Yeah buddy, I just put in my order for the new doe  Phenod just rereleased. After having saw the doe my friend  rascalov got from him last year at MFF I was instantly smitten by that sweet squeaky deer, and seeing as I had a decent federal check coming back from taxes I thought why not indulge a little bit and spoil myself with a new toy. Now all I have to do is wait for a reply email to let me know they got my order request, then I'll have to play the waiting game until the new bucks and does arrive. I am so excited! *does a silly little dance*

An inspired journal from my friend  Nicholai_Gaul, this is a list not set in any real order of some fursuits out there in the fandom that I find particularly well crafted, amazingly designed, and hands down cute. So without further ado here is the list.

Starting off the list I offer you  ino89777 or better known through the furry fandom as Telephone, the adorable Dutch Angel Dragon that has stolen many hearts. What is there to say about Telephone's suit? Well, it's amazingly cute, and if I am not mistaken one of the very first original DAD fursuits to show up in the fandom making it very unique, and with Telephone's cute chirps to communicate it just adds to the cuteness factor.

My next fursuit crush has to go to my good friend  RyuSyro, I just adore that fuzzy dragon to the moon and back. Made by Azul over at  BlueButterflyStudios she brought Syro's fursona to life, and did a wonderful job at doing so.

My next pick for a fursuit crush has to go to another good friend of mine  silverwolfoneofmany, no denying you've got a cute CSX inspired color themed blue and yellow pooltoy wolf. His suit was created by  sparkycando from New Zealand and she made him extra adorbz.

My next pick goes to another good friend  rikku_lion, just receiving his fursuit last year for Midwest Fur Fest, got to see it for myself and got several fursuit hugs. Such a cute lion he is, and his suit feels super plushy and is very well made.

For my next pick I am submitting a 2-way fursuit crush for  KarmaAi aka Sparkle, and  Cirque-D-Husky aka Crique both of  SparkleKreations. What can I say about their fursuits, other than that they both made their own suits and own and operate SparkleKreations out of Colorado, they are amazingly colorful, very well made and all around arodable. First saw their suits at MFF '13 and thought they were the cutest thing I saw that weekend, and I have to admit I totally love those ear tufts on Sparkle's suit, so damn cute. Also they are the suit makers I am in the process of commissioning to have my own fursuit made eventually.

Another pick not so much on a crush level, but for the fact that I think it's extremely unique goes to my friend  The_Hambone here in Nebraska, his fursona of Hammond the Hippo. Now apart from Hammond I don't know of any other hippo furs out in the fandom, so naturally his suit is unique, it's made well, and is both comical and cute.

I just had a silly idea for my inflatofur friends I have out there; what if you were to modify any inflatable toy, especially a custom toy (for the hilarity value) by adding a whoopie cushion flap onto the back of the toy, right around by the butt area so that whenever someone who wanted to play with your toy went to sit on it it would emit a farting sound. X3

So if you haven't made it to the theaters to watch Zootopia yet, get your fuzzy butts to the movie now! Right now! I'll wait. It was an incredibly fun movie, I applaud Disney on its work, it had a great storyline, lovable characters, several notable actors/actresses who gave their voices to the characters, the animation was well done just the whole movie was put together so wonderfully. I've already seen it twice, I kinda want to go watch it a third time because it's that good, and I normally don't go to movies more than twice!

So yeah, do yourself a favor this weekend, go watch Zootopia, you won't regret it.

Well, on the 13th I just celebrated my 40th birthday, which makes me really old in canine years lol. Just spent the day with my mate relaxing; had breakfast in the morning, then chilled out and watched some movies together. I suppose my early birthday gift was going to watch Deadpool on Friday.

I'm reaching a difficult part in my life, for a while now I have been contemplating leaving my job here in Indiana, and moving back to Nebraska. First off I hate the store I work at and the managers I work under; I'm constantly sick of being yelled at for doing my job, I'm tired of third shift placing all of their woes and worries on first and second shift just because they can't do their own jobs. I had looked at getting another job while I was out here, but everything that paid more than what I was making at the time were not hiring, or at least demanded you need x-amount of college in, or x-amount of experience under the belt to do specific jobs, and not wanting to start back down at minimum wage I decided to stick with the job I have since I'll be going to $10 an hour here in another month, just that I don't want to be at this store any longer.

Secondly, and I will admit this, I am homesick. I miss my family and friends back home in Nebraska.

