I'll be opening up for Icon Commissions this Monday, 14JUN, in the afternoon, via Google Form. Link will be provided in the Journal announcement.

These slots will NOT be first come, first served. I'll leave the form open for several hours before closing it for responses. Fill out the form with the information for your requested type of Icon, preferred contact method, and if you're chosen for a slot, I'll contact you within a day!
Also, thank you to the folks who've provided feedback thus far on my Google Form for Commission requests! I've asked several folks already about y'all's thoughts/suggestions on this new process, and so far the feedback has been helpful and positive, which I'm really happy to hear! I personally very much like the Google Form method, and I'll likely continue testing it out with more varied Commission types in the future.

I'll also be opening for Sketch Upgrades for prior clients! These are only available to clients who have commissioned a Gradient or a Colored Sketch thus far in 2020. If interested, shoot me a DM and we'll work out the details.
Friendly reminder that Sketches can be upgraded to any shading style, minus the amount paid for the Sketch, EXCEPT for fully Lineless Paintings. I can upgrade your Sketch to a Lineless piece, however due to how radically different my Painting process is from my lined shading options, the upgrade to a Painting would be the full Painting price.

Considering that my only Commission openings have been for Sketches and Icons, (the only exception being Sketch Upgrades for prior clients,) YCH auctions are currently the only way to guarantee grabbing a full-body, fully-shaded piece from me. And you get a preview of the pose, if the particular sketch tickles your fancy and would suit your character.

Also considering that, apart from 2020, it'd been nearly 18 months since I'd done big Commission openings, I wanted to open the floor a bit.
Are there any pieces I haven't opened for Commissions yet that you'd be interested in?
Thus far since taking Commissions again in 2020, I've limited my queues to Sketches and Icons, with the odd YCH thrown in. It's been a while since I did a big kind of 'free for all' journal batch where folks could request almost any commission type, or even where I opened for more than one commission type in a single batch.
If there are multiple requests for a commission type, (for example, say five people suggest badges,) then I'll take that into account for my next opening! And for example, say like three people request full-body, shading pieces. Then I'll also take that into account. So on and so forth.
Please keep suggestions and discussion civil.

Upcoming Commission Opening / Icons //

Just a heads up for folks. I am planning a Commission opening for ICONS here in the next 1-2 days.
However! There's a twist! This opening will not be first come, first served, nor will it be FA-exclusive.
It will be my first time accepting Commission slots via a Google Form.
As a result, I will be taking a limited number of slots to test out the new format, (half a dozen or so,) and the form will stay live for several hours with the link published on Twitter, FaceBook, FA, DA, etc, to allow folks who are not on FA a chance to nab a commission slot.
If this new format works, I may give it a couple more test runs of Commission Batches, (more Icon queues, Colored Sketches, etc,) to iron out any kinks and make sure it's a format that works for plenty of folks and that I like. At this point, it is far too early to determine if this new format will completely replace my more traditional FA Journal Batch openings. However if there are any major updates/changes to the process/format, I will announce this in a timely manner.

If others are currently interacting with me and you would like a hug/photo/also to interact, please be patient! While fully performing in character and interacting with another person, more than likely I simply won’t see you due to my moving around so much and so quickly, and also due to my focus being on the person I’m playing with at the time! :) If you need my attention, please approach my handler or tap me on the shoulder. I’ll be at Dance Comp Auditions, the Fursuit Group Photo, and talons crossed, hopefully the Dance Comp Finals! (Again, I’ll do my best to post online which critter so that folks can keep an eye out!) Also, generally I’ll be roaming about and checking out the Artist Alley, Dealer’s Den, and common areas in fursuit! This is my first time attending ANE, so exploring the spaces and checking out the con in general is high on my priority list!

Only I can fursuit forever.

