Hey everyone,

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that my cat is going to be having surgery the 31st and we've had to make several vet trips already in the past week. My commissions/ fetishbruary slots might be worked on a bit slower than expected but will still be finished within February at the latest.

I may also be opening emergency commissions soon as well to help offset the costs (as much as I don't want to add to my current work load).

I will do my best to keep everyone updated and work as quickly as I can but please allow a bit of extra time for me to finish given the circumstances I've been facing the past week.

Hey everyone, I wanted to give you all some updates about what's coming up and changing within the next month or so.

First off, I will be upping my prices at the end of the year/ beginning of next year. If we have already discussed a commission and I have given you a quote for price, this will not apply to that commission. I will also be trying some experimental cell shading styles and may add that as a cheaper shading option if I get it fleshed out!

Secondly, I will be closing commissions for the rest of the year after I finish my current queue. I will still probably do some YCHs in the mean time. This does not apply if we have already discussed a commission.

Third, I will be doing Fetishbruary (same premise as Kinktober) again this year with slots opening January 1st! Once these are completed/mostly completed I will be reopening general commissions. I'm probably going to make these flat colors so I can finish everything on time!

Lastly, I hope everyone has a happy holiday season with friends and loved ones!

I will be participating in Art Fight this year! Due to this I will be closing my commissions for the month of July. If we have talked about a commission previously or I am currently working on something for you this does not apply. If I am feeling up for it I may open some YCHs during July so I can still offer some art to those interested!

For those of you that may not be aware, my health over the past year has not been good. I have been having chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, heart racing/beating hard, and many other symptoms on and off since last October/November.

They come and go every few weeks, but since May or so, they've been coming more frequently and not going away as quicky or as long.

I've done lots of tests and doctors still aren't sure what's going on with me, they have speculations but all of them don't seem to match with what's going on.

This past week has been bad and it's to the point that sitting up in a chair is so exhausting my body just feels shaky and no eating, resting, or anything else is helping.

If things do not improve within the next few days I'm probably going to close my commissions for a while as they have been hard for me to focus on with these issues. I'm hoping after this weekend (hopefully getting some good rest) I will be able to get to feeling well enough to work at my normal pace. I also have another appointment on Tuesday so I might have more tests done to narrow down what's going on.

I'm going to do my best to still work on art and not make anyone wait too long if they do have a commission I'm doing currently. And of course if I find out any news/leads about what's going on I'll be sure to update everyone!

COMMISSION STEPS:

A. Look at my commission status located on my profile. If I'm OPEN, please read over my T.O.S and look at my pricing. Please have the money ready before inquiring about commissions.

B. Send me a note with detail information and what you want

C. I have the right to decline any commission.

D. I will reply with a price quote and add you to my commissions after I receive payment.

E. I will be sending you work in progresses with every stage of the commission.

F. When your commission is finished, I can send you the high resolution version in an email if requested.

DISCLAIMERS:

A. Prices may go up if the character(s) you want me to draw are very complex, or I am drawing something I do not feel comfortable with (things found in the may or may not draw section below). The amount we agreed on will not be changed unless you, want to add more in the piece being done.

B. You are allotted one major change to the piece. Any other changes will result in a charge depending on what needs changed. This does not include mistakes with colors, patterns, or the like. In other words, if I mess something up I will not charge you to fix it, only if you want something changed.

C. I most often have a piece completed within a week to two week time frame. Please note due to real life circumstances and my full time job that this may take longer. I WILL be in contact at least once a week to update you on progress or if something should arise I will note you of the situation and give a time frame on which I should be able to start working on your commission again.

D. I have the right to post the finished commission wherever I please. This means websites, convention books, magazines, etc. I will not sell the piece or prints of the piece without your written/typed permission.

E. You do not have the right to sell, change, edit, or reproduce the finished commission without my permission. You do have the right to post the piece on websites (you must credit me and do not remove my watermark) as well as print the piece for your own personal use.

F. Harassment will not be tolerated. This includes: spamming, demanding me to lower my prices, telling me to change my style, arguing with me to draw something on my will not draw list, roleplaying requests, copyright infringement, threats in any way, shape or form. If any of this happens, I will refund your commission in the amount according to my refund information down below. If the commission wasn't started, I will refund you, remove you from my commission list, and block you from contacting me and participating in any further commissions. If the harassment continues, you will be reported.

ART TRADES:

A. Please note that I will no longer be taking art trades with anyone below my skill level.

B. As with commissions, I will supply you with a WIP of each step of the trade (unless it is something small like a headshot, sketch, or badge). Please ask for changes (unless in color or patten) in the early stages of the piece.

C. I WILL NOT completely finish the art trade until I see my half of the trade colored. I will usually stop at the lineart stage until I see progress of my half.

D. If you can not finish the art trade in one month, do not try to do a trade with me. I understand if things happen but I don't have time to wait months for a piece/ take breaks on the half I'm working on.

E. I will not continue work on an art trade until I get approval of the the last WIP sent. This is to avoid any mistakes or issues.

F. If I have not heard from you in more than a month I will redesign and sell the trade as a YCH. I will keep the original in case you still decide you'd like to do the art trade after talking with me.

G. Please see my the rest of the TOS for any additional questions. If you are still unsure about anything do not hesitate to note me!