Third, the past month or so now I've been having this gut-feeling that something awful is going to happen back home. Usually when I get this feeling it always comes to pass, and never for the better. I worry about my family constantly, especially my grandfather who turned 93 last November, yes granted he is in relatively good health for his age, that's not to say something wouldn't turn around on him, and he's the only surviving grandparent I have left. Hoping and praying that nothing bad happens to him.

Fourth, as much as I love my mate and how happy I am to finally be with him I don't want to leave him behind. I'm happy to be with Inola, but I don't want to just leave him behind here in Indiana, but I really cannot take him back home with me as I would be moving back in with my parents until I found a place of my own. Once I got on my own two feet again I would very much love to send for him, and bring him back with me.

Unfortunately I cannot go back home so soon, I have to talk to personnel and get a transfer back home, I have vehicle repairs I need done before they get any worse than what they already are, and I am nearly broke at the moment to pay for repairs.

Just hitting a major bump in my life right now, just needing some encouraging words, or thoughts from anyone right now, because right now I am going stir-crazy at the moment.

Well I have finally reached 5,000 pageviews, actually 5,003 to be precise, and now I have to figure out what I'm going to do to celebrate this milestone? Any suggestions out there? I really wished my art was better, then I could put up some of my own work, but that is not the case. The best I can offer is uploading photos from MFF '15 and a few new Certified Tags I had commissioned, other than that I am up for suggestions from you guys out there.

Finally getting around to putting up the rest of Megaplex's fursuit parade pics, a few more MP odds-and-ends will show up shortly, along with some pics from MFF '15, and a couple more commissions I had made last year. Keep checking back!

Just a heads up to all of those who are watching me, keep your eyes peeled as I am going to finally get around to posting the rest of my photos from Megaplex from over the summer, along with some pics I took at MFF last weekend. So there's your friendly reminder.. I seriously need to quit procrastinating so much.

Well another year done for MFF, and I seriously had a blast this time around! Inola and I arrived Thursday about 11am Central Time, checked in and then began to settle in, a little later in the afternoon our good friend Rascalov showed up and got settled into our room. Friday morning, Inola and I register for the con and the first thing I do after that was hit the artist alley and put in for a couple of commissions, then wandered the Dealers Den for a bit before catching up with the mate and Rasc for some food, then later on in the evening our other good friend Jazzy Stitch finally landed in Chicago and made his way to the hotel, and finally into our room.

Saturday afternoon I excitedly threw on the mate's partial fursuit and joined the parade, and holy freaking crap what a turnout for fursuiters!! I'll have to grab the final numbers here eventually and put them up on here, all I know is that this year's MFF was 700 attendees shy of beating out Anthrocon this year, and we out-beat out last years record of fursuiters in the parade!! O_O

After the parade Inola, Rasc, and I hit up Giordano's Pizza (our traditional eatery place), later on I hit the Den again and bought a few things that I will post up on here after I get the rest of Megaplex's photos up.. *keeps hitting his head with a paw to jar his thinking* xP

Later in the evening met up with Ipequey in his room for another inflatable room party filled with inflatables, balloons, drinks, cute fursuiters, and good company! Later in the evening I threw on the mate's partial again and ran around the con, got some wonderful fursuit hugs, compliments and took a few photos myself of other fursuiters.

Sunday was kind of a bust deal as we lost Rasc and Jazzy to the con, so Inola, Hotrod, his mate Morphy, and I went to go try and eat at the pancake house we hit up last year for some food, but were disappointed to find the place packed and having a waiting time frame of 25 minutes to a half an hour. Suggesting Panera Breads across the street, but decided that this was not the place for us either, so hit McD's for some food.

Sadly tired from running around most of the day; getting in food late in the afternoon, I took a long wolf nap alongside Rascalov who took a kitty nap, both of us missing Closing Ceremonies, well I caught the last few minutes at least. Wandered the hotel for a few hours saying some goodbyes to friends, or other furs who were leaving that night, finally making my way back to Ipequey's room for one last hoora with some drinks, and a small gathering of squeaky furs.

Naturally Monday came and the sad time of saying goodbye to wonderful people and amazing friends. It was awesome getting to see Rikku this year in his new fursuit, ish soooo cute, getting to see Lobo Wolf, Ipequey, Unico, several of my friends from back home in Nebraska, and meeting a few new furs this year like finally getting to meet HiroHusky for the first time, and getting to meet the very hilarious Brit fur, Bungle!

All in all it was another great year, phenomenal turnout once again, and also an accidental guest visit to the con. Here's the article for you guys, and I have to say it is an amazing read, well worth your time! Here's hoping for another awesome MFF or next year, and steadily reaching the numbers to meet, or beat AC in attendance.