Sniper the Dutch Angel Dragon, Raze the Dinodog, and Naluark the Beluga Whale!
-Do you have an artist table?
Lol, never.
-Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
Running between panels and dance events, and suiting absolutely everywhere! Evenings will be reserved for chilling, chow, and then the raves. I will do my best to put out a report of my intended movements and fursuit I’ll be running around in prior to going full beast mode! This is so folks know which fursuit to keep an eye out for if they’d like a photo or to say hi!
-Will you be performing?
Hell yeah, a lot! Other than typical fursuiting absolutely everywhere all the time, (haha,) I’ll be attending the dance-centered events, and the nightly raves as well!
-What/where will you be eating?
Anywhere nearby. I like to stay in the immediate vicinity of the con to ensure I don’t miss events, so I usually prefer to grab ‘n go MREs and snacks in my room or while on the fly!
-Will you be going to parties?
Nah, I’m not huge into partying! But if I’m invited, I always try and stop by to say hi and visit with folks!
-What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
To finally have the opportunity to check out ANE, visit some friends I haven’t seen in a LONG time, and have an overall awesome time! I hope everyone has a good, safe weekend, and everyone’s travels are safe and healthy! Reopening for Commissions may not seem like it, but it's actually been a really big deal for me. This is a huge step in a positive direction, and all the support is really encouraging. <3 I even felt hot enough to take on some colored pieces this round, (see what I did there? Little steppies into pieces more complex than regular sketches!) Hopefully that means before long, I'll be feeling up to taking on larger Batches of more and more complex pieces.

This Lightning Round is now CLOSED! Thank you to everyone who grabbed a slot and was interested! <3 All the support is super appreciated and really encouraging.
For those wondering for future reference. I do plan on opening these sketches up for UPGRADES in the future! Time of that opening is still TBD, but I do intend to post some actual meaty journal updates closer to when that happens to give folks a heads-up when those slots will be made available.
Same thing goes for different types of pieces. For Icons, Badges, Shaded pieces, etc, I do plan on taking more varied pieces in the future. But again, this is TBD. Again, this current and the latest Batches of commissions I've taken recently are the first time I've opened publicly for a queue like this since fall 2018. So these Batches alone are a big deal, haha. I'm taking it slow and getting these art muscles reconditioned before I take on any big projects!

Main hotel, baby! Very happy to be in the main with some awesome friends I haven’t seen in a while! Super excited to be able to spend time with them again.
-What day are you getting there?
Bright and early Thursday morning.
-How are you traveling?
A really slow, airplane-shaped Portkey.
-How long are you going?
Thursday morning through Monday afternoon! Very, very excited to be able to spend the full Sunday at MFF! Due to duty obligations in previous years, I’ve had to bail on Sundays just following the Dance Competition Finals. But this year I’m really looking forward to having the extra time to visit folks and let off all that steam!
-What is the best way to find you?

This is simply due to my sight limitations through the fursuit. You can also tap me on the shoulder!
In addition, and if I’m busy at the moment or if you’re simply shy, feel free to approach my friend and handler with me! If you’re looking for a photograph or simply to say hi, my handlers are always amazing, dedicated folks, and will definitely get my attention for you, even if I’m in full raptor mode and killing somebody on the floor, hehe!

Friendly reminder that I don’t talk in suit while acting in character, and I prefer not to hold long conversations while in suit due to it being hard to hear you, and I also don’t want to lose my voice by yelling so that you can hear me. Please do not anticipate me to speak much while in fursuit, and do not take it personally, as I assure you, it isn’t!
-Can I touch you?
Please ASK before doing so! I happily will give hugs and interact while in fursuit! <3 But please only touch/hug me after you’ve gotten my attention and asked and I’ve said yes! I move a lot and quickly while in suit, so it’s easiest to just get in front of or slightly off to the side of wherever my fursuit snout is pointing as that’s the most likely angle from which I’ll be able to see ya!
-Can I buy you drinks?
Yep! Only if it’s sealed or if I’m present while it’s being served. This also applies to water in the fursuit lounge or backstage at dance auditions/events.
-Can I give you food?
Sure, I always appreciate a snack especially after I’ve been fursuiting for a while! (Just protein and/or carbs – the more nutritious and less sugar, the better!) But please be sure it is sealed or I’m present while it’s being served. If I’m in fursuit, please keep messy foods away from me! And that goes for almost all fursuiters, as well.
-Can I give you stuff?
Sure, if you’d like! I appreciate art and trinkets and the like.
-Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Please ASK before doing so! Hugs in fursuit are fine, yes! Please make sure I’ve seen you, though! While in suit, I may not see you since my peripheral vision is blocked. Just move in front of me and wait for me to acknowledge that I see ya.
If others are currently interacting with me and you would like a hug/photo/also to interact, please be patient! While fully performing in character and interacting with another person, more than likely I simply won’t see you due to my moving around so much and so quickly, and also due to my focus being on the person I’m playing with at the time! :) If you need my attention, please approach my handler or tap me on the shoulder. Please do not step in and interrupt others, or worse, physically shove them away, ESPECIALLY younger furs and children.
Also please note, (and this goes for almost any fursuiter, really,) if you are hanging onto me or standing up against me and I move to step back, please give me space! This isn’t because you’ve offended me or otherwise, it’s simply because I am VERY HOT and need some space to get air circulating around my body and face while in suit! In cramped quarters next to lots of similarly warm people, the temperature in my fursuit rises very quickly, and the best way for me personally to cool down is to have ample space where I can get airflow around and through my fursuit.

