday evening at 18:00. Drop off takes place in the Art Show, where you will be asked to fill out a little form if you have not pre-registered your item with us.

Please note that in case we get too many auction items, some of these will instead become lottery prizes on display in the lottery booth where they will no doubt help sell many tickets and raise a lot of money. This year, Eurofurence's charity is the "Wildtierhilfe Fiel e.V." which is dedicated to the rescue and care of injured or orphaned wild animals of all sorts. A baby fox rescued from a fire, a fawn that lost its mother, injured squirrels, orphaned martens or young birds that fell out of the nest - the animal rescue center Wildtierhilfe Fiel e.V. is lovingly taking care of many different wild animals in need.

The Naturama charity project 2013: Many talented and ambitious artists donated commission (digital, traditional, 3D, artisan crafts, etc.) for a number of selected charities (the project was also sucessfully held last year). By buying one (or more) of those commissions, you 100% support the animal/wildlife charity projects listed on the site. I hope everyone had a peaceful and enjoyable Christmas time. :3 Your family and friends are something you should cherish and be thankful for every day.

After this summer, I had quite a burn out, which I am still suffering from. One of my plans for the new year was to do 3 things that I have never done before in my life. Due to some recent happenings, it seems like 2013 is going to bring a lot more changes than planned (no, I am not pregnant! :P). It's not negative, just very new (sorry I can't tell more about it yet). I will definitely focus on working on the situations that blocked my creativity so badly recently. There is so much I want to try out and improve art wise. So, I am very curious what the new year will bring, but as Rafiki said, change is good. ;3

I wish you all a great New Years party and the most awesome and creative New Year 2013! :)

I am so sorry I wasn't able to finish a new online Advent Calendar again for this year! Things have been so busy and motivation lacking, unfortunately I wasn't able to come up with enough new ideas... But I promise, I will come up with something nice for the 2013 Advent Calender again. :)

So far the site looks nice and offering some nice options for artists. As it would take ages to upload all my artwork, I will be uploading some selected works over the next weeks. However, my main gallery will remain FurAffinity, as it will be almost impossible for me to check or keep up to date with several galleries. So I am not going to leave FA. :3

Current status about the STUCK Husky t-shirts:

The shirts have arrived from the print shop - all orders are packed and shipped by now. :)
Shipping usually takes about 3-5 work days within Europe and 7-12 work days overseas (however - it can happen that it takes a little longer sometimes, especially if there are holidays inbetween). If you haven't received your package after 4 weeks, please contact me again.

I have ordered some more shirts as backup (in case any of the insured packages should get lost in the mail). I will be waiting 4-6 weeks until all orders have arrived. Afterwards the additional shirts will be available for sale online. I will make an announcement then. :3

I was thinking about making a FA account for Mood Badges only. I have quite a lot of Recolored Sets, which I don't upload all to my FA account as it would just be too much.
