Post your art online anywhere I wish, without permission from you. EXCEPT in cases where it has been previously arranged to keep the commission private.
Make and Sell prints of work I have done for you, WITH permission from you.
Make and Sell collections of work, without permission from you.
Use work I have done for you in personal portfolios, without permission.
You, as the commissioner, are permitted to:
Post the commissioned work any where you like, giving credit wherever possible.
Use the commissioned work as an avatar, giving credit wherever possible.
Use the commissioned work as a badge, credit card background, or other personal item.
You, as the commissioner (and anybody else) are not permitted to:
Use the work commercially in any way without prior permission. This includes selling prints, merchandise, books, CDs, ect, featuring the art.
A licensing fee may be required before you can use the art commercially.

Payments will only be accepted via Paypal and will be sent in USD . No other currencies will be accepted at this time. All payments must include in the description your username.
R E F U N D S
Refunds will only be given if:
The commissioner requests a full refund after 2 months of waiting for their commission to be started but it has not been started. (the exception being if there is a que of 5 or more people/commissions in front of them.)
The commissioner is genuinely unhappy with their commission (a partial refund will be given, or the work re-done) (specific reasons must be given)
I cannot start/complete the commission for whatever reason, whether it be personal problems, lack of skill, or a difficult commissioner to work with (a full refund will be given if I haven’t started, I will give a partial refund if I have started work.).
A partial, 50% refund will be given if, at any point, you cancel your commission from me if I have started work on it.
I have the right to cancel a commission and give a full refund at any time for any reason. Full refunds will only be given in cases where the work has not been started. Otherwise a partial refund will be given depending on how far I’ve gotten with the image. The part of the money I keep from a partial refund is to compensate time I spent working on the commission.
ORDER DECLINING
I may decline to take your order if:
The image is asked to contain anything listed in my (NO list).
I feel I will not be able to complete it to the standard it deserves.
You have sent the order during a time when I am not advertised as taking on more commissions.
I am unable to finish the commission within any time limit you may have imposed.
I am unable to understand what you're asking for in your commission.

I currently have a "personal" account, and I'm wondering if I should change my account to "business"? or make a completely new account and keep my "personal" and have the "business" one?? What's the difference?? and should I change my account? will it do something to it? can someone give me an opinion on this please

i'm kinda tired to see all this shit....there talking about us but all they can say is that we have sex in cosplay! sexy in cosplay, sex in are fursuits, sex sex sex sex sex... not everyone does that!
what about the thousands or talented artists?
what about the artists that make those suits?? they work hard... and most people who DO buy a fursuit usually WILL NOT have sex in it.
why? because they cost like 1200$$$ or more!!! most people don't wanna dirty there suits like that! they take VERY good care of there suits, again tho...some do have sex with there fursuits!
but what i'm saying here is yeah we have sex... but there is more to us then just that, we are normal, we have lives, we work, we shit,t we piss, we get mad at each other, we get over it, we have families, we have friends..