Running between panels and dance events, and suiting absolutely everywhere! Evenings will be reserved for chilling, chow, and then the raves. I will do my best to put out a report of my intended movements and fursuit I’ll be running around in prior to going full beast mode! This is so folks know which fursuit to keep an eye out for if they’d like a photo or to say hi!
-Will you be performing?
Hell yeah, a lot! Other than typical fursuiting absolutely everywhere all the time, (haha,) I’ll be attending the dance-centered events, and possibly the nightly raves as well!
-What/where will you be eating?
Anywhere nearby. I like to stay in the immediate vicinity of the con to ensure I don’t miss events, so I usually prefer to grab ‘n go snacks in my room or while on the fly! Also, come on now, it’s MFF, so I MUST partake in some of that famous Chicago deep-dish pizza!
-Will you be going to parties?
Nah, I’m not huge into partying! But if I’m invited, I always try and stop by to say hi and visit with folks!
-What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
That this MFF is the BEST one yet!!! I am so excited for this, and have been for a while! So many of my friends I haven’t seen in a hot minute are going to be there, and even if the most we bump into each other is for hugs, that will absolutely make my convention. Also hoping that everyone’s travels are safe and secure so that the con can be enjoyed to the max!

A really slow, airplane-shaped Portkey.

Thursday morning through Monday afternoon! Very, very excited to be able to spend the full Sunday at MFF! Due to duty obligations in previous years, I’ve had to bail on Sundays just following the Dance Competition Finals. But this year I’m really looking forward to having the extra time to visit folks and let off all that steam!
-What is the best way to find you?

Please do not anticipate me to speak much while in fursuit, and do not take it personally, as I assure you, it isn’t!
-Can I touch you?
Please ASK before doing so! I happily will give hugs and interact while in fursuit! <3 But please only touch/hug me after you’ve gotten my attention and asked and I’ve said yes! I move a lot and quickly while in suit, so it’s easiest to just get in front of or slightly off to the side of wherever my fursuit snout is pointing as that’s the most likely angle from which I’ll be able to see ya!
-Can I buy you drinks?
Yep! Only if it’s sealed or if I’m present while it’s being served. This also applies to water in the fursuit lounge or backstage at dance auditions/events.
-Can I give you food?
Sure, I always appreciate a snack especially after I’ve been fursuiting for a while! (Just protein and/or carbs – the more nutritious and less sugar, the better!) But please be sure it is sealed or I’m present while it’s being served. If I’m in fursuit, please keep messy foods away from me! And that goes for almost all fursuiters, as well.
-Can I give you stuff?
Sure, if you’d like! I appreciate art and trinkets and the like.
-Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Please ASK before doing so! Hugs in fursuit are fine, yes! Please make sure I’ve seen you, though! While in suit, I may not see you since my peripheral vision is blocked. Just move in front of me and wait for me to acknowledge that I see ya.
If others are currently interacting with me and you would like a hug/photo/also to interact, please be patient! While fully performing in character and interacting with another person, more than likely I simply won’t see you due to my moving around so much and so quickly, and also due to my focus being on the person I’m playing with at the time! :) If you need my attention, please approach my handler or tap me on the shoulder. Please do not step in and interrupt others, or worse, physically shove them away, ESPECIALLY younger furs and children.
Also please note, (and this goes for almost any fursuiter, really,) if you are hanging onto me or standing up against me and I move to step back, please give me space! This isn’t because you’ve offended me or otherwise, it’s simply because I am VERY HOT and need some space to get air circulating around my body and face while in suit! In cramped quarters next to lots of similarly warm people, the temperature in my fursuit rises very quickly, and the best way for me personally to cool down is to have ample space where I can get airflow around and through my fursuit.

