She's not going to make it... Gonna just make her as comfortable as possible until she passes...

Well, the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes, lungs, kidneys, and liver. There's still a chance she'll survive, though. I just need to stay strong for her.

We just got an update from the doctor. Mom's cancer is in her lungs, and the doctors think it might be in her brain.

About two weeks ago my mother broke her hip, and during the surgery to fix it they discovered that her Breast Cancer is reoccuring, after planting itself in her hip-bone. She got back, and was doing alright, until just a few days ago when she started to just break down and progressively get worse and worse, physically and mentally. We took her in to the hospital... It's in their hands now, and all I can do is wait. They say that it's an imbalance in her Potassium and Calcium levels, but they can't explain why. If I'm not around a lot, or if I'm kindof quiet, that's why. I'll keep anyone who cares to read updated.

I just looked back on some of my past journals, and I've realized that I'm kindof a whiny baby a lot of the time. Apologies to everyone who had to read some of that stuff ._.

Also! I need to kick myself for not holding to my new-year's resolution, and I need to get my awesome pen-pal's christmas present together and mailed, provided I can afford to. I swear I didn't forget, I've just been sick the last few days!

Friday: Friends and family over.
Saturday: Playing in a D&D Campaign. Yes, actually playing. I don't have to DM all the time anymore.
Sunday: Planned Picnic.

But yes, another weekend that's bound to be unproductive. Monday, I get back on track and start working hard on my projects again.

My cat Diablo, a close friend of sorts, passed away tonight. I normally put her in my room for a few hours, so she doesn't chase the other cats away from the food, but tonight when I came in to check on her, and put her out, she was curled up, dead, in my closet. Goodbye, friend.

This is fucking bullshit. Worked my ass off for the last week and a half out in the yard with my mom on the promise that I would have 25$ to go to the Innistrad Pre-Release. I decided not to go because some of my friends weren't going. Today I had to argue for 5-10 minutes just to get the money promised to me this weekend. And that's not even the start of things. 22 years ago, when I was born, my parents started up a life savings for me. They saved change from their pockets to put in it, so that I'd have spending and living money when times got hard. I bought my laptop with it, so I'd have something to continue my current business with, then I allowed them the rest as fallback money in an emergency. Now they're refusing to let me have any of the money at all. I understand that it's for an emergency, but when I just want 20 dollars of several thousand just so I can buy something for myself to feel a bit better about myself I think it's a bit ridiculous that I'm not being allowed to spend my own god-damned money because I don't have direct access to it. Alright... Rant's over... Now I've gotta go do yardwork, despite being so sick I can't even breath right.

So, I've been trying to find some artists to help me with Dragonskies' more artistic side (Illustrations and such), and I can't seem to find anybody D:

Anyways, for the like two people that're probably gonna read this, do you think I should just buy commissions? Would that be the easiest way? Or do you maybe know an artistic friend who wants to help out?

I plan on writing down names for those who help out with art, and I'm planning on either sending out care packages, money, or Signed First Editions of the three main manuals for my setting (When I get them finished).

I'm also looking for some people that might be interested in participating in some playtesting. If you like RP, feel free to note me and I'll see about getting you in on the playtesting. Only need one more player before we can get started :D

So, I'm currently suffering from cuddle withdrawals... Sounds like a weird thing, but I found myself cuddling with my friend's legs when he spent the night here a few nights ago

So, she's been away two days now and I'm already missing her. I've slept about four hours since. I had an argument with a couple of my friends today. Don't think they're gonna want to talk to me anymore. And now I feel like just curling up and crying... I'm not sure what to do... I know my problems aren't horrible, but my entire life's just been one screwup after another, with very rare breaks in between... Seems like my entire life is taking a steady decline downwards, and everything's slowly going to shit.

Well, my dearest is away for a week. Day one and I'm already feeling lonely...
