I hope everyone has been having a great summer so far! I've been a busy squirrel but keeping everything together. Seeing a lot of artists talk about weasyl, so I've finally gotten around to putting up an account there too. https://www.weasyl.com/~trisket Nothing much there yet, but I'll slowly put up all the drawings with Trisket in them up there as well as here.

So I'm going to be going camping this weekend. I'm pretty excited about it, should be nice to get away from everything for a while and just relax. I've been doing some baking to bring along on the trip and some other people are bringing other things...including a turkey to roast on saturday. Hope everyone else will be having a nice vacation weekend too

Yay! I'm so glad it is springtime again. Winter had been so dreary this year. But now everything is green and growing again. How have you all been doing, survived the winter well I hope?

Of course, warm weather means outdoor fun again! I'll be going camping with some friends at the end of the month, really looking forward to that.

It's been years since I've done anything with the journal here. I keep meaning to start using it, but I've been a terribly lazy squirrel. Anyways, I plan to really do it this year, so here it is!

Yay, I'm finally going to get to go camping this summer! Some friends invited me along on their end of summer camping trip, so this weekend Im going to be hiking out into the middle of the forest to spend some quality time relaxing and exploring thickets and following creeks and all of that good stuff.

So much to do to get ready! I'll have to dig my sleeping bag out of the closet. And bake up some oatmeal muffins. Those always go well when out camping.

So, I finally broke down and got an account of my own here! I'm still not sure what, if anything, I have to submit, but that is something I can worry about another day. First I have to figure out how all of this works, so many options and account settings.