If there’s a group going somewhere, then sure! Please be advised, however, that my schedule at conventions is very dynamic and centered around Dance events! And while I am fursuiting, I have zero access to my phone and thus messages if you’re trying to reach me. While I sure do my best to meet up with folks, sometimes my schedule is very hectic and plans are made last-minute.
Again, I must reiterate – while in suit, I have ZERO access to my phone! Yes, that means Telegram, Twitter, and any other sort of social media or messages. If you happen to message me while I’m suiting, (which I do A LOT at conventions,) I will not reply because I don’t have my phone on me! I will see it when I get out of suit. Please be patient! :>

I’ll be attending both the Dance Competition auditions and Floor Wars team auditions as Raze, and fingers crossed, making it into the Dance Comp Finals and Floor Wars finals with my awesome teammates! I also will do my best to attend the Fursuit Menagerie, to-be-determined which critter! (Again, I’ll do my best to post online which critter so that folks can keep an eye out!) Also, generally I’ll be roaming about and checking out the Artist Alley, Dealer’s Den, and common areas in fursuit!

The Art Calendars feature a collection of my artwork from 2017-2019! Fursuit Calendars display an assortment of fursuit photoshoots showcasing several different critters in beautiful locations.

I’ll be attending the dance competition tryouts as Iroh, and also hopefully making it into the dance competition finals! I also will be at the fursuit parade and group photo, to-be-determined which critter! Also, generally I’ll be roaming about and checking out the Artist Alley, Dealer’s Den, and common areas in fursuit!

Running between panels and dance events, and suiting absolutely everywhere! Evenings will be reserved for chilling, chow, and then the raves. I will do my best to put out a report of my intended movements and fursuit I’ll be running around in prior to going full beast mode! This is so folks know which fursuit to keep an eye out for if they’d like a photo or to say hi!

Hell yeah, a lot! Other than typical fursuiting absolutely everywhere all the time, (haha,) I’ll be attending the dance-centered events, and possibly the nightly raves as well!

Anywhere nearby. I like to stay in the immediate vicinity of the con to ensure I don’t miss events, so I usually prefer to grab ‘n go snacks in my room or while on the fly!

In my quest to try and attend more of the smaller cons and East Coast cons that I’ve never attended, (or have only attended once a hot minute ago,) here’s to the next on my list! I kicked off these travels with MegaPlex, and now I’m high-tailing it north to Fursonacon! It’s come highly recommended by some friends, and I’m eager to check it out!
Although apparently it’s already been announced (not by myself, mind you, which I don’t exactly appreciate,) that I’m attending Fursonacon, this is my /official/ announcement and convention meme! Contained herein is info on what fursuits to look out for, events I’m planning on attending, and more!

Also please note, (and this goes for almost any fursuiter, really,) if you are hanging onto me or standing up against me and I move to step back, please give me space! This isn’t because you’ve offended me or otherwise, it’s simply because I am VERY HOT and need some space to get air circulating around my body and face while in suit! In cramped quarters next to lots of similarly warm people, the temperature in my fursuit rises very quickly, and the best way for me personally to cool down is to have ample space where I can get airflow around and through my fursuit. Please. Give. Me. Space!

I’ll be at the Dutch Angel Dragon meet up as Sniper! I’ll also be attending midday Friday Dance Competition and Floor Wars Auditions as Raze. Fingers crossed that I’ll make it to the Floor Wars and Dance Competition Finals! Definitely also planning on hitting up the raves every single night, in varying fursuits.
I’ll also be attending the fursuit parade! I am a total fan of fursuit parades, I just love them, and it honestly bums me out that a lot of conventions have opted away from them. Really looking forward to the legendary AC parade! Especially with the band and how they open it up to the public and city of Pittsburgh too? Hello, that’s awesome!

If I’m in suit, please get in front of me and into my field of vision so I can see you! While in suit and really performing in character, I tend to move very quickly and may not see you if you’re standing to the side or behind me. You can also tap me on the shoulder!
In addition, and if I’m busy at the moment or if you’re simply shy, feel free to approach my friend and handler with me! If you’re looking for a photograph or simply to say hi, my handlers are always amazing, dedicated folks, and will definitely get my attention for you, even if I’m in full raptor mode and killing somebody on the floor, hehe!

