So Sydney has BBQ furmeets every couple of months and I usually go. My friend has a spare suit that he bought from someone ages ago and lets people use it as it doesn't fit him and he has his own of his fursona. I got to wear it this weekend and I had *so* much fun in it. It was a pretty warm day but it didn't bother me at all and its actually pretty comfy to wear. I just had a few headless breaks every now and then. My friends took a few pictures of me in suit as well. It was fun interacting with other suiters and posing for photos and just fooling around. I'm confident I want a fursuit now. I do want to make one of Captain but he's a character designed to be a partial because of his body type and clothes and stuff, but it would still be fun to be in character. He would also talk and just be a bit of a smartass.

I have officially stopped working on Inktober after day 10. I think I did really well getting to that point considering it was my first time really attempting it on a serious level. I would have continued but what messed me up was mostly just social activities taking up full days, sometimes multiple days at a time which prevented me from being able to draw or having access to my computer and tablet. When I was able to consistently work day to day I was on a roll, but once I missed a couple days I lost steam and didn't get any more ideas while looking at the prompts.

Cheers for next year, I will try to start a lot earlier and get a bit of a backlog done so I don't have to worry about busy days.

I have some art to post its just not.. presentable yet xD' Theres some traditional things i did recently that i need to photograph and I also have a new fursona but haven't finished the reference sheet yet. And I have loooads of sketches over the years that i might also compile into a dump?

annnd i don't know what to do about my non-furry art.. I doubt I'll go back to dA to post it. Maybe instagram

I know I keep popping back up here every couple of years saying I'm tooootally gonna get back into the fandom and then i never do but I actually have. I'm pretty active in the local furry scene where I live and I've been drawing so I thought why not come back here too?

So I've been getting majorly into furry stuff again lately so I think I'm going to be back. Not sure how much art I'll be doing though. BUT I've seen Zootopia twice and the second time it was as a furmeet, which I'd never been to before! I had fun and made some friends I'll definitely be attending more.

I'm also looking at making a fursuit and I've also made a furry twitter and thinking considering youtube as well.

I am not sure what's going to happen to my dA I think I will just leave it to continue to collect dust for now.

I was supposed to do a presentation today about my art and my creative process but I keep changing it so I'm gonna do it next week.. but I'm annoyed with it cause i keep changing what I want to talk about and i keep making myself sound like TOO MUCH of a furfag.

I haven't been active here in a looong time but I've been drawing a lot more animals/furry stuff lately and my friend recommends coming here to get more attention on my art (whereas I get barely anything on DA when I DO upload).

The past year I've been doing my diploma in Visual Arts and next year I'm doing the Advanced Diploma, and after that I will either take a break to concentrate on personal work and try my hand on doing commissions or I will try to get into the Australian National Art School, or I might do that in a few years but I do plan on getting there eventually.

I don't really have anything worth uploading at the moment but I will put up an art dump of sorts soon, my work has improved a lot from what I already have in this gallery