Oh the constant struggles of being a writer, and especially one who suffers procrastination.. >-<

Anyway. I have been working on my Star Wars based Sith story for several years now, I had a few chapters written up, and a majority of my story plotted out ready to be worked on and added into my story, but now as my mind would have it I have decided to make some major changes which I hope will work better than what I previously had.

Originally my character started off as a Jedi and then stepped over to the Dark Side, this still remains unchanged, what has changed is instead of my character being taken to Coruscant as an infant I now have my character already there as a young man. Originally my character's was named Vin Kaay, this has now changed to Rosh Durren, he still hails from Alderaan (please keep in mind this story takes place 60 years before the rise of the Empire).

I finally found a name for Rosh's Twi'lek girlfriend, naming her Adinsefi Tarkona, still having trouble trying to decide where the two first meet in the story.

Rosh's first step to the Dark Side still remains the same.

Later on in the story when Rosh meets his Sith Master, Darth Apocalypse he is taught and trained in the use of the Dark Side to become a full fledged Sith taking the name of Darth Harkoon. Now keep in mind at this point in the storyline the Empire has been defeated by the Rebellion and has been slowly rebuilding after the Emperor and Vader have been killed.

Apocalypse and Harkoon abolish the "Rule of Two" and form the House of Apocalypse and soon after start recruiting to rebuild the Sith of old. Harkoon takes on three apprentices; Darth Sabis a Bothan, Aramis Fess a Pau'an, and his own girlfriend Adinsefi.

And finally after months of trying to find a personal quote for my Sith I finally came up with this;

"The Dark Side is my ally, my anger gives me clarity, my hatred gives me strength. To those who stand before my might, tremble in fear. Woe to the ones who challenge my awesomeness."

I just recently received my two hi-res commissions from  rosevnightshade, and all I can say is holy freaking wow! She did an awesome job on both pieces, she's an amazing artist, if you're not already watching her please do so! I am definitely keeping her in mind for future commissions.

Yeah this wolf has been lazy since he got back home from Megaplex over two weeks ago, and getting into the swing of work at my new store I haven't been very active in trying to get pictures uploaded on here from the con. Hopefully tonight I can get some pics up for you guys, and have some time tomorrow to get more posted. In the meantime this wolf has to go hunt for some noms, because he is hungry.

Oh my freaking gods, what a fun time!! Rode down to Orlando with my mate  foxlover_h and  hotrodwolf on Thursday; got there around 9:30 or so in the evening, meet up with  wildmark at his place and went out to eat at Cracker Barrel, then got a few supplies later for the con, and retired for the night at Wildmark's.

Friday we drove over to the hotel, registered and walked around the con before our room was ready. I found Mary Mouse in the Dealers Den and commissioned her for two Certified Tags, I wandered the artist alley, I commissioned  rosevnightshade for two badges, one for myself, the other for my mate along with two digital commissions that she is working on now. Her art is fantastic, and very cute! You should definitely look into watching her!! Later that night we headed down to the inflatables meet and greet panel for a couple of hours, and got to see some amazingly cute, and wonderful squeakies, plus hang out with other squeaky furs!

Saturday I ran around the con just taking in the sights before the fursuit parade. Later that afternoon despite the rain, I went for a swim in the pool. I'm still bummed by the inflatable toy ban from the pool this year, but I still made the best of it with swimming around with some friends, and other great furs! Then we went out to eat afterwards, did some drinking back up in the room, then we headed down to the rave/dance party later in the night.

Sunday morning was spent recuperating from the night before, hit the pool later in the afternoon with friends before we headed over to Chili's for supper. Most of Sunday night was running between room parties, drinking, and playing some Cards Against Humanity.

Monday morning was rough, having to pack up and say our goodbyes. I had a lot of fun at MP, and I hate to admit this but I had more fun at MP than I normally have at MFF! It was not too small of a con, but it wasn't ungodly large either where you couldn't meet everyone there.

Had a good time, and got to meet some of my wonderful fur friends I've known on here for a while like;  RyuSyro,  silverwolfoneofmany,  wildmark,  tmdrake,  jazzystitch and made some new furry friends and getting to meet  AoiWolf33,  banditbat,  Raze117,  SepherixTheFox, and finally getting to meet the adorable  AzulRoosky! You guys definitely made my trip down to Megaplex an awesome and enjoyable one at that, I had a lot of fun!