Just keep an eye out for one of my suits! I’ll be fursuiting pretty much at all times during the convention, exception being (what little) sleeping and scarfing down snacks as quickly as I can in my room… If only to make sure I have enough fuel to keep on fursuiting!

Friendly reminder that I don’t talk in suit while acting in character, and I prefer not to hold long conversations while in suit due to it being hard to hear you, and I also don’t want to lose my voice by projecting so that you can hear me. Raspy voice and sore throat is not how I want to spend the second half of my con nor next few days at work. So please, do not anticipate me to speak much while in fursuit.

If there’s a group going somewhere, then sure! Please be advised, however, that my schedule at conventions is very dynamic and centered around Dance events! And while I am fursuiting, I have zero access to my phone and thus messages if you’re trying to reach me. While I sure do my best to meet up with folks, sometimes my schedule is very hectic and plans are made last-minute.

In suit, yes please! I loooove looking through con pictures and videos after conventions – such great memories! If you happen to take any, please link them to me or tag me on social media!

-Are there any panels you might be attending?
I’ll be at the Dutch Angel Dragon meet up as Sniper! I’ll also be attending midday Friday Dance Competition and Floor Wars Auditions as Raze. Fingers crossed that I’ll make it to the Floor Wars and Dance Competition Finals! Definitely also planning on hitting up the raves every single night, in varying fursuits.
I’ll also be attending the fursuit parade! I am a total fan of fursuit parades, I just love them, and it honestly bums me out that a lot of conventions have opted away from them. Really looking forward to the legendary AC parade! Especially with the band and how they open it up to the public and city of Pittsburgh too? Hello, that’s awesome!
-Will you be suiting?
Literally until my arms fall out of their sockets.
-What suit(s) is/are you bringing?
Sniper, Raze, Ramiel, and Iroh are all gonna be flying with me!
-Do you have an artist table?

-Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
Running between panels and dance events, and suiting absolutely everywhere! Evenings will be reserved for chilling, chow, and then the raves. I will do my best to put out a report of my intended movements and fursuit I’ll be running around in prior to going full beast mode! This is so folks can keep an eye out for me when I’m Raptor-ing or Kestrel-ing or Weredog-ing or Lion-ing around!
-Will you be performing?
Hell yeah, a lot! Other than typical fursuiting absolutely everywhere all the time, (haha,) I’ll be at the DutchAD meet, Floor Wars auditions, Dance Comp auditions, and inshallah the dance event finals as well!
-What/where will you be eating?
Anywhere nearby. I like to stay in the immediate vicinity of the con to ensure I don’t miss events, so I usually prefer to grab ‘n go snacks in my room. But I sure have a lot of folks I can’t wait to see again and catch up with over a good meal!
-Will you be going to parties?
Nah, I’m not huge into partying! But if I’m invited, I always try and stop by to say hi and visit with folks!
-What's your goal(s) for the con this year?
Hoping that my travels are safe and uneventful, the con is a safe and fun experience, and it helps me get a bit of an energy boost after a pretty bumpy past year. :) And most importantly, being able to see friends I otherwise don’t get to see out of conventions like this one.
Hope to see some awesome folks there! <3 Seriously though, the best way to reach me during the con will be over Twitter and other social media, (except FaceBook - I really dislike Messenger and my notifications move way too quickly to follow comments on posts.) Been a hot minute since my last Journal, so wanted to drop a quick update for y'all!
Looking for more updates, fursuit photos, & Patreon announcements? I'm much more active these days over on Twitter! https://twitter.com/Twilight_Saint
NSTR in the art realm, really! Just very busy with some life events that I won't bore y'all with here. Been working exclusively on personal artwork, which I'm slowly yet surely posting on Fridays, as always. I've also been working with some different mediums and software, a bit of which I've been sharing on Patreon, if you're interested in some styles and subjects a bit out-of-the-norm of my dragon- and furry-centric online galleries.
My goal over the next few is to branch out into some different styles, be it how I go about creating a piece from scratch, and to varying subject matter as well, just to switch things up a bit for me. The first glimpses of which are being shared via the 'Art Deco miniseries of my reptile family I've been posting, if y'all have checked those out yet.
Otherwise, I still have some Ref Sheets in progress and a couple of character overhauls I've been slowly picking at in my free time. No ETA on their completion at this time as they're not super urgent.

