I may open for art trades at some point, but as for now, I'm closing my commissions until I finish the last of my to-do list.

I've owed for far too long, but I've managed to refund a few commissioners with my last paycheck (Thank goodness!) so there's that much at least!

I'm going to try and finish at least two commissions a week, though seeing as I don't have many left to do, I might finish faster than I thought.

Art trades are a case by case basis. I'm extremely picky due to the fact I do owe commissions at this time, so if I say not right now, I mean 'I want to, but I have too much to do right now' at this time. I appreciate everyone's patience with me for this long, though I've been made aware at attempts to slander my name or something along that?

I'd like to dispell rumors that I ran off with your money, that I have no intention of finishing / refunding, etc. As you can see, I'm still working, and as some customers have found, now that I have stable financial footing again (And I've paid off a few bills I owed), I'm able to repay / refund commissions I don't feel I can do in the proper time frame.

I hope that everyone enjoys the rest of their weekend, I will start back working at my work tomorrow, and I will have another day off soon within the week. I will continue working on commissions on my days off. No sooner than that, as the work is extremely manual labor-based and I am completely exhausted usually and just wish to rest after such shifts.

If you do have an issue with your wait for your commissions, please let me know with your paypal address and I will refund you. Trades and things will be completed, as, well, obviously I can't refund art trades haha, just please give me time to see what my to-do list will be after I complete a few more of my owed commissions.

A lack of employment once more has made me resort back to commission work. I will be keeping to a strict schedule of working on owed commissions (Old and new, including the one trade I have with you nyanobyte I haven't forgotten you I'm so sorry I've taken so long) throughout the week, though during the weekend I plan on doing absolutely zilch unless related to an Art slave that I owe 421 for a donation drive back about two years ago.

As much as I enjoy drawing everyone else's characters, I'd like to draw my own at some point, even if I will no longer be posting personal work, unless commission examples, to furaffinity. If you wish to follow my personal work, you will have to follow my dA account instead.

I appreciate all the support I had today, guys, it helped me out a lot and I really appreciate everything you guys do for me. I can't wait to get back into the swing of streaming again and make this a regular routine.

It's been brought to my attention that a lot of people do not understand what I mean about certain rules on my page, so I figured I might as well go ahead and set some ground rules straight here.

1. Do not throw mature refs at me.
✧ If you couldn't show it in public at your home, please don't show it to me.
✧ My does and don'ts state I will not be doing mature work, so I do not need to see the mature aspects of your ref.
✧ Please edit mature refs as needed and upload to - dropbox, photobucket, giaza, tinyimg, etc, or even your own scraps.

2. Big projects take a lot longer than smaller ones.
✧ I am more likely to finish several smaller projects before tackling the larger project due to time constraints and I'm lazy (Not going to lie to you haha)
✧ Project updates are all right if done respectfully and not over a short period of time. I will provide updates / note you with any questions I might have.

3. Understand that I have a hectic life.
✧ I have a lot going on with the fact that I am studying toward Gaming Art Bachelors of Science with Fullsail University as a full-time student. This means I have a lot of heavy animation and 3D courses that take hours to complete.
✧ When finished with these, I am so totally drained, I have to rest, and by then, it's late in the evening and I can't complete commission. During these months, I try to plan out when / what commissions I open, so people aren't left waiting.

4. I do not completely refund for work that I've already started on.
✧ I only refund up to what I haven't completed. If you order something and you want your all your money back, and work's already been done, I can't in good professionalism give you a complete refund.
✧ I never squelch on a commission, but if you hassle me and demand refunds because I warned you it would take a while but you commissioned me anyway, I will send what I have completed, refund up to what I've completed at MOST, and keep money for what I've worked on.

5. Refunds are on a case-to-case basis.
✧ If the refund is simply because you commissioned me, sent funds, then suddenly don't have what you need after I've started, then I will not refund you. I will only do a partial refund for that scenerio.
✧ other acceptable refund cases are: waited too long(More than 2 months), legit emergencies not involving paying another artist came up, death in the family / such emergencies, or if we've discussed it IN PRIVATE via skype or via notes.
✧ Sometimes, if I feel I can not complete the commission in the end, I will simply refund you when I have the funds available to do so, with a note of apology. There are just some instances that I can not complete the commission.


6. If you are asking for a commission from me, you can note me, otherwise, please do not note Panfe for any other personal reasons.
✧ You can contact me on tea.cake for anything else necessary. I don't like unnecessary notes in my inbox except for the following : Trades, emergencies, commission requests / orders.
✧ DO NOT EMAIL MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR ANY REASON. It is strictly for payments only as it's the only way I keep things organized /sob

7. Roleplaying is totally awesome. But don't do it all over my page and my posted artwork. If you upload it on your site and play with it, that's awesome, just link back to me and do NOT remove my watermark.

8. I will not send you .sai's or .psd's.
✧ The only exception is with art trades and the user wishes to complete it by shading, coloring, etc with whatever I have uploaded.
✧ These .sai's and .psd's are to NOT be shared with other users.

9. Payment is due upfront. No questions. Only certain individuals are exempt from this, as they are repeat customers and good on their word.

10. I am not a faucet -- sometimes I get art blocks and can not do commissions that folks make right when folks make them. It takes a little bit to work myself up to making these commissions come to life and actually happen.
✧ If you see I have posted personal work and not your commission, do not take offense that I am completely ignoring the fact you have a commission from me - most of the time, they are warm ups that just turned into something more and were completed as opposed to just sketches.
✧ Inspiration for different situations hits me at all hours. Sometimes I will work on a feline commission, others equine, or lupine, canine, etc, and sometimes I just want to draw a little for me. I try to refrain from posting these, however, due to conflict.

