I wanna give you a small notice about tomorow !
I may not be able to stream tomorow seeing how I have plans up until late afternoon. If I manage to get things done early enough, I will stream for sure, otherwise, it'll be pushed back to sunday ! ;v;
Also, I'll be uploading the latest commissions over here on FA soon :' ) Sorry in advance for the spam, havent been good with keeping up ahah ^^;; I gotta work on getting back a better rythm.
Anyways, sorry for the inconveniene and I still hope to see you guys this weekend !

I am writing to say sorry for last week's stream ! I ended up hurting my wrist a bit while working out and felt that resting would end up being better than pushing it... and completely forgot to post a journal about it !

As for today, I am doing good and i plan to stream, albeit it might be a little later than the usual since we have currently some familly over to visit us ;v; I don,t know how long because I was just made aware this morning ahah;;

Weekly Update! What's going on ?

Sorry for all the disapearing and all ! As mentionned in my latest journal, stuff has been going up with a good friend of mine and I couldn't not lend a helping hand.
I am here to bring you guys up to date regarding all this.
After the call last saturday, I ended up spending most of my days accompanying and helping her out whenever I was available and after work. We did a few trips to the emergency to help calm her down when she was having panic attacks regarding her health.
I helped accompany her with taking care of her mom and only came back home after she was put to bed.
Her dad came home friday. I went to help out after work. Her dad is stable at the moment, been a week since his heart surgery. Meaning she will still be needing help, but me and another friend decided that it would be best if we alternated, seeing how it started to affect our own lives as well. We basically wanted to be there as much as possible in the thick of it, but it should be less in the coming days.
She is in the process of getting more help from the CLSC and other clinical services. So help is on the way, which will greatly help.
I have not streamed this weekend as a means to catch up on lost sleep and just, take a little bit more care of myself. I should be back soon with updates on art and all that jazz :' )
I'm very sorry for all of this, but hope you can understand where my priority lies in all this ;v;
ANYWAYS,
the tl'dr is that, I should be more home from now on.

Sorry I had to leave today's stream so early. Things have been hectic recently with a friend of mine. Her dad had a cardiac arrest and is currently in the hospital, and he was the one taking care of her terminal stage Alzheimer mom and now she is taking over all of the duties, but its been quite rough.
I'll try to get a stream going tomorrow, but depending on development, I may leave to give her a hand with stuff.

Heads up to let you know that I was supposed to stream today, but I've been feeling quite under the weather as of late so I'm thinking of not streaming for today.
However, to make up for it, the next weekend is a long one, so it'll be a double stream weekend ! I'll stream on both saturday and sunday for as long as I can ~ This way, it'll allow me to rest up for today and get back more energy and then catch up on lost time on the next weekend ~
Hope it's not too much of a bother v.v !
Sorry as well for the short notice (I was really hoping to get better as the day progressed) and I hope to see you guys next weekend ! ;v; !

After quite a long while, moving, setting up everything in my house, and figuring things out etc. I am finally proud to announce my comeback !
This coming weekend will be more of a chill stream, testing the connection out and all of that and just chatting, give some news and all that ~
Once that's figured out, I'll be back to the usual drawing schedule :) Things may change slightly depending on how things are at home however. Hope you have all been doing well? I sure have been quite busy on my end !
A lot of things have been going on recently, and I mentioned this during my last stream but I will be moving this weekend !!!
me and the boyfriend have got our house and we are simply waiting until we can finally settle in on July 15th.
So wait, why are you moving now Selva ?
Good you ask, because our current apartment is rented only up until June 30th ! But things being available when possible, the ideal date to move out of said apartment is tomorrow, June 19th. My boyfriend's parents will be lending us a hand and have the capacity to move things. We will be living with them from tomorrow until July the 15th. They have been kind enough to offer a place to stay for four weeks and the storage space as well, but they won't be able to help on the next weekend so we decided now was the best time.
What does it mean for the streams ?
Sadly, I won,t be able to stream until we move into our house and get the internet provider to do so. Any computer activity will be minimal since we don't want to overuse their internet connection and all of that. Plus, I will not have the space to get all of my computer set-up and all that jazz, so I figured I'll stick to the minimal use for now.
I may still draw outside of streams ! That is very highly likely, but not a guarantee.
I am thinking that I should be all back and properly set-up by the end of July- start of august. I will keep you guys posted !
I wanted to write this journal much sooner, but a lot of things were still up in the air on whether I would be able to stream or not, and ended up busy at work. So, sorry it comes so late. I am mostly caught up on the current paid commissions, and as such won't take on more from the waitlist until I am settled. I will be able to finish the remaining 2-3 paid ones in the meantime ;v;/
Until then, I'll post the finished commissions over here on FA over the course of the next month, as to not stay completely dead silent also ahah, but yeah ;v;
I cannot wait to be in my own house ! So excited and just... a dream come true ! <3