Since I've been getting a lot of questions regarding this topic, I'm just reiterating that my next commission opening is to be determined. Between work and other life happenings, I just haven't had the time nor the impetus to have a queue right now.
I can only give the most vague forecast that I may reopen commissions later this year, so circa autumn-winter 2019. If not then, then likely around winter-spring of 2020. As always, once I have a better idea of when exactly I'll be open for new projects, I will create a journal announcement. So stay tuned!

Well shoot, it's been barely a month but it's about time to get my MFF Journal bumped back. I could go on about how it's been a busy month, etc etc, but I'm not the only one who has had lots to do this winter already so will save that dissertation in lieu of trying to make my Journal entries shorter and shorter.
Current outlook is that all commissions will be done prior to 25DEC. I have one piece left and anticipate finishing it at least within the next few days, extraneous circumstances depending. All other clients have received the links to their completed, full-resolution pieces. If, for some reason, your link isn't working, please let me know asap and I'll gen a new one!
Posting pieces is a bit backlogged - which is good! That means I've been productive ahead of schedule. - for the next few #FursuitFridays, a schedule which I'm still planning to keep as posting every Friday has been a good schedule for me for the past couple of years.

Following the holidays, I have some personal sketches that I'll see to finishing and also some practice and 'Experimental' styles that I've been wanting to try out for a hot minute. Some of these I may or may not post, (though folks on Patreon will still see 'em,) on my main art galleries depending on how much I like them or feel otherwise.
I also have some new characters and redesigns of old guys that I've been working on, and will finally be seeing to fruition with completed Ref Sheets. It's been a looooong time since I've done a Ref Sheet, so it'll be good to flex those muscles again, if only for one or two characters at a time.
Experimental pieces will be done with my personal characters so that I can develop the new styles and techniques more, and also so I'll have examples of potential commission openings for these new pieces in the future.
-2019 Outlook
I've received a good many questions already about when I'll be reopening for commissions next, and as always my best answer is to simply keep an eye on these Journal updates and Twitter posts, as I usually start ruminating about upcoming queues on Twitter before I hash out all the details in a bigger Journal.
At this time, I do not have a set timeframe in mind for when I will be reopening for commissions. However, once I do have plans for a commission opening, I will, of course, give some heads-up announcement posts and the like.
Future openings will likely include my 'Standard Commission' pieces, alongside a few slots for newer 'Experimental' pieces, at least those that I have personal-character-examples to show for. Just depends on my schedule. :>

It’s that time of year again…and by a strange turn of events, I am able to attend MFF! Actual-factual, satisfaction guaranteed!
Ironically, with the convention, I will be *gasp* missing this #FursuitFriday! But I’ll be more than making up for it with some actual-factual, is-this-the-real-life fursuit dancing in person at the convention, haha.

It’s that time of year again…and by a strange turn of events, I am able to attend MFF! Actual-factual, satisfaction guaranteed!
Ironically, with the convention, I will be *gasp* missing this #FursuitFriday! But I’ll be more than making up for it with some actual-factual, is-this-the-real-life fursuit dancing in person at the convention, haha.

Hugs are fine, yes! Please make sure I’ve seen you, though! While in suit, I may not see you since my peripheral vision is blocked. Just move in front of me and wait for me to acknowledge that I see ya. If all else fails and my attention is being directed elsewhere, don’t hesitate to alert my handler and they will be sure to get my attention to you!

Generally. Even if the character I’m portraying in fursuit is grumpy and we get into a play fight, just remember – it’s all for play!

I seriously need to save my voice for work Monday morning, and yelling in fursuit just isn’t kind to my throat and not something I’m going to do.

Running between panels and dance events, and suiting absolutely everywhere! Evenings will be reserved for chilling, chow, and then the raves. I will do my best to put out a report of my intended movements and fursuit I’ll be running around in prior to going full beast mode! This is so folks can keep an eye out for me when I’m out and about.
-Will you be performing?
Hell yeah, a lot! Other than typical fursuiting absolutely everywhere all the time, (haha,) I’ll be at the Fursuit Mingle, Dance Comp Auditions, and Inshallah Dance Competition Finals as well! I am also planning to attend as many of the nightly raves as possible. Critters I’ll be attending the nightly raves as will generally be random and whichever critter I didn’t get a chance to suit at for fun or for an event during the afternoon/evening.

Pizza, with fresh souls on top. Seven slices, exactly, for a balanced diet.

