Kind of cool, I can watch the neighborhood fireworks show from my bedroom window. :)

So, the job that I got laid off from a year ago called me back as a temp (4 weeks ago) and then the job went "external". The position is open to anyone outside the company. Naturally, I applied. The interviews started today, mine is on Thursday. I 'should' get it. I know the job, I'm doing the job but I also should have gotten it a year ago and didn't, I wasn't qualified. The requirements have been relaxed to include experience (which I have) but I'm still really nervous about this.

I really enjoy my job and (more importantly)the people I work with. I hope everything goes right this time.

After snowing for a week, we should have a lovely white Christmas then hopefully it will melt away and maybe the sun will come back out for a while.