Also I can't forget my favorite squeaky tiger too,  rascalov you are fucking awesome to hang out with hun!

I am definitely looking forward to MP next year at its new hotel, and getting to see everybody there again!!

Greetings Orlando!!!!!!! Well it was a long, tiresome 13 and half hour drive, but and I made it here. We got in a little after 9PM last night and made it over to 's place, then we decided to go get a bite to eat at Cracker Barrel, then stopped over at Super Target so Wildmark could get some provisions for the con this weekend, then headed back over to his place.

Sorry we didn't make the bowling meet last night, I kinda wanted to go, but being as three of us fuzzbutts had been on the road most of the day, and a very tired and overworked lion we decided to retire for the night.

Anyway looking forward to seeing Rascalov again, and getting to see and meet Syro, Mac, and Drake for the first time. Looking forward to the inflatable panel, spending some time together and having a good time this weekend! *jumps up a few times, and runs around in circles*

Countdown for Megaplex has begun! and I will be packing up the vehicle and heading out in the morning tomorrow and making the drive down to Orlando, then we'll be meeting up with and will be staying at his apartment for the night and heading over to the con hotel some time Friday morning to check in and register. Left my house yesterday morning and drove the long 14 1/2 hour drive to Indiana, and got to  hotrodwolf's shop last night around 10:30 or so and got to relax and spend a little bit of time with him, and my mate. We'll probably be heading down to Orlando sometime Wednesday evening, so in the meantime I'm going to soak in the area I will soon be moving to, and get the lay of the land.

Wondering the hotel taking in the sights for the first time, or probably out by the pool with some squeakies and friends.

Will you be at the bowling event Thursday night?
I'd love to go, possibly get a chance to meet some local furs, or ones from the con!

Will you be dressed for the Megaplex theme?
Not likely. I'll be doing my casual skater look, and wearing my tail most of the time.

After reading my friend  Panzerwing's journal he posted about the names of his inflatable animal friends he has, I kinda wanted to do the same thing too, also including a small back story to some of them like he did with his.

The first three toys I named were those of my Intex sea lions (very rare toys to find).

Cheyenne is the name of my first sea lion from the 1st Generation of sea lions made by Intex, and she was also the very first toy in which I started naming.

Sierra is Cheyenne's little sister. Sierra is from the 2nd Generation of the sea lions made by Intex with a bit more noticeable difference to the model.

Savannah is the baby sister of the three, she too is also a 2nd Gen sea lion.

Mishka my G&G palomino. I ended up buying my palomino from a friend online who knew I was looking for one of the palominos for a long time, and he was selling his as he was moving into a smaller apartment and would not have the room for her any longer. Mishka gets her name from a real life horse who was rescued by a middle-age couple who took her in after she was given up on by her former owners.

Holly my big pouncing tiger. Holly is a very rare toy indeed, as only 10 of them were ever made. Having talked with my friend Thundercats for a long time online he asked if I would be interested in getting in on a custom toy project, I agreed, and then several months later I was presented with my sexy tigress. Holly gets her name from a close friend of mine who is a big time animal lover.

Alexander (or Alex for short) is my Puffy Paws otter. Even before I bought my otter I already had his named picked out. Alex the otter just rolls off the tongue, I think. After seeing my mate's otter (before we started dating) I instantly fell in love with that puffy tummy otter.

Spark my Inflatable World dragon. I acquired Spark from my friend  RyuSyro, he had bought him and had shown me pictures of his dragon and asked me if I noticed anything wrong with him? Spark had a manufacturing flaw and had one of his legs put on backwards lol. Syro contacted IW for a second dragon, which he received for half price due to his concerns with Spark, and they gratefully gave him a new dragon where Syro asked if I would like to buy Spark from him for $50. Needless to say Spark has a new home with me and is well loved, despite his backwards leg. Spark was already named by Syro, so I left his name unchanged.

Wa-Ta-Chee my Puffy Paws wolf (Chee for short). Chee was a spare PP wolfy that my mate had bought and held on for me until I could finally meet him at Midwest Fur Fest last year. Chee gets his name from a real life wolf of the same name which is Lakota for "meeting at the waters of talking spirits". Chee means so much to me, he's always inflated and up in my room, and always gets hugs and kisses from me when I get home from work at night.

My future custom toy I plan on getting next is the Puffy Paws Husky, which I already have two names picked out for him but not sure which one to go with. One is Major, named after a husky that I knew in my neighborhood when I was growing up. Two is Aurora, which is the town closest to where I live, and the high school's mascot is a husky.
