Hey guys! so i'm back from San Japan and my workload has finally been cleared. So I can just focus on commissions. I worked very hard and stressed for a long time to be able to do this. So this means yes this year I wont be doing any Halloween Themed / Type of commissions. I MAY however get a YCH up if i have time. But now that I have a clear shot i'm taking it for things to work on. I will however be making some Adoptables this month and October in the theme of things! I also want to stream more and need to stream more so I can focus more on the work. So they will be more MIC off streams with just music. Since while I love talking to you guys. It does take me much longer to finish a picture than if im just listening to random things and working. But I am active in the text chat when i get chances! Hey guys. So I never like making these journals. But I really do like to keep everyone informed. So if you had noticed i have been very absent from posting as of late. It is not that I have not been working. Because I have been. I just cant not publicly post a lot of it. With San Japan at the end of August, NDA work, Patreon rewards and Youtube. It has been very hard for me. I finally felt a true burnout. I've had artblocks before. I've had times where I needed a break but this took to to an entire new level and I have been playing Catch up this entire month from it. It pretty much took the entire month of June away from me and I STILL didn't get everything done that I needed too.

Streams: The heat has been killing my electronics. I have been vocals for a while now about how my Computer is slowly breaking down. Well it's true and the heat isn't helping. Even with how tight money has been the past few months We have still been able to afford AC while it's been tight. It is an amazing Blessing and something that Cody and I have not have the luxury to have in nearly 4 years. In doing so. While I want to do more streams. My Programs just don't want to work half the time OR my computer heats up to the point where I can only stream for a few hours at a time. Which is why Streaming from the ps4 has also been amazing for the couple of game streams I have been able to do. I'm trying to get back in to it. But with all of the work loads I have and the con prep. It just isn't possible right now. And as bad as it is to say. Sometimes I just don't have things to talk about when I am focusing on work. If i want to chat with people I cant give the work my full attention it needs. So Something that I could get done in an hour or two gets done in nearly four. OR when I am listening to music / other things and trying to focus. I get dinged and am not being paid for the time working.
Now it isn't selfish to say that with the fact I am putting my hardware at risk if i'm not making Some money. It isn't worth the risk. I will still be doing streams. but i'm going to stop promising them. Because i don't have that reliable of hardware I can't really keep a stream schedule.

Commissions: I haven't been able to touch any of my spring orders and i greatly apologize for that. I pride myself on being active and updated with people. But letting this get to far has opened my eyes to a lot of things I can not juggle any more. I am slowly sending out refunds for people who have been waiting a LOT longer than they ever should have. But I am in a place now where I can only do a few refunds at a time. Or be completely flat broke at the end of every month. This all comes with being "Self" employed but I know it also is not me. This summer seems to have been hard for EVERYONE i follow. Even people who have never had problems before. The market is changing as well as networking. Which is one of the many "joys" of working for one self. I do not plan to quit doing commissions any time soon and I will be working on them. But realistically with everything else going on. I can not put my time in to them until AFTER SJ ( about the second week of September when i get home )

I will still be doing collab commissions with friends because I can slip those in in between work as well as a few adopts here and there. But other than that art is still going to be rather slow until September. ILU Guys Thanks for taking the time to read.

Hey guys. So as the wedding drew closer more and more shit came up in my life. Where i thought I would have time to work on them during the month. I just didn't and I am truly sorry for that. Since I did say I would get them done in the month of October. But as it seems I wont be able to get them all done in that time. Being as Cody got his new job and I work from home. Pretty much everything home related has fallen on me. Which at the time I believed I can do and I still can. But the small things like , finding a parking spot, Laundry, Mail, Utilities that work. I can not give refunds at this time. But now that the wedding is over and these last grievances Are calming down AND I have a desk AND Internet. So hi guys. Feels like a huge while since have done one of these. As you all can tell >> My Trello is still not clear like how I wanted it. But It is now much more manageable. Which is why I have been smart with how I have been doing my commissions and again I am so sorry as always for making people wait as long as they have. It bothers me so much but so far this year has been the biggest rollercoster of my life. Where I have Learned to take the punches and get stronger from it. This year has also given me a lot of foresight on what I will be doing with my art and work flow in the future. For a few of you that already know. While I hate to say it and and upset to say we will be having to return to my father in laws after the summer is over. Which will be around the 14th - 16th of September. Which is why we will be keeping the go fund me up to help us pay for our moving expenses. We will be moving out before our wedding that is for sure. However at this time only a small group of people know that with some events happening with in the next two weeks it will in fact be a blessing in disguise.

However this is my last full week I will be able to work on commissions full time. I have already gotten my patreon stuff done for the month. As well as a few other private client projects I have been un able to speak about. Now the reason for this is because on the 30th I will be flying out to Texas for my first ever convention that I will be tabling at SAN JAPAN. and once I return I will not be able to work on any art until we have been moved BACK in to my in law's house. Which is going to not help my stress what so ever but when has it ever been?