11. IRL + Health > Commission List.
✧ If I'm sick and can't think -- I will not work on commissions unless I feel the overwhelming artistic urge to. If my real life (school, family, etc) creates too stressful of an environment or worse, I won't work on commissions until I feel better.
✧ However, this does not mean I will not work on them entirely -- it'll just have to be after all that is over with.

12. I am forgetful about my queue.
✧ I do my best to update it, but just because you are not listed, generally does not mean that I have forgotten about you!

13. I do not work from just descriptions -- offer several pictures if you have no actual reference (What type of clothing style, an example of the type of markings, a hairstyle) and a color pallet (just pull up mspaint, pick your colors, and save it) of some sort unless a full out design commission. Then I need examples / an idea of what you would like.

14. If my trades are delayed, it's because the other hasn't posted their half. Or at least a WIP of the trade.
✧If I haven't finished it, but you finished yours, PLEASE contact me and I will work on it as soon as I can.

15. Any user whom sends money to me, then retracts it without reason / disputes charges etc, will be blacklisted from me, and from anyone I collab work with, as well as be reported for fraud after I've dealt with the situation with paypal.

16. If you wish to commission me, please note me, but do not note me saying "I should commission you sometime."
✧ Comments and such like this are completely acceptable, but if I see it in my note box, this, to me, means you are serious about it and will be doing so.
✧ If you have no intention of following through with such sentiments, simply don't note it to me, though the endearment behind it is noted, I try to keep my notebox clean and organized, and do not wish to hurt someone's feelings because I deleted a note and didn't respond to it.

17. I rarely have this issue, but, you are not allowed to remove my watermark from your picture if you upload it.
✧I will not upload unwatermarked versions, but you are allowed to re-upload to any site you deem fit, so long as credit is given to me somewhere in the description on the page.
✧ My watermarks are almost nearly invisible, just enough to be seen, please don't use that as your excuse.

18. Do not personally attack me on my page anywhere.
✧ All offending comments / shouts / whatever will simply be hidden and you blocked from my page.
✧I also will be informing my collaborative artists about the situation to avoid dealings with you..

19. Please do not whine or guilt trip me in the pretense of receiving something from me in return.
✧ I have very little personal life left, I will not draw you something for free because your pet died, family member died, you're sick, etc. I'm sick, too, most of the time, and folks don't give me freebies for it.
✧ Blacklisting is in a 2 strike basis with this, on a case-to-case basis. If you continue doing so, you will be blocked and unable to receive free art when I do post for it, or receive commissions from me.

20. Respect is the key to my heart. If you want to be on my good side, show me respect as a business colleague.
✧ I'm making a small living off of commissions, and conduct myself in as professional a manner as I can (unless your character is just khfksdhfkjdsahf sodamncoolandadorable). I expect for you, as the commissioner seeking my business, to do the same.
✧I tolerate typos -- so long as it's not my paypal, I don't care.

21. ALL PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS SHOULD BE SENT AS PAYMENT OWED. This is the least amount of fees taken, and as I am providing a service, and not any sort of physical product other than digital work, it will not charge me for those shipping fees and such.

22. Paypal is iffy about a lot of things on FA.
✧ If you send a paypal payment, put JUST your fA name in the comment box. No site, just a name.

23. Not to be that girl, but I get sick, and I get sick a lot. This means there may be a week at a time I don't even so much as touch my computer.
✧ During these times, I feel horrendous guilt and will usually try to at least sketch your commission, or complete it up to the next rung to completion for your work.
✧ If it is bad enough that I don't wish to draw artwork, then it is safe to say I'm near crippled with whatever has taken over my immune system (If only I were kidding)

24. I will not draw the following: vore, porn (Tried it, didn't like it), micro / macro, gore, violence, mechanical / mecha, most fetishes, weaponry of any sort, armor, etc. Subject to change.
✧ Classy pinups are generally all right where there are no bits / mature pieces shown
✧ Do not try to fight with me on this, this is a rule I will not bend for anyone.

25. DO NOT CHECK IN EVERY DAY ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION.
✧ If I have responded to one of your notes, and promised an update, you will receive it as soon as I can manage it.
✧ Please do not hassle me or hound me, or I will simply refund you entirely for your commission.

26. Almost all commissions are generally always livestreamed.
✧ Generally newer commissions are completed in stream, and users who are present in stream for their commissions will have theirs done as soon as possible in that stream.
✧ I am working hard through older commissions, generally off stream, due to the fact most of the commissions owed right now are a) one adoptable that was purchased, and donation doodles from an emergency situation that happened.

And last but not least.

27. I have every right to deny a commission from you / not accept your commission.
✧ Most likely if I do this, it is because the character is too complicated, you did not read any of my TOS (Not even ctrl F to find out about mature references), or you have or are being very rude to me.
✧ I have a personal list of commissioners and artists I will not deal with at any point and time - just as certain stores and establishments refuse business to certain people due to past crimes or felonies, I have the right to do the same to prevent myself from being a victim.
✧ If you continue to harass me, have harassed me (And by this I mean personally attacked me, spammed me, or any of my colleagues), I will refuse a commission from you.
✧ If I feel I can not / do not want to work on the character you have commissioned from me, I may say no, but you are more than welcomed to offer a different type of character. I know this is called "a comfort zone," but I wish to provide the best of my ability for work that is paid for.
