My Conventions 2017 Part 2

after some very good cons this year, i will now dive into the last half of Furry Cons in 2017.
I will attend Furpocalypse for my first time and visit a few friends in that area before going on board for this years

My Conventions 2017

it took a bit longer as expected but these are my convention hits fur 2017:
I will start the year with NordicFuzzCon, really looking forward to the new hotel, hope the con runs smooth as last years! I will continue with Mephit Mini Con (MMC) a smaller con in Germany but a must visit fur me every year. EAST 7 will be an interesting one too, since it will be held in Ringberg an old EF location and i never had the chance to experience Ringberg befure, i hope Sachsenfurs will establish a great con here in the next few years! :)
This Summer will continue crazy as a Tiger named Wiesel ^^
I will attend Megaplex in Orlando fur the first time, i had some problems with the first planings, but now its confirmed, i will be there! After Megaplex we will jet over to RockyMountainFurCon (RMFC) also a first con fur me there! At last but not least, we will hopefully land ontime in Berlin fur this years Eurofurence, i am looking forward to this one, probably the last EF fur a few years fur me.
Some more Highlights are planed at the end of the year, but nothing set in fur yet but expect me somewhere again in the states in November if all runs well ;)

i have finished my Convention plan for 2016, all vacation days are planed.
If you like you can see, chat and always hug me at the following conventions.
I will start in about a month (oh gosh its so close!!) with NordicFuzzCon and Gdakon. I really looking forward to NFC, because the atmosphere and everything i heard about it sounds so nice. I will stay at the Main-Hotel.
Gdakon basically is on my way back home and only 2 days after NFC!, it will be my longest convention NFC-Ferry-Gdakon :D
I heard the BalticSea-Ferry has also a dance floor *yay*.
MephitMiniCon is basically my must visit Con in Germany, the furs are so friendly, relaxed and nice at a very nice location. I know there are a few who always argue, about its impossible to get a spot, but its not, i see every year alot new furs! Don't complain if you didn't try to apply please!
Pittsburgh! i will come back this summer, to enjoy Anthrocon and all the love and truly passion that this town gives us for a week! Last year was amazing, so i tried everything to make it happen this year again. Looking forward to see all my oversea friends again and meet new ones ofc *hugs*
Last but not least, Eurofurence. But i will only attend from Friday2Sunday because i don't get workdays off in august.
But ok, i still have my problems with the hotel, so it will be fine and enough. I am mainly there to meet my local furfriends from the other parts of germany *hugs*.
Sadly no EAST this year, its to close at Anthrocon.
Ofc you will see me also on some Furdances (SSD, SFD, BFD) and Suitwalks in southern Germany. I even plan to attend CFD this year, to try out the new location.

My convention year 2015 is over...

well yea, its the 28. July but my convention year is already over.
It started very early this year in march and had his high in July, only one more event is on my schedule for 2015, but i am not calling it a con, nor it is it comparable with a classical furry convention. It will be FurryCruise in November again and i am looking really forward to it :)

It was great and awesome, its a pretty nice convention with lots of cool furs! Thx to
trapa for getting me into this and being our guide around Vancouver. I will definitely coming back some day!
If i could, i would visit
Vancoufur each year, but the distance is to far for me.

MMC - Mephit Mini Con
Like last year, i enjoyed being here again. The con has one of the best locations and a very unique charm. Even if MMC is not the best con for fursuiting, its a great con to talk and have fun with friends. I am also looking forward to a day-longer-MMC in 2016!
Oh yes, never say "I won't get a spot for MMC, why apply for a spot?" - If you don't try you will never be able to attend it!
Anthrocon
Well this experience was amazing! What did i hadn't heard before about this convention... "Don't go there its to big", "its huge, you will meet friends only once or twice", "the elevator lines are more than a hour wait", "better go to MFF instead" Well except the last one (which i cant judge) i can only say "shut up!" Anthrocon was a blast, i have never attended a better convention before. And everything what was said to me wasn't true! AC and the worlds furry town number one "Pittsfurgh" will definitely see me again and again! All the fun i had on my first AC, will be doubled on my second i bet! If everything works out i will be there in 2016 again! The Atmosphere of Friendship between Furrys, Non-Furs aka Cosplayers and the town itself and every visitor was just PAWsome! The great mix between very young and older furs is great, something you can't experience in germany, where every con is >18+. Thanks so much everyone who made this Con what it is today!

