Quick update:
My 1st semester for my senior year has begun! I'm a little sad coming back. A lot of my senior friends graduated last semester and I'm already missing them terribly. Campus life will be different without seeing them but so far I'm feeling like I haven't been away for 3 months. It feels like I'm only coming back from a long weekend lol but I'm ready to begin my senior work and build a good portfolio in painting and photography for my graduate applications.
I'm also eager to make new friends, being social, and to get back into painting. I'm also in the process of moving into my brother's old studio room. So it'll be nice to enter this new school year with a new space apart from family.

I've also opened my entire Toyhou.se for sale. I'm taking offers on all characters, even personal ocs. I had some issues with my financial aid for the fall 2024 semester, so I really could use the extra funds right now. This is the firs time ever that I've opened all my characters for offers.

Obviously I've been away for quite some time! I've been grinding my way through college, which doesn't leave me with a lot of time for digital art like I use to years ago. I REALLY want to make a comeback, do some commissions and sell some designs, maybe a few YCH. I really miss it!

That being said, is the market for adopts still there?
What are the prices that attract you the best?
What do you like for adopts? Do you like basic designs or designs that flesh out the character more?
What species do you like? Anthro, feral, humanoid?
How about YCH: What themes attract you? Do you like oc interactions? NSFW vs SFW? What poses are you looking for in a YCH? what's your price range and budget on these?

Artists: What advice do you have for me? What works and what doesn't?

I think that's all the questions I've for now! If I think of more, I'll edit this journal to add them.

I wanted to shoot over here quickly and inform my followers of a conclusion I've come to recently: I'm slowly going to disengage from my platforms on DA and FA. I don't have a desire to remain on DA after all the changes. I feel my art gets less views there than before. Overall, the struggle to build a place for myself online outweighs the minimal progress I've managed to achieve. And for here on FA, it has been a stagnant place for my art for a long time. Since it's not the targeted content for this site's consumers. It's understandable, I've accepted that a long time ago, and posted regardless. Now, I feel it's time to move on to other platforms I feel I enjoy more.

I'm honestly tired of treading the water and making no progress in the online art communities. And I don't really have the desire to share my art online anymore. I find more enjoyment sharing my art with friends in my discord server and my Toyhou.se.
That being said, I most likely will not post my art here anymore. I will slowly delete my art from my galleries over time.

However, if I've any mutuals, friends, or watchers that would like to join my discord server, or gain authorization on my Toyhou.se, please send me a note and discuss with me privately to potentially gain access to where I'll be posting from here on out.

I also am planning to attend college this fall! I am very excited about it, and I feel I am furthering my life in making this decision. That being said, I am planning on closing commissions after the summer for a short period of time. I want to focus on whatever school work I may have and my art projects for classes! As well as more personal pieces.
