Dexter my dog died suddenly on the 8th of April 2024 after falling ill the night before. It was first suspected that he might have a minor illness like flu or something similar. Sadly at 2AM on the 8th he lost the use of his back legs and tail. (his whole back half really) and we took him to the vet right away. I had a feeling he would not make it from then, he was shaking and scared. This made me completely break down, I love my dog he is my best friend, and to see him in that state was very damaging for me to witness.

It turns out he had a major problem with his back so we had to put him down (he was suffering). He died in my lap while I sobbed. I will miss him so much and I have no idea how the hell I can carry on, he was not JUST my dog, he was my BOY!

"Dexter, I love you, I will miss you more than words can tell. Rest in peace, my boy boy."