Nah, I’m not huge into partying! But if I’m invited, I always try and stop by to say hi and visit with folks!

Back from ANW / Commission Updates //

Hey guys! Just a quick round of updates to keep y'all in the loop.
MISSION UPDATE - 14NOV2018
-2019 Calendars Shipped / Few Still Available //

-2019 Calendars Shipped / Few Still Available //
For several folks who placed 2019 Calendar orders, your parcels have already arrived! For others who are still waiting, (OCONUS folks, mainly,) your parcels too are enroute to you! All calendars were shipped last week prior to my departure for ANW. If in the next two weeks, your calendar still has not arrived, please note me and I'll do some sleuthing in the guts of the USPS for you or make other arrangements.
I have exactly FOUR Art Calendars left! One of them is claimed, just awaiting payment now. I've received several inquiries if I have some to spare, so these last remaining few will be gone pretty quickly I imagine. If interested, Note me ASAP to claim yours!

Happy to report that I have returned from ANW! The con is in its second year, and not to be outdone from a stellar first year, it was a fantastic time! Being still a smaller-sized con, I had ample time to spend with awesome friends, and also made a bunch of new friends as well! It was absolutely great getting to see and hang out with everyone, and it was hella difficult going back to work on Tuesday, lol!
Fursuiting is really great at ANW, despite being a small con! There's a lot of activity and plenty of events to attend. I was also able to break out the Quad as I had it handy, having traveled to another recent photoshoot with it. Always a blast becoming an ACTUAL dragon, haha, and I really stepped up my game from last year! Tried some moves and found out that I can be surprisingly quick on my back feet, and tested out some dance moves, perhaps for an exhibition-style showcase dance in the future, hmmmm?
The dance events were also stellar as well! I didn't attend the Pacific Rim Rumble dance battles as I was on the waitlist. I didn't realize I was first in line on the waitlist, and whaddya know, someone ended up cancelling! But I was in fursuit at the time running about, so somebody else got to dance in my place. :) And I'm actually happy about that because we had SO many new faces this year! It was great to see so many folks coming out for their first competition or their first dance battle, and I'm really happy that the dancer community is thriving as well as it is.
The traditional Dance Comp was a ton of fun as well, and I ended up winning FIRST PLACE in the Veteran's Division! I was so shocked and am still stunned and honored to have placed. <3
-Commissions in Progress / Patreon-Exclusive Pieces / Outlook //
Current clients, now that I am back from ANW, commissions are underway as usual! As a result of my recent YouTube 10k Subscribers raffle, (yeeeep, there was a free art opportunity!) and the rad experimental piece I did for that, I'm working on some more examples that my awesome Patrons had early access to. I'll be working on those pieces as I have time in between my current regular queue, on a not-to-interfere basis. Luckily they are very quick for me to crank out in the evenings after work, and I've nearly sketched all of them already, so good progress is to be had.
I might also hold a raffle here soon on Twitter as well, pending completion of my DeviantArt raffle. Will just have to stay tuned!
I am aiming to have my current queue completed either before or just following the MFF weekend. Following the completion of this queue, I'll likely take a short break to work on a really epic Ref Sheet that I gotta get done at least around New Year's. And either in-between or following that completion, I'll reopen for another queue of similar size to this current batch, x<10 pieces or so of miscellaneous types. Of course, that's still a few weeks' outlook, and I'll be posting updates between now and then.
-MFF a Possibility? / Rest of 2018 //
Many, many folks have asked me, and I wish I could give a better answer. But my current likelihood of attending MFF is a hard maybe. Literally 50/50. I got refundable plane tickets, and if I can go, I'll be there between zero-dark-thirty Wednesday night and Sunday evening. Despite it being...barely two weeks away now, that is still too far out for me to tell for sure if I'll attend.
If I can go, it'll be great, of course! If not, it's not the end of the world, and I'll be at FWA and/or BLFC 2019! :>
And the outlook for the remainder of 2018 is largely the same as my Commission outlook above. It's incredible to me that we have just over a month left - this year has flown by, and I'm not sure if that's a good thing or otherwise. Fairly soon I'll be overseas on deployment, though, so I am making sure to appreciate every day I have here at home with traveling to see wonderful friends and loving my reptile family. <3

Before time runs away on me before the end of this week, it’s time to post my Anthro Northwest (ANW) meme!

