Lion Transformation Comic Interest
Posted a year agoHey all! I'm alive! Let me get straight to the point! I plan on doing a LION TRANSFORMATION COMIC for, well, fun! I was interested if anyone would want in on this. It'd be 100 a page, up to 5 pages of TF goodness. Full color, full shade, and at least 4 panels per page. I want to offer it for anyone and everyone.
Here's a few details:
-You don't pay until the ENTIRE comic is finished. This is to make sure that if I decide it's too much, that there's no harm done!
-I'd personally like to do a human male to male lion, but that's not a requirement. Just know I might throw myself into the comic, or straight up do it for myself if there's no interest.
-It will cost 100(ish) per page for up to 5 pages of transformation comic goodness. I say ish but I'll be working closely together with whoever gets it to make sure it looks good! The ish is just insurance if I feel the project would be a bit more demanding.
-I WILL be going on a first come, first serve basis for interest and whoever decides to claim it.
-You don't need to pay all at once. We can do a small payment plan to get it sorted if the large sum seems overwhelming!
-Please post here if you'd like to get it so that others know it's taken!
-You get to decide the full scenario, triggers, etc. so you can customize the story how you'd like!

Posted 7 years agoHey all! Since my last update (which I'm sorry I never responded to a bunch of you) I have spontaneously moved. I'm now, again, in a whole new state and in a completely different situation. Things happened that I won't get into details with, but working on art will now be a lot easier, and I am now setting myself on a schedule. Like I said before, things are still going to be slow, but it is OFFICIALLY on course.

Holy What!? AN UPDATE!?
Posted 7 years agoYes. It is I. Alive. I have news, sort of.
I'm slowly coming back. School has ended for me, so the transition back to art has begun. It's been a bit slow, and the current situation I'm in makes doing it as often as before... tricky, but it's happening. I'm going to upload a sketch I did for warmup soonish so you can all see that I'm alive.
I'm working on some things to get myself back in the groove, because it really has been a while since I've used my tablet. Once it's done, I'll be getting to these commissions. I'll be noting each of you individually. Because it's taken me so long, I'm going to touch base with each of you, so keep an eye out for those down the road. (I'm really hoping it won't be too much longer, but with my current situation, I'm a bit unreliable. I'll admit it.)
I hope you've all been well. I miss being a big part of this community and I'm hoping I can come back soon.

Settling Down, but Picking Back Up
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone! I know it's been a while since you've heard anything from me. Things are settling down, but school work is still kicking my butt. I also have a trip coming up where I'll be able to see some old friends, which is gonna put even more of a hindrance on this.

My move officially happens on the 20th, so once I have some time to settle in, I'm really hoping I can get some of these pictures done for you guys. I am going to stop offering commissions, and I am going to be closing down my patreon.
The reason behind this decision really comes down to a lot of different factors. In the past few months, I've had a very difficult time maintaining my drive to work, and it's impacted what I've produced.
I am also beginning school today. Which is the first time in 5 years. I need to succeed in these classes, or I will not be able to participate in a program in FL.
In 2 weeks, I will be moving to a different state. This will also put a big hindrance on my ability to work. The Donation battle is still going to help with rent, so all of those donations have really been appreciated.
I WILL be finishing everything owed. I've compiled a list below. If I owe you something and it's not listed, please let me know.
I will be stopping the monthly raffle. It falls under the category of "commissions owed" for me, and it's too much work. I tried to remedy this in my most recent raffle, but it's just not working. I will, however, be hosting a final "Hoorah" raffle for all of my current watchers.
I have not forgotten about Loyalty Points. Unfortunately, I haven't decided what I am going to do with them just yet. I'll keep them around, and let you all know when I've come to a decision. If you have any ideas yourself, please, let me know! I will most likely let you all use whatever loyalty points you have as extra entries for the raffle I'll be hosting.
Do let it be known that I will not be quitting artwork entirely. I'm simply going to be doing it at my own pace and on my own terms. Basically stepping back to being a casual artist. I may offer commissions once in a blue moon, but that'll be at my own pace, once again. So you will see stuff from me from time to time.
If you have any questions or concerns about, well, anything, let me know.

1. You NEED to have been watching me before! A part of the 516 before this journal! If you miss this one, you just need to watch me and I'll be doing another raffle next month!
2. Comment below showing your interest! I'll give you a fancy shiny number to call your own!
3. The free picture CANNOT be a picture from my Tredwell Family Zoo series, one of my YCH's, or one of my potions.
4. If you've commissioned me within the month of June or July, or one of my patrons (within those 2 months) you get a bonus entry! However, you'll have to approach me about them. I won't remember who got what.
5. All of my wills and won't draw still apply!
I'll be offering 15 Loyalty Points among everyone!