OK So hey guys. Is wear to god I feel like I make these all the damn time now. The simple reason for that is just that with how our lives are it is almost impossible. I work so hard to get these done but as long as we live here. It does not matter to our in-laws and there is nowhere else I could go to work. constantly and consistently. There is no other way to put it. I honestly never know when I will be bothered or not. I will never know when at the drop of the hat I am forced to do something for hours OR our internet / living issues come up. This wont be forever and I do know while we house sit we will have more time to our selves. It is only Temporary. It is always only fucking Temporary. So the point is this is that. Holy balls this was a great xmas. Honestly with everything that went on the past few weeks and just the rollercoaster that was this year. Today had to have been one of the single best Christmases I have ever had. For one it really did not feel like any holiday to me this year. With all that has been going on I have been very depressed. Even before finding out about the shit with my in laws. So I really was just sort of eh about it this year. But man did things turn around and I am so happy it did. For once my entire family came to dinner ( which has not happened in over 15 years ). For another I got along with my extended family we had some embarrassing things come up but eh its family. But I never really got along with my cousins. Since as silly as it was we were the nerd family and they were the "normal" family. So it was nice being able to get along and talk after so many years.
We would see each other in-between that time but maybe once a year for a birthday dinner or something never anything like Xmas. Even though it was one day it really did feel like the holidays and like i was a kid again. I was also surprised that I got gifts. Honestly with everything that had gone on. I wasn't expecting really anything. I knew Cody had got me a really nice set of watercolors and a Pan for them. But we got a lot of giftcards even Cody was surprised my extended family got him gifts as well * which they have never done in the 9 years we have been dating. My parents always got him a gift but never my extended fam. IF they showed up *
I got a wonderful fuzzy robe. Which is something I have wanted for years just like. Mother fucking candy! OK may not seem like a big deal But every year for xmas I always wanted some holiday candy and never could get it! So this year I got so much candy ;0; I just..... I feel so loved and happy and fuck I needed this today. I got a few more things but I feel like im rambling. So what did you all get for Xmas?

Alright so wow you would think my bad luck would stop right. LOL nope it just hit a high point last night. Where our inlaws pretty much bottom line told us we need to find a place to live in a month. I wont go in to to many details about it. But This have been awful since we moved back in after the summer. SO even though we pay rent + the power bill here and other things. It just isn't enough and they made it very clear that we have a month to find a new place to live. Now this ehehe really fucking sucks Because we pay rent + the power bill and other things. But the bottom line that they laid out for us was.

Because at the end of each month Cody and I are NOT flat broke. We do not know what it means to suffer or be "real" adults. Even though we pay all of our own bills and rent and other bills here. SOOOOO since we are not like them and are flat broke every month. We need to know what it feels like. This is also why I had to privatize my Amazon Wishlist because I guess you guys buying me gifts was a problem. Because even though I show them my statements Since I am getting "Packages" every day I am spoiled. ( even though half of them were xmas gifts for other people. That I budgeted for in fucking advance for. ) So this is a word of advice if any one recently got something off of my wishlist I love you but please please cancel it. SOMEHOW even with proof my Father in law does not believe I did not buy them.

But to add salt t the wound they said if we will be homeless we can fucking stay. BUT they will be raising our rent 3 times the normal amount and we would have to pay an extra bill on top of that. SO I am making this update that we are trying to find a new place to live. ( we will not be homeless my own parents offered to take us in if we can not find a place by the deadline ) BUT This was not really something I wanted to hear before the fucking holidays were over. So bottom line my work flow will be as followed.

- I will be streaming way more on picarto to show i am getting work done(Current To-DO list). BUT I wont be talking / typing much. This also goes for any things I post from now until we are moved in.
- I will still have my weekly you tube videos up but they will just be speed paints ( Thank god i have back up footage )
- I wont be taking any more commissions UNTIL we are moved in no matter how desperate it may be. ( I made a good amount for the sale that should cover my basic bills for at least 3 months )
- I will also be working on looking for outside work since now we do not know where we will live / what our future rent and bills will be like.

So as it turns out I need to go to the Lawyers office with Arofexdracona and her mother in law due to the car crash to make sure everything is straight and that is gonna take a couple of days. Just like  Arofexdracona put in her journal. We tweeted about it but yesterday we we're in a Car Crash. A fucker speeding in the gutter T-Boned us on the way to the Library. We were fucking turning in to the parking lot when the guy hit us. No one was badly hurt. Aro and Her mother-in-law ( who was driving ) got really bad bruises and soreness. While the rest of us seem to be ok. My parents were really worried and told all of us to take it easy and be careful the next few days. I woke up today with a sore neck and IDK if it's from the crash or just sleeping weird. Since I tend to have neck issues normally. So I'm taking it easy just to be sure. So my work flow will get back to normal on Monday.

FML I swear..... One of the bills we fucking pay here is the power bill and my father in law informs me just now that Edison called and said they are shutting our power off tomorrow. He says that he paid it and they wont shut it off anyways. But with my father-in-law you can never take his word for truth. So if i randomly poof for no reason.
