New followers
Posted 5 years agoHi there. I haven't been super active on here, but recently there have been a nice handful of you suddenly watching me. It's likely due to the new commissions I had posted, and I thank you so much for your interest. :3 I hope you've gotten a chance to take a listen to some of the music in my gallery.
I also have a couple more commissions to post that I have been dragging on, just because life is sorta like that right now. *womp*
Anyway, keep an eye out.
And thanks again. ;3

Getting back into Animal Crossing
Posted 13 years agoPlaying City Folk for the next future. Probably every day, whenever I can...
I started it when I bought it, but haven't done anything since, so now I RESTARTED on my new console. If anyone wants to play and visit, that'd be awesome.

Help translating this page of ... Japanese?
Posted 13 years agoI'm trying to redownload Meat Log Mountain: Second Date, since my computer and drive are no longer with me. But the site for the download is in 99.99% Japanese. I'm gonna hop on the livestream thing real quick, so anyone who can help, just pop in there. I would be MOOOOST appreciative.
(EDIT)
Ended...nobody came. I'll try again tomorrow, maybe.

Posted 13 years ago10,000 submissions. GOOD FUCKING LORD! I guess it's time to wipe it, and then try to keep up once again.
Almost at 10,000 submissions
Posted 13 years agoAlmost a year later.
I stopped looking at every submission like I normally do on August 23rd last year. (actually earlier, but nevermind...) I'm at 9600 submissions right now. Let's see if I can get to 365 days before it hits 10,000. If that happens...I don't know, maybe I'll draw something. I guess, if that DOES happen, I'll promise a drawing. It'll be a new character I've been thinking about. First person that actually reads this and comments will get a drawing anyway. I know my drawings skills are crap, but hey, it's free. ;3 That drawing will be due on the 23rd of this month. And just to make things fun for me, I'll draw something for the 10,000'th submitter. That person probably isn't watching me, so it'll be a surprise for everyone. ;3
Hmmm...we'll see how this plays out.

LIVESTREEEEAM!
Posted 13 years agoAlright, so I just started checking out the Livestream thing. Cause I realized that I could stream a little home concert if I wanted to. :3
Curious, anyone here who actually reads these, would you be interested in a smallish concert of me and my guitar?
I only know a handful of covers, but I could learn some more, and it would help my confidence and learning greatly. Plus, I'm writing stuff, and recording some songs, so yeah, you might get a sneak peek at some of the recording sessions....
Anyway, thoughts?

My Birthday! .... 30 .... O_o
Posted 14 years agoIt's my birthday today guys. :3
Seriously I'm 30 today, and that's crazy. What a decade this has been for me. It was in the last 10 years that I discovered the furry fandom, and FA itself. I also met my first and only boyfriend, and am planning on marrying him. Proposed in Feb of '10. I lost my virginity in this last decade. :3
Tonight the plan is to party like a kid at Dave & Buster's, which is like a Chuck E. Cheese's for adults.
If anyone happens to wanna draw me b'day gifts...... be my guest. ;3
If you do, I may even draw something back. No promises or anything...but, I do need something to start with to get myself into digital drawing with my new Bamboo Tablet. So hey, there's incentive anyway.
Here's to another great year/decade of furry fun.

Robbery >:0
Posted 14 years agoOur home got broken into today. Stolen: Both laptops, desktop, 3 guitars, my engagement ring, various other jewelry, games and movies, recording equipment, and some other odd items. So mad right now. We're lucky they didn't take the external hard drives...they have ALL our music, pictures, documents, and porn. I'm most upset about my ring and my bass guitar. Check out my gallery, you'll see a pic of it. So pretty...and rare. Dunno if I'll ever be able to get another one like it. :_( And I was doing so well NOT losing my ring. But I didn't wear it to work... :_(