June Raffle Announcement!
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone! I have sad news. I won't be able to put up the raffle for June. I'm very sorry about this, but here's why:
I've been trying to get through my current work queue for quite some time, and things keep popping up that need to get done. I actually haven't even been able to finish all the raffle winner pictures from last month, although I am close.
As some of you know, my style is a bit different, and I've put in a loooooot of effort into making sure they're more detailed. Because of this, it takes much longer to sketch, line, color, and shade each of them. (Twice as long as before, actually.) So when I do open up my next raffle, which WILL be in July, I'll be reworking how the loyalty points and upgrades work between my older style, which I still offer, and my newer style. So, when I do open up for July, expect it a bit different.
I love, love, looooove doing raffles for everyone, but it does get overwhelming at times, since this is how I make a living for food and rent. So, because of this, I do need to be a bit more strict about how much free art is handed out. I won't stop doing it, because holy crap I love you guys, but I do need to make sure it's not as often as it was before. Which is why the restructuring will be happening.
I'll also be revamping commission prices. While the prices I have now will be the same, for my newer style, it'll be a bit more, since it takes longer to do. Really won't be much of a change. Mostly just adding options.
On a different not, my birthday is on the 20th of this month, so I'll be off trying to make it a good one this year. Partially another reason I'm not going to do it for this month.
The next Pay Rent Collaboration between
Trevor-fox and myself is going to be up soon as well! This will be very different from anything else, and very unique, so keep an eye out for it! We're both really excited about this one. Want to try to get you guys all pumped up, so.... Be pumped!

Important Announcement Regarding Artwork
Posted 7 years agoHey everyone! As you all probably saw, I just wrapped up and announced the May Raffle winners!
I am becoming incredibly overwhelmed with work to do. I have a LOT of projects pending and I'm having a difficult time keeping up with them, not to mention, I'll be beginning college (after 5 years... It's been a struggle) in about 2 weeks. So...
I'll be having a HARD CLOSE on new projects until I have cleared my queue. What does this mean?
The only new projects I'll take on are ones from the ones promised to my patrons on Patreon each month. That is it.
I may have to skip the June raffle. I apologize for that decision. I feel awful doing that. But if I take more before I'm cleared, it could be a problem. This is not set in stone, but it is a possibility.
Those waiting for the Hawnstom Pokemon images, they're in the works! We'll be editing the second story today and more progress is on the way.

I generally do about 6 hours a day working on artwork, along with any extra time spent organizing and communicating, but when school begins, I will have to cut that time back. This will be rough for me, as this is my primary source of income. Please bear with me while I try to balance my life.
On a separate note, my birthday will be coming up on June 20th. I'm hoping to actually enjoy it this year, so I'm making a point to share it. Most of my past birthdays haven't been the best, so I'll be out trying to make the most of it this year!

I generally do about 6 hours a day working on artwork, along with any extra time spent organizing and communicating, but when school begins, I will have to cut that time back. This will be rough for me, as this is my primary source of income. Please bear with me while I try to balance my life.
On a separate note, my birthday will be coming up on June 20th. I'm hoping to actually enjoy it this year, so I'm making a point to share it. Most of my past birthdays haven't been the best, so I'll be out trying to make the most of it this year!

Returned From My Trip and Important Art Announcement
Posted 7 years agoHey peeps and peepetts! I'm back from my trip and I have news! Sort of.
The trip I took was to find out information about an animal training school. I set up a tour with the facility and found out what needs to be done to be admitted. While I won't be able to apply for the program for another year, things are looking, for the most part, hopeful! I need to take some online prerequisites first before I can actually join the course, and with how life has been going, this is good news. It seems like I finally have a direction, and this might actually be possible! (I've been trapped in "limbo" when it comes to school for the better part of 5 years.)
That means, in terms of artwork, things are going to slow exponentially. While I do need to do artwork for, like, living and eating and stuff like that, I have to try to take all of the credits I need within the year before their application season expires at the start of the next year. So events will be pulled back a bit, and I'll most likely be running on a more commissions on a first come, first serve basis.
I will NOT be easing back on my patrons, though! They'll be getting all the same stuff as usual! And if I do host events, they'll be smaller, so less potions and the like.
To be honest, all of this is subject to change. It's all about what happens and what I can make work!
In a bit of shameless self promoting, if anyone would like to help me achieve this really big dream of mine, to be an animal trainer, please consider supporting me on patreon!
