You can either pay up front or after I have sent you a sketch. Upon approval of sketch, you must send payment if you have not or I will not go any further with your commission. The artwork that I draw for you is still mine, if you post it on your account (only here on FA) please credit me. If you wish to commission artwork that involves me or any of my characters, I have the right to accept or deny the proposal.

If you want a refund for any reason and I have not started on your artwork, you will be refunded in full. But if I have started on your artwork and you wish to be refunded you will be refunded partially for the work I have completed and you will be given what was done of the commission. I have the right to cancel the transaction at any time and will give either full or partial refund as mention in the previous statements.
