Hey everyone! Thank you for being there to support me through this wild month. (This is the second October in a row I've had to deal with BS health stuff and not gotten to fully enjoy Halloween month :<)
As you've seen in my recent updates I had a surgery for my full body inflammatory disease that was causing tissues to bore into my organs causing pain, growths and restricting my body functions like using the bathroom. My entire back and neck had gotten inflamed to where I couldn't move much and it pinched my nerves affecting my ability to walk and draw on top of the other things.
During my surgery they found growths on my ureter tubes, bladder, bowels, the tendons holding on to them, there was a fiberous tumour on my ovary as well and I had two hernias in my groin causing me tons of pain. Luckily the biopsies came back negative for cancer and they had to remove my uterus, tubes and cervix as they had been absolutely scarred too far and the tissue that had grown deep in them is a tissue that feeds itself like a cancer so it produces its own hormone to grow again. Being rooted in my organs meant it would just grow back like a plant if they weren't removed.
So with all of that (and the horrible malpractice you can read about in my last journal) I'm on the road to healing. The hernias hurt a lot and it's still hard to walk a lot or lay down without pain. But I'm seeing some immediate positives like my back, neck and hands have for the first time since I was a teen not been swollen and I can move them.
The hospital that fucked up has billed me so I also am starting to pursue a medical malpractice case and hope I can find a lawyer to take it, at least so I don't have to pay for the bills of them fucking up.

Posted 4 weeks agoHi everyone! I got out of surgery on the 8th but due to negligence and malpractice on me, I was retained and transfered hospitals.
The nurse was AWFUL to me ok top of giving me a substance that marked as an allergy on my chart and verbally confirming it she gave it to me anyway and they ended up having to narcan me. She was manhandling me and even put a belt on me to force me to get up while going unconscious and she cathed me and messed it up so I was bleeding with my urine. She wanted me out as the requirements were to pee and stand so she was trying to force me to do these things to leave.
But because she gave me the opiate I can't have, I was vomiting violently and couldn't move and losing consciousness. Luckily she was shooed away by a male nurse who took care of me while I was crying and telling her to be patient with me as I'm fresh out of surgery and she just ODed me on opiates and then narcanned me so all my fresh surgery pain was back. The doctor found out and she was pissed. She had me transferred to another hospital for monitoring and will be doing a re-education with the nurses as I could have died and it was completely preventable.
I've now been discharged and I'm in my hotel recovering in lots of pain but things are starting to get better

Mom was discharged from the hospital last night.
Today my mom asked me to take her to the barn to face her fears + get closure after her near death experience. My girl was so sweet and gentle with her reminding her why she loves these animals.

Posted 2 months agoOn Tuesday I had to step away from my stream because my mom was in a life threatening accident. A horse stepped on her face and she suffered severe injuries. Miraculously she’s stable now, but the road ahead; surgeries, therapy, and long recovery is going to be hard and expensive.
My mom has already survived so much in her life, and I want to be there for her the way she’s always been there for me. Monday+Tuesday- At appointments, might do art late but probably not much
Wednesday: Doing Traditional art until about 6-7 pm, no streaming