Sachsen-furs once again for the very nice convention. Even if its the smallest convention compared to my other visited Cons 2015, its still the Con with the most furs i consider as friends. No where else in germany can i meet so many friendly and nice furries, thx all for attending this convention!
Ok, like in last year i will rank my visited conventions, but its very hard this time, since they are so close together and none were a fail like last years decision.
My personal ranking 2015:
1. Anthrocon
2. MMC
3. Vancoufur
4. EAST
But this year, all Conventions were great and i would visit all again in 2016, if i could!
Currently i am already thinking about 2016, and i got the following cons in my mind: Anthrocon, NordicFuzzcon, Gdakon, EAST, MMC, ComicCon Stuttgart.
Fur now, i am looking forward to the smaller events in the 2nd half of this year.

I thought about doing some changes and visit a few new Cons this year and keep the best ones from last year *hugs*
My Con Year will start early this year, in Feb/March with Vancoufur, here i am happy to meet again.
The MMC XVIII and EAST 5 are depended on if i get a free spot, but both are planed to attend again!
2015 i will attend my first Anthrocon, i love the theme and i finally wanna see Pittsburgh again (i was there 2 years ago, but not during AC).
At last thing, there is FurryCruise again! If the dates and my last vacation days are working out together, i will join FurryCruise again.
I will not attend Confuzzled and Eurofurence again, at least not till they have found new homes, i was unhappy with both locations, that means you will not be able to meet me there in 2015.

My EF20 Video
Posted 11 years agoHello my friends, here is my EF video, its something special and the memories mean alot to me.
Eurofurence 20 wasn't what i had expected, things that were promised didn't become real and other things that were already not good at EF19 turned out very worse at EF20. Differences with hotel and con made this con a place that i had to leave. So we went on Saturday back into the Past and visited Magdeburg. From the first minute being at that place my whole mood changed instantly, i felt the Magic from last year again. The Maritim Hotel-Staff welcomed us very heartily and this was the reason we decided to make this Video. I hope you enjoy it.
Big thanks to Fondy, Gatchi, Mesur and Kidran for doing this crazy tour you gave me the chance to visit Magdeburg and the Maritim in my Fursuit!

Because i am very disappointed about EF20 i will skip EF21 and look for different conventions next year.

My Convention Wrap Up 2014
Posted 11 years agoVisited my last classical Convention on the last weekend.
Here is my short 2014 Con Wrap Up, feel free to comment but remember this is my opinion, yours may be different!
This is my Con order: (From Best to worst)
1. EAST 4
This was my absolute favorite Con this year! New location, everything went totally flawless and lots lots of Fun! EAST 5 is basically booked already, there is currently no better Con in Germany!
2. MMC XVII
MMC was nice, it was hard for me to get into it, but at the end i really liked it and will visit it for sure 2015 again!
3. FurWanted 2
Well the FurWanted... it was an up and down, the camp location could have been chosen better, the informations could have been given out better, the weather wasn't the best and to many drunk ppl (not con attendees) were the negative points. Small Cons are social Cons and i had also my fun during the Con. If i attend 2015? I am not sure yet but yea maybe.

4. Confuzzled
First FurCon outside of Germany for me and Cfz was ok, i don't like the new hotel because its somewhere in the nowhere and also not in the best shape but big enough for this Con. If you like queues then you are right here! I have never seen so beautiful waiting queues which were build with so much passion and time. If i come back? probably not next year but iam sure i will give Cfz another Chance in the future.
5. Eurofurence 20
The Major disappointment in 2014 for me... I can't believe how its possible to move away from the best Convention Hotel to a hotel whats located at the worst part of Berlin. Sorry but i couldn't find anything good on the new hotel. There is basically less space than in the old hotel and the hotel-and con-staff tried everything to ruin my Con. Time Tables at EF were always not right but this time is was a bad joke. Sorry EF but i won't come back to this shit, the money i spent around this Con will make a full week vacation somewhere else. But yea if you like drinking and bawl around you will perfectly fit to this Con and this part of Berlin...
6. Galacon 2014
Not much to say than this Con is dangerous! The orga has no fucking clue what they are doing!
If they have a little less luck or a few "self thinking"-volunteers less, it can be a real disaster. Never ever again!
I am looking forward to my last FurryEvent this year. Its FurryCruise and i have an awesome feeling about it. After FurryCruise and my 4 weeks vacation in Florida i will start thinking about my Cons in 2015.

I really liked the Convention, i have met so many nice ppl saw a wonderfurl PawPetShow and simple were somewhere else during the last 5 days!
Also a big thx to all who took part in the Charity for Wildtierhilfe Fiel e.V.! The moment when Pinky said more than 15k€ really made me cry with joy.
I am so proud to be in this Fandom...
