To answer something I was asked, you may order more than one icon per slot with the cap being 3 per person per journal to be fair to others. You will be invoiced prior to starting your commission so you know that once your payment is sent your icon is on its way within the next 24-48 hours roughly.

EDIT: If you are interested in an icon, slots will reopen when the current queue is finished in 3-4 days so check back for new openings! :)
