Upon commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and/or conditions.
==CONTACTING ME:
- Please contact me here at Discord (Tup#2362), so I can keep things more organized.
- I will use Discord by default to communicate regarding commission work. If you want me to contact you elsewhere, please inform me. (Telegram, for example.)
==PAYMENTS:
- All payments should be in USD [$], via Paypal.
- Payments need to be made upfront in full, before I begin working on your commission.
- Payments must be made within 3 days (72 hours) after taking a slot.
- A full refund is available if one (or more) of the following conditions are met:
* I cannot finish your commission in 1 month (30 days)
* Any other unjustifiable reason I am unable to finish my work.
- A 50% refund is available if one (or more) of the following conditions are met:
* You are cancelling your commission after sketch phase, but before the final product is made.
- No refunds available after the final product is done.
==GENERAL:
- You need to provide at least one visual reference.
- It is recommended to make/suggest adjustments during the sketch phase.
- Please look for the list of what I can/cannot draw below.
- I retain the rights to artworks. The buyer still owns the copyright for the character, if its theirs. You are allowed to use commissioned artwork for non-commercial/personal use ONLY (As an avatar, wallpaper, or just uploading it on sites like Furaffinity of F-List). You are NOT allowed to re-sell my artworks in any shape or form (e.g. printing out my artwroks, and selling them afterwards).
- You may edit the image, however you must meet the following conditions:
* You may not remove my signature from the image. (However, if you want to crop your image to make it a profile avatar, and the signature is cropped off, you may still use it as long as you mention that I made the artwork.)
* You may not recolor, or draw over the image. (of course, tracing is prohibited as well.)
- I have the rights to decline any commission for any reason, please do not be offended if it happens.
==DEADLINES:
- Your commission may take up from one or a few weeks to 1 month (30 days), depending on complexity, or other reasons.
- If you have a custom deadline, then I take an extra 100% of the price of your commission (e.g. your commission costs 25$ by default, but with a custom deadline it will cost 50$).
==PROCESS:
- After the payment is received, I will start working on the commission, and in the near future i will send you one or a few sketches, so you can approve, and require adjustments if necessary.
- I will send you WIPs if you ask them, otherwise I am only sending you if I am unsure about something.
- Upon completion, I will send you the finished work prior to publication.
==EDITS TO WORK:
- Color and/or minor corrections can be made at the flat coloring stage.
- If you forgot to mention something during the sketch phase, then it is not my fault.
- If you want me to make fixes on the finished product, you will have to pay an +5 USD [$] per fix
==I CAN/WILL DRAW:
- Furries/Anthros
- Humans/Humanoids
- OCs and Fanarts
- SFW/slightly suggestive art ONLY
- Less complicated backgorunds, and architecture
- Feel free to ask me if I can draw *anything* (that is not listed under this section) (I might decline it though)
=I CANNOT/WILL NOT DRAW:
-I can't draw anything aside from anthro/human characters.
-I cannot 'anthro-ify' (draw as an anthro character) a feral character.
- Overcomplicated backgrounds, and architecture
- ANY KIND OF NSFW ART (Including Gore, and other stuff that might break the boundary of being nsfw in other terms than nudity/sex.)
- Hyper (Including huge muscles, breasts, ect.)
- Too complicated clothing or armour
==CLOSURE:
- This document can and will be edited at any time, without the need of further notice.