As such, I won't be able to make it to stream. I'd usually just stream on sunday instead but, well, you know... it's valentine's day ;v; <3 I'll be spending it with my boyfriend <3
I'll make it up at some point for sure tho ! Maybe an extra long stream next saturday? We will see >: )

Anyways, I am taking a week vacation ! As such, I figured I would call off on either this saturday (today) or the next and I chose today ;v;

I got a Trello!

Following a suggestion made to me last sunday during my stream, I went ahead and created a Trello!
It is a page that allows you all to follow-up on all the commissions I am working on at the moment. It is a rightful replacement for the current to-do list! You get to see all of the commissions, their status and progress, and even glimpse at wips! I put the current WIP as the piece's preview whenever I have worked on it and otherwise, if it is not started, nothing will be shown.
I implemented a color code as well and also put up my commission information as well. It even has a calendar ! I am not too sure how it all works yet, but Im slowly gettign the hang of it as I finish setting it up this week (it might be missing a few things still).

I completely forgot, but today is my boyfriend's birthday and we are celebrating him tomorow at a friends place!
As such, the stream will be SUNDAY instead. It is not cancelled, but it will be moved to allow me to spend the day with my boyfriend and our friends : )

[UPDATE] - Commissions and the future!

Hope you’ve all been doing well? I've been doing quite well on my end! Schedule is stabilizing (since we got back with the covid19 situation) and things are going in a good direction overall at work o/
Enough so that, me and my boyfriend are looking to maybe getting a house next summer! We are currently mostly settled in our savings, the only thing remaining to look into is paying our student debts.
Which brings me to this: I’ve decided to keep my commission list open at all times (at least until next summer). I also readjusted my commission prices. The new prices will take effect starting August 1st ! Anything before then will be based on the old price list.
I’m working on a schedule so I can fit streaming once again. I won’t be doing stream commission, but streaming is a great motivator when drawing! In order for me to be able to accept commissions as much as I can, and fulfill them timely, I figured it would be one way. So here is a rough draft of the schedule I am hoping on adopting starting next week!

[UPDATE] - Broken Computer and tablet !!?

It's been a while since my last update here!

Honestly, 2020 has brought its fair share of challenges and it's not been easy. Especially with the recent developments all around the world. I got stuck with the job of setting up my entire clinic to be able to handle working from a distance. Let me tell you it ain't an easy task x.x Especially when your specialist are physiotherapist who usually do MANUAL therapy. We are considered an essential health service and as such, must continue to provide help to people whilst being able to manage with the current times.
Truly, a monumental task, of which I am getting in the rhythm slowly but surely.
Also, my computer broke recently (about a week ago) and had to buy a new one. That was NOT planned at all in our budget, but since we were wise in saving up, we could afford to get me a new one and all was dandy. Until today.
Got my computer, set it up with everything. Antivirus, programs, drivers, etc. but for some reason, it won't detect my tablet, at all.
I tried all I could think of : checking all the drivers properly, reinstalling them, restarting the computer, unplugging and plugging my tablet in all of the USB ports and nothing seems to work.
As such, considering I work from home, have found it easier to work from home and all of that, I figured I might just open up comms in order to get me a new tablet !
I have some already on the list, which take priority. Some I am awaiting news from to continue, and others who are advancing proper. But without a tablet, I can't draw anyway...
So yeah, I am opening up comms UNTIL I REACH MY GOAL.
I am trying to get my hands on this model :

Which is 699.99$ USD with taxes, it should roughly be around 810$USD. I can handle shipping fees if there is any.
Of course, take into consideration that before I can even start on your commission, I have to have reached my goal, and I have to have received my tablet.