Before time runs away on me before the end of this week, it’s time to post my Anthro Northwest (ANW) meme!
Ironically, with the convention, I will be *gasp* missing this #FursuitFriday! But I’ll be more than making up for it with some actual-factual, is-this-the-real-life fursuit dancing in person at the convention, haha.
As a result, expect me to post some artwork early this week and maybe even a fursuit dance practice prior to the weekend for folks on the world-wide-winterweb who won’t be at the convention. <3 Apart from posting early this week, keep an eye on my social media sites as I will be sharing updates & action shots from within the guts of the convention itself.
In the interim, for current clients, just keep an eye on my updates channel as I’ll still be working on Commissions this week in between work and getting everything packed up and organized for travel. I’m planning to have at least two pieces finished before my departure, including the currently largest-scale piece in my queue. So that’ll be rad and ready to post the following week when I’m back home!

Keep an eye out for myself running around in fursuit! I’ll be wearing badges for whichever suit I’m in at the time.

If I’m in suit, please get in front of me and into my field of vision so I can see you! While in suit and really performing in character, I tend to move very quickly and may not see you if you’re standing to the side or behind me. You can also tap me on the shoulder!
In addition, and if I’m busy at the moment or if you’re simply shy, feel free to approach my friend and handler with me! If you’re looking for a photograph or simply to say hi, my handlers are always amazing, dedicated folks, and will definitely get my attention for you, even if I’m in full raptor mode and killing somebody on the floor, hehe!

Keep an eye out for one of my suits! I’ll be fursuiting pretty much at all times during the convention, exception being (what little) sleeping and hitting up nearby restaurants for chow. Out of suit, I will do my best to keep an eye on Twitter to announce what critter I’ll be hitting the floor as. So if you’re looking for a photo, don’t hesitate to come find your favorite character!

Tall enough. Y’know I seriously don’t even understand why questions like this are on ‘convention memes’ of all things, hahaha.
-Can I talk to you?
Yes! Just forgive the sailor’s mouth.
Friendly reminder that I don’t talk in suit while acting in character, and I prefer not to hold long conversations while in suit due to it being hard to hear you, and I also don’t want to lose my voice by yelling so that you can hear me! It is best to either DM me questions you have, (and I’ll get back as soon as I can,) or ask my handler at the time!
-Can I touch you?
Hugs, yes! Taps on the shoulder to get my attention, yes! Gentle nose boops, sure thing! Tackling me from my blind spot running top speed to collide with me is proooobably not a good way to start your day, haha.
-Can I buy you drinks?
Yep! Only if it’s sealed or if I’m present while it’s being served.
-Can I give you food?
Yes pls! Chex Mix for daaaays!
-Can I give you stuff?
Sure, if you’d like! If you are giving me something, especially if it is fragile or artwork, and I am in fursuit at the time, I will point you in the direction of my handler to keep it safe! <3 If it’s a Badge, it can be pinned/clipped to my lanyard on the spot! Thanks!
-Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Hugs are fine, yes! Please make sure I’ve seen you, though! While in suit, I may not see you since my peripheral vision is blocked. Just move in front of me and wait for me to acknowledge that I see ya. If all else fails and my attention is being directed elsewhere, don’t hesitate to alert my handler and they will be sure to get my attention to you!

Nope. Silent Suiter here, man! Of course that doesn’t mean that YOU can’t talk to me, haha. Just expect nonverbal communication as I will be character performing my replies to you.

-Where will you be most of the time during the day/s?
Running between panels and dance events, and suiting absolutely everywhere! Evenings will be reserved for chilling, chow, and then the raves. I will do my best to put out a report of my intended movements and fursuit I’ll be running around in prior to going full beast mode! This is so folks can keep an eye out for me when I’m Raptor-ing or Kestrel-ing or Dragon-ing or Lynx-ing around!
-Will you be performing?
Hell yeah, a lot! Other than typical fursuiting absolutely everywhere all the time, (haha,) I’ll be at the Fursuit group photo & parade, Dance Comp Auditions, and Inshallah Dance Competition Finals as well! I am also planning to attend as many of the nightly raves as possible. Critters I’ll be attending the nightly raves as will generally be random.
If you are looking to catch a glimpse of my Sniper Quadsuit, I will for-sure be announcing when I’ll be hitting the floor, and most-likely times will be afternoon-hours.

As soon as the final payments are received, I will be ordering all Calendars.