High school "meme". I didn't even know that word then.
Posted 14 years agoWhat year was it?
1996-2000
What were your three favorite bands (performers)?
Smashing Pumpkins, Alanis Morrisette (SPAM), and Presidents of the United States of America (POTUSA)
What was your favorite outfit?
Pretty much always been a graphic t and jeans guy. Though my favorite 'OUTFITS' in high school were the dog costume I wore for a summer school Cinderella play we put together ourselves (students), AND my speedos for swimming. :3
What was up with your hair?
Freshmen year I grew it out, then I shaved it off the last day of school. Then it was pretty much eye-length, parted in the middle with shaved sides and back. Pretty standard guy hairdo for the nineties, I guess.
Who were your best friends?
My core crew from elementary on was Jeremy, Chad and myself. My gf from 10th on was Chantai, she became our 4th. Sadly...I don't really talk to any of them anymore.
What did you do after school?
Theatre or Swimming or Water Polo.
Where did you work?
First job was at Taco Bell, learned to drive, and with a manual, on my way there. Quit after 14 months, caused issues in my best-friendship. Got a new job at Chuck E. Cheese's where I worked for the next 7 years. :o
Did you take the bus?
No, they didn't really have 'school buses' necessarily for high schoolers. Mostly just the regional transit, which did stop 1 block from the school. But I still had a ride there every day, whether it was Mom or (heaven forbid, Dad) Jeremy or whoever.
Who did you have a crush on?
Oh so many really. But mainly it was a fellow Water Poloer/Swimmer, Garrett and classmate Grant. At the same time lusting MADLY for Jeremy's little brother Joey. God damnit was he hot!
Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?
Chris Farley at the time, but he wasn't even all that cute OR hot. I just remember him pretending to be gay at some point and it hooked me. :3
Did you smoke cigarettes?
Nope. I absolutely never will. My dad has smoked since he was 10, and didn't give a damn about us kids breathing it. I actually don't mind it so much anymore, and most of my good friends smoke cigarettes. I tend to hang out with them when they smoke, so it's weird. But I will never.
Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?
Nope. All the lockers in my high school were torn out during the summer before I came in. :(
Did you have a clique.
Not really...but I became part of the drama freaks (theatre).
Did you have a favorite hang out?
Mr. Lederer's classroom. That's where we ate lunch for 3 years. He was my 10th grade English teacher, and he was delightfully out of his mind. Had no eyebrows.
Admit it, were you popular?
A lot of people knew me...but I wouldn't say I was popular at all.
Who did you want to be just like?
I sometimes wished I was as cool as Garrett (see above)...but I never wanted to be like anyone.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
I had this plan:
I was gonna learn Chemistry, Physics, Anatomy/Biology, and I WAS GONNA GROW MYSELF SOME WINGS!!
That went far. (Still have never taken Chemistry)
Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now?
Never looked that far ahead really. Still can't believe it's been 11 years.

Watchers
Posted 14 years agoHey there. So I've been getting a number of watchers here and there lately...or over the last year...
Just wanna say that I really appreciate it. I'm not one to go to every page and say thanks, cause it feels silly to me...I'm weird like that I guess. I'm also not one to expect a thanks when I watch someone. *shrug* But yeah, THANKS!
I'm curious though. What made you want to watch me? Only recently did I finally change the 'recent submission' (by finally submitting something) pic to something not drawn by someone else. I don't pretend to think that my drawings in the past made anyone go, "Ooh, I wanna see more."
Is it for the music? THAT I could at least be proud of, and truly thankful for.
I dunno. ENTIRELY often I write responses to things (pics, journals, notes) and by the time I think I've worded everything correctly, I feel like nothing I've said is of any real importance, or that anyone would really care. So I delete it all and don't send it. In fact I deleted half of this journal already. I spend a lot of time thinking about the way someone might read what I've said and misunderstand (as this happens way too often in my regular life).
I'm not a dramatic person about things, I just majorly over-analyze and stuff. Anyway, blah blah. I hope you respond, and honestly if you do. I'm really curious about this stuff.

