Life update June 2025
Posted 2 months agoAlright, been a minute eh? Just felt like explaining a few things and whats been happening.
Firstly AC is out in my house, I have a window unit in my room which is where I stay most of the time. The problem with that is my writing computer is in another room, hence why writing has slowed down significantly. Doesn't mean I'm not thinking about stories and plot points, but it is miserable in there atm lol hopefully we're getting it fixed soon but yeah, no beuno.
Second, work is still gigantic for some reason, lots of big orders and volumes to get done. I don't know why, no one can say really cause this time last year we were LIGHT. But it is what it is and money is money.
Thirdly, I just got back from CEO this last weekend where I competed in Soulcalibur 6 (Big shock lol) And had my breakout tourney in Virtua Fighter 5 REVO. I placed 9th in SC6 and played extremely well against a bracket that was just...insane. Players showed up I was not expecting and it was a wild event as a result, but I can't complain.
VF5 however...was insane. I placed top 4 in my first tourney...something I never expected to do, ending up on stream and inside a UFC fight cage setup (which was SICK) I only lost to the TO Volcano_shed who is a pro level player and he double eliminated me. But what I'm most impressed with is how I handled it, going into that scene not knowing anyone (Save for one SC guy in a different bracket) I had no clue who they were and they didn't know me. So I had to rely on what I knew and it amazed me I 2-0'd almost every match. Had one fight 2-1 in Top 6 to make stream and I stand by it should've been on stream.
So overall, just lots of stuff happening and I have a few things in the works, like new characters and stories I want to do, just little things here and there until they are ready.

Status update Oct 2024
Posted 10 months agoHey all! Been a minute so here's a little as to whats been going on with me.
Job is kicked into high gear lately, we're in Christmas Seasonal which will last till the end of the year, as a result we're pulling a lot of 12 hr shifts. This understandably leaves me DRAINED.
I have a puppy now, just about 20 weeks old. His name is Pancho, and he's my little shit, I love him though. Super good dog but demands a lot of time.
I have been more productive writing though and I'm trying to maintain that as a I have a lot of ideas to try and get through. (Spooky month piece at the forefront)
And ALL these new characters of mine. Why? One they are fun as hell to make and super fucking cute and sexy AF.
I have plans for most of them, trying to find ones for others. But one of the main ones is trying to explore Ruby, Ryu still has a couple major stories to tell but she needs to step into her own spotlight and I want her to have a reliable cast of friends/allies and enemies around her.
So yeah, BUSY busy busy. But trying my best as always. Hope you all are doing well!

Update as of July
Posted a year agoOkay so I went to compete at EVO 2024 this last week in Las Vegas.
I played in both SF6 and SC6, SF6 being my first major tournament outing.
I was seeded at 1900(ish) out of over 5000 entrants and finished with a 3-2 record almost making it out of my pools and placing in the 1500(ish) range. I play Zangief and was very proud of my performance overall.
SC6 being my main game and I finished in 9th place out of 70 entrants (BIG for our scene) It's better than my last EVO outing for SC6 and I am proud of it, but I know I could've made top6 for medals.
But I can improve from here (I plan to) and I had a blast.
It's back to my job tomorrow and I'll get back to writing soon, but yeah! Just a little update to what happened and I hope you all are doing well!
My voice is SHOT from top6 screaming for my best friend who nearly won the whole thing. SO proud of him!

Life updates
Posted a year agoOkay, so already 2024 is a MUCH better year for me in terms of stories, artwork and just general productivity.
I am excited to be working on new projects, trying to write at least 2–3 times per week.
Of Mice and Men being at the forefront, that setting plus all the GORGEOUS girls I have, has motivated me something fierce.
The last week and a half I was on vacation from work to prep for 6th Degree Black Belt testing which has concluded, and I am awaiting results. (I think I did alright, fingers crossed, lol)
Ryu's youth is also something that feels great to work on, and I love the responses I've seen to that first little bit. I'm trying not to make the submissions TOO long (wall of text) but I want to get the vision in my head to volition too.
It's also almost my Birthday again! (I keep getting older, make it stop, lol) I'll be 36 on the 10th
But I hope everyone is doing well and thank you so much for reading!

Posted a year ago Corganda has their computer shoot crap on them, which has hindered their ability to work. (They have an ipad and nothing was lost file wise) But they are trying to save up for a new PC. They're goal is 1500 (Not all at once but building up to it) And if you all could spread the word, help them drum up some business, that would be greatly appreciated.
