I only like/fave NSFW adult anthro art. I neither interacted with this artist nor sent them anything in the DMs here in FA. I just feel hurt and disheartened that they blocked me. I think that what they did was a bit much.

It was also nosy of them to look at their watchers' liked/faved art pieces. They didn't have to look at them if they don't want to see the kind of art that they don't like making or seeing. Whatever art that their watchers have in their faves list is none of their business.

I've set my own boundaries by blocking them in 7 different platforms. I'm staying far away from people like them. I want to move on from this and heal.

Valentino will always look fabulous with high heels. Having him depicted with fluffy pawed feet doesn't sit right with me.

This is just me throwing shade at that artist who blocked me.

Your bio in DA which states that faving/liking more than 3-5 art pieces at once means "you're getting blocked" is a surefire way to make your followers change the way they look at your art, change their perception towards you, and lose their respect for you.

Blocking them for that reason is already a personal threat and puts you in a bad light, making you come off as a possessive control freak.

I seriously hope that this artist treats their remaining followers better moving forward. I just don't want to see their content in my feed anymore now that I've blocked them in 7 different platforms.

I didn't even interact with them in the DMs. I just add their art to my favourites list because I think their art looks cool.

I looked at their DA account and their bio states, "DO NOT SPAM FAVE, any more than 3-5 at once is getting you blocked, it's annoying as fuck and completely unnecessary.".

I wasn't even aware that they put up a rule like that and I don't understand why artists like them are like that. I mean, you're putting out your art for everyone to see and if they look good, you're going to get a lot of faves from people.

Because they blocked me, I unfaved a lot of their art. My perception towards them has changed. They're not my favourite artist anymore. I blocked them in response to them blocking me.

I don't want an artist who is so uptight when it comes to the number of faves that they receive from people who genuinely like their fan-art.