New Profile info/Inkbunny account
Posted 15 years agoHEY! New journal after forever!
I updated my profile info, and added some stuff. Just in case you wanted to know. I also decided that my fursona is a fatty. Sometimes he can be 'average/thin/muscley' type, but generally now, he's a chub! :3 (F5 for new avatar if you don't see it - from
-kronexfire- )
And now I'm on Inkbunny as Decibel. https://inkbunny.net/Decibel Yay!
So I did 3 musicals in a row last year, which is the most back-to-back I've ever done. First was Reefer Madness (HILAROIUS!) as ensemble. Second was Curtains, a newish musical originally starring David Hyde Pierce, myself as ensemble/Detective O'Farrell. Then it was RENT! I played one of the main roles, the rock star Roger Davis. It was pretty much my biggest role ever (besides playing Joseph in 09 in the Dreamcoat one). It was a freakin' blast and I wish it didn't end, even if the company was kinda crap...BUT THE CAST and the show itself were AWESOME!!
Directly after that, I got recruited into a 90's cover band called One Headlight. I'm singing all kinds of 90's rock hits, and it's sooooo much fun!!! Look it up, one-headlight.com. Though I'm not in any pics/videos/tracks on the site yet. But my drummer is a goddamn cutie!
Just lost my job at the beverage factory...but got my job back at Chili's, so I'm going back to serving again. Yay!
Last year I proposed to my b/f, and we're planning on getting married some time later this year. CAN'T WAIT! It's gonna be amazing.
All of this stuff has been keeping me busy, and with my ADD issues, I let my submissions inbox pile up to craziness. Even after working through over 2000 submissions, I'm still like 6 months behind, and have over 5000 more to go. I try to keep up to date with the stuff I really wanna look at right away (which is generally the hot fatfur porn), but I intend to view almost all of what's in my inbox. Been trying to whittle away some of the artists whose art just doesn't touch me like it used to as well, so I apologize now if I've unwatched you...
I hope to record some stuff soon, which will probably just be me singing to some karaoke tracks of musicals...and maybe some of my own written stuff...maybe.

My life, as if you cared.
Posted 15 years agoIt's not super dramatic or nothing. But yeah, I've been quite busy as of late. Working, doing shows, doing other shows, and working on the computer.
I'm in a show called Reefer Madness. It's the musical satire of the original 30's film. I'm in the ensemble, which means I sing and dance A LOT! But I don't really get noticed, other than my dog 'moment'. I walk on with a stuffed dog, and emote for it. It's pretty funny, but that's all. Fun stuff.
I've been working on the computer trying to clean up the mess. Mostly it's transferring iTunes onto an external hard drive. Everything else has been pretty much handled. And I'm VEEEEERY close to finishing with iTunes, so I'm getting excited. When I'm done, hopefully I'll be able to catch up on submissions again, and maybe do some new stuff myself....maybe.
I'm gonna try to submit a video for Glee auditions on Myspace. We'll see if anything comes of that, but wish me luck.
Blah blah, back to bed to wake up in 5 hours...WOOO!

Mostly me, but sometimes I make him.
18. Who pays when you go out to dinner?
He does usually.
19. Who’s the most stubborn?
NOT ME! Haha, not sure. Kinda even.
20. Who is the first one to admit when they’re wrong?
Usually me, I guess.
21. Whose family do you see more?
His, they're always doing things together. ALL OF THEM! Mine have issues.

He did, for all of them.
23. Who kissed who first?
He said, "I really wanna kiss you right now." And I said, "Ok." Done.
24. Who asked who out?
Umm...we met on the dancefloor, so I guess I did, since I said, "You wanna go outside and talk?"
25. What did you do on your first date?
Sat on the porch of his brother's house and talked, then went into his room and made out.
26. Who’s more sensitive?
What kind of sensitive? As far as 'offended', it's definitely him. I guess he's also more 'emotional', but we meet on that sometimes.

I am, by like 4 inches. Hehe, I like it that way.
28. Who has more friends?

30. Who wears the pants in the relationship?
Pssshhh, pants schmants. Most likely him, but not really.
Marriage
Posted 15 years agoSo guess what?
I proposed to my b/f on Sunday, and he said yes. That's the straight-up, romance-stripped version of the story. But yeah, we're gonna get MARRIED! Probably some time next year after all this money stuff blows over (or gets paid, whatever). So, now we just have to wait til California wisens up that tiny little bit needed to legalize it. Then it won't be just in our heads (or just in another state).
WOOOO CELEBRATE!

Miranda Sings!
Posted 16 years agohttp://www.youtube.com/user/mirandasings08
So this chick is coming to Sacramento to sing with my choir group this Friday. OMG, it's gonna be exciting!! Most likely some of it will be put up on youtube, so you guys can actually SEE me perform. Pretty sweet.
If you haven't seen her before, she is a comedian. The character of Miranda is made up, and she sings bad on purpose. We think she's utterly hilarious, which is why we asked her to do a concert with us. There will be some dancing at one point as well, which I'll be involved in. WHEEE!!
I have yet to upload songs from my choir group, but I soon shall.

