I will be honest. I have not continued writing my story for many reasons. One is motivation being a big one, and the other being the way the story makes me feel. Its depressing and well.... I don't like depressing. Now while I believe all stories need to have a grounding element to give it depth and meaning for characters to grow and change. I want something that isn't overtly brutal and hard to stomach. Henceforth, the stuff I actually wanted to write about since I started. Honestly, I don't really like the beginning of my lore since it was added as a way to explain what caused humans to be missing. That's literally all it is. I'll be posting a minor thing about a basic summary of what I wanted to get across. Since understanding the roots of the thing is important for what I will be writing about after.

Furthermore, I will be then posting a little character Bio thing and the world map in its entirety. Along with more to follow as a way to hype up the new story.

Hi There! I have not posted much due to college and just lack of motivation, but recently I have garnered a new drive to finish this. I plan on Posting chapter 8 today. Then after posting chapter 8 I'll begin work on a chapter that is between 8-9 in order to help build up these characters. It is my attempt to slow down the pacing a little to give the characters some time to breath

Following chapter 8, either today or tomorrow I will be posting something about type kingdoms for the same world my story takes place in, but over like 1000 years later after the story with Lightning. Once I finish the story with lightning I will begin writing about what i Consider the present day in my world. Thank you all for reading.

Hi! I realize that chapter 1 of my story is kind of... terrible and not preplanned out. There is just a lot that goes on, and I should have conveyed it better. I plan on rewriting it to help it reflect every subsequent chapter. The first one is something I have wanted to rewrite for a while. Once I post Chapter 6, I plan on beginning work on Chapter 1. Thank you all for reading, though! I promise that if you can get past the current status of chapter 1, the story will be far better. Anyway, chapter 6 will be done by the end of the week. It probably will be the longest chapter yet, as a lot more happens as things progress further into the story. Anyway! Thats all for the update! I never wrote a Journal before, so I am honestly nervous to do so. It's weird doing all this. As the title suggests, I am informing you of my upload schedule. I will upload one chapter per week at the latest. I may go over it or send it out a few days before. But generally, it will be a week between chapters. I am also making this for advice on how to better structure how I do stuff on this site.