Alfonso in Wonderland
Posted 16 years agoMy b/f's b'day party is in less than 2 weeks. I CAN'T WAIT.
So he's celebrating the 10th Anniversary of his 25th Birthday with a big Alice In Wonderland-themed 'un-birthday' party. He'll be the Mad Hatter, and it'll be like a 'tea party'. Our friend owns a warehouse nearby where she regularly holds raves and such, so we're renting it for the night for the party. We've already decorated the place a lot. Brightly colored LARGE teapots and teacups, along with other adornments on the long table. Birthday cake styled after Johnny Depp's Hat from the new movie, with a bunch of cupcakes with Card suits on them (Hearts/Diamonds/Clubs/Spades). Also some cookies with icing that says "Eat Me" on them. Layed down 32 Black, and 32 White tiles to create a chess board dance floor. We're gonna have 4 different "Tweedle DJs". We built a 7 foot mushroom with a bright pink head. It's centered on a square area of astro-turf. Around the mushroom will be a few hookahs to puff on throughout the night. There will be a black light area with a bunch of signs that say "This Way" "That Way" "Wrong Way" "Eat Me" "Drink Me" and so on. There are a bunch of vertical beams (warehouse) that we did up to look kinda foresty. At the entrance will be a big white dome with a fluff ball just above the 'door'. Basically it will be the 'Rabbit Hole' and as you walk through it to enter Wonderland there will be scattered random household items on the sides, hanging and junk, and music from the Disney movie being looped. I may just sing the Cheshire Cat's song myself, as I'll be the Cheshire Cat. I'm gonna use black light face paint to draw a big smile across my face. The outfit I'm wearing in this picture ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2813762 ) plus ears, tail, muzzle and claws. Hopefully all the black in the costume, and my face will disappear to leave pink stripes and my smile in the black light area. AWESOME! It's gonna be soo much fun. I'll DEFINITELY have pics of that.

Venture Bros.
Posted 16 years agoOk, today is fun.
I just finished watching an episode of Venture Bros. And saw yet another hot scene that came really close to porn. I need someone to make a full on orgy of the people in the ending scene of that episode...
I also saw an episode of Family Guy earlier today, in which there was a Human Brian. And now...I need porn of Brian and Brian.
Yeah, I'm just a guy in need of porn. I should really learn to draw, so I could make it myself. Meeeehhhhhh....

I just saw Borat (ON TV, no less), and unknowingly proceeded to watch some of the hottest gay porn I've ever seen. HOLY CRAP!

Posted 16 years agoSo here I am looking at my message counter:
1078 new messages (800S, 278J)
HOLY CRAP!
AAAAND, I'm leaving for Burning Man in the morning, which means I'll be gone for a whole week. Which should probably add another 600S to my count. WOOO! Anyway, there will be pics (I know, I've said that before and lied...) when I come back. Wish me fun and enjoyment!
Love y'all.

No more overnight internets for me!
Posted 16 years agoI got a new job! WOOT!
Friend at work casually mentioned that his sister does hiring at this factory ('production center') that's like AROUND THE CORNER from my house. Like literally, it takes me 2 minutes to get there...if that. I've been thinking about looking for a job there for almost as long as I've lived here (1.5 years), and suddenly here's this guy talking about how he can just make a call and get someone hired. I LEAPED on that shit. Seriously as soon as I got home from Vegas (Monday, the day after really, the 1st) I called the guy, he said, "Let me call my sister, we'll get you an appointment." Next day he called me back and said, "Can you be here at 9am tomorrow for orientation?" I was like SHIT YES! Silly thing is, it's a temp company, but they do the hiring into the factory job specifically. No biggie, but that just means they have to find that opening in the schedule during my available hours (graveyard shift). Almost had it that day, but alas no call. But ONE WEEK later, she called and said, "Come in tonight at 9." Done deal. I started one week ago yesterday. Wed, June 10, 2009
The job is great. It's exactly what I wanted to do...stack boxes all night. And I'm fully serious when I say, that's what I wanted to do. Problem is, I discovered that I am expected to work 13 days straight with one day off. And that means working at 9pm on Saturday and every other Sunday. BOOOOOOO! Well, I went through one weekend of it, not so bad. But still, that's gonna suck for the summer. Means I can't do any theatre for a bit. Also means that I won't be online when I normally would be, which doesn't matter THAT much, but I thought I'd say so.
Ramble ramble....I'm gonna end this here. Other good news to come...if you're listening!
