Life update 4/24/17
Posted 8 years agoHey guys.... so Im just gonna be honest and shot since I like keeping you guys up to date.
So far this past year has been really hard. Close friends know that our living situation is becoming more and more toxic every day. It's gotten to the point where its so hard to work because i'm almost always interrupted.
and it is a real chore to take all of my work things with me to a friend's house to try and hope I can get work done there. Which is why my commissions seem to be taking longer and longer.
I'm very sorry to everyone I am working on them.
on a good note we found out we will in fact be house sitting this summer. Which means Better internet which means more streams! and I'll be able to finally work in peace.
There is only so much you can brush off of your shoulders here. I normally like to have a I dont give a fuck attitude and most of the time it works. But however if you chip at the same wall everyday with no way to reinforce it. It will crack and sooner or later shatter.
We're trying our best I just can't wait for next month because that will be around the time we can go house sit and get away for 3 months.

Posted 8 years agoHey guys.... i don't wanna go into it but in the course of a 30 second phone call. I had great hopes and dreams that were shattered. So I just need some time to try to takecare of myself. I'll be back to normal / working on Monday I swear. So I just know tomorrow is gonna be one of those days that is gonna be hard to get out of bed. and i'd rather not do stream commissions when i'm out of it.

Posted 8 years agoSorry I didn't update you guys but Cody and I went on a mini road trip to San Diego for the GoodGuys Retro Car show. We had an adventure alright. Pretty much everything that could go wrong did. But we also got amazing stuff to counter act the bad!
Good:
- we got free Dinner ( nice fancy dinner too ) every night~
- We got a free hotel stay at a nice Hilton on our last night.
- Got to see lots of cool bomb old time-y cars
- I got a black snitch Necklace watch
- Cody beat his race time by over 3 seconds
- I got to be a passenger in 2 racing events.
- I sketched in my sketchbook a decent amount
- I some how fell asleep in a chair
- I didn't get sunburned to badly
- Cody and I won a free cup
- I got to meet and hang out with more of cody's co-workers / clients
- We had bomb ass food by the ocean
- I tried a new mixed Drink that was free~
- Some how stayed awake an entire day in the sun and outside!
So yeh might not seem like much but we are happy to be home. I had a wonderful time. I'm also gonna try to stream some work on Tuesday 8> so see ya guys then!Commission Live Stream on 4/7/17

So I'm pushing the commission stream back to 2pm pst. Starting time cause I'm not someone who can work with a migraine... and I'm so tired can't focus so I'm gonna plop back into bed for a bit. Wedding Update!
Posted 8 years agoYooooooo So after a lot of thinking and some good news finally. Cody and I found a venue. As well as the funds to pay for it. This place is perfect. The only downside was it has a capacity cap. Now originally Cody and I did see a problem with that..... Until we were making the invitation list. I bring this up because there were a lot of online friends, Ones have I have been close to for years. Can no longer be invited..... The cap was 65 and that already sounds like a lot of fucking people. But my entire family is around 10 people. My brides maids and cod's groom's men is also another 10. And Cody comes from a huge family on both sides. On top of friends we have known and have been there almost our entire lives. So.... ;m; Im sorry to say but after a lot of talking to cody about it and working my ass off to narrow it down. Cody and I agreed ed that IF I had no yet met any of my online friends... They wont be able to be invited. This really hurts my heart because I wanted so many of my close online buddies to go. I even told them in advance it should be fine! But I forgot Cody comes from a Huge ass family and we have a semi large amount of close IRL friends. So I will also be messaging them individually about this. Who I already told about.
I know a lot of people will be like. " Da fuck Michie it's your wedding you should invite who ever the fuck you want!" while yes you are right. You have to think of it like this. I wanted a small wedding AND THAT CAN'T HAPPEN EVEN IF I WANTED TO!. even if i had it be just family and close friends.... that is still like 50 people.... * head desk* I never thought I would ever say this. But I guess Cody and I are very popular.
Plus weddings are pricy and this place is perfect! its still a little pricy but worth it. Plus like I said the cap is 65.... so that is still 65 people cody and I need to pay for for food in junk. Also many of my friends know this. Court house wedding is out of the question for us. No problem to people who did them and loved it. Cody and I just don't want a court house wedding since by that time. We would be together for over 10 years.
So ya long update is long. But please to my friends I love dearly. I really hope you do understand. ;^; If things were different and money also wasnt an issue I know it would not be a problem.Commissions Open! All Kinds!!

Posted 8 years ago The truth for why there hasn't been much art this month ( February 2017 ). As I have always said I have wanted to keep you guys as updated as I can so I don't have a "Poof" like I used to. As most of you know art is my fulltime job. While I have been job hunting living in the middle of nowhere. Makes job hunting hard. Once a new place pops up everyone and their mom races for it. I have been looking but the pickings have been slim.
For all of my new watchers I got this month HI! Happy for the watch. But many of you might not know my living situation is. Cody and I have lived with my parents for 3 years. Until finances hit an all time low for all of us and my parents could no longer afford to house us. So we had to move in with my In-Laws.
Everything went well for the first month or so before my Father-in-Law (J) Started to show his true colors and last year was one of the most stressful years of my life. However with great things that happened last year it has still been an uphill battle. Cody and I have been doing our best to look for a place to stay and move out with hard times smacking us back.
Now as many of you know I told myself that this year I would make sure I was less stressed And do everything in my power to stay away from positive vibes. Well with the lack of orders. ( I Know I still have a semi big que) and the stress at home with my in-laws. It has been to the point where today is the first day in over a month in a half we have had food.
Yes Cody and I have been living in a house with no fucking food on top of a lo for other stresses that provoked my work. So my Buddy arofexdracona has offered for me to stay with them when ever shit gets too stressed out. Which is what I have been doing. Cody and I have gotten our own food only to find it gone the next day and no one telling us why. As well as paying for bills that are not our own. Then thrown in our face that we live here. ( which we pay rent now AND give them extra for food )
So needless to Say it has been hard. Because of this I have spent most of my time away from the computer or trying to work and just zoning out without realizing it and the day is gone. The past 2 weeks I spent keeping to a strict schedule and routine. Which has been helping a ton. Since currently our living problems are not going anywhere. AND I found out now that we may NOT be house sitting this summer. Which was normally about 6 months of Cody and I to have a place to ourselves and be on our own. Away from his family.
This really isn't meant to be a PLEASE COMMISSION ME/ HELP ME/ FEEL SORRY FOR ME. Type of thing I have always been one to wish to inform my watchers, subscribers, loyal friends and just cool peeps. Cause I love you guys! the routine has helped a ton. Im also very thankful to have buddies that I can stay with when life gets too stressful. We'll get out when we can I know that and I will find some sort of work I have before. It just always takes time. I miss drawing I miss giving back to you guys. Which is why once I finally hit 500 watchers I'm gonna do a free raffle giveaway! IDK what it will be yet but I wanna give back to all of you awesome peeps.
I'm also making this journal because of this I feel like the month just Flew by and I got nothing done. IF I have to lug my shit over to Arofex's house to get it done I will!. ( They have already offered me a few times. ) But I'll also be updating a work schedule so you guys can try to understand when i work and when i don't. Though due to the in-laws weeks are subject to change but that is a part of my life I have just gotten used to at this point. Can't wait for march to start! Got a lotta stuff planned AND LoZ comes out 8> had that bitch pre-ordered almost a year ago!

Posted 8 years agocalifornia storm Lucifer ( idk whythey named it that ) is supposed to be really bad and right now its only 3 pm and it is so dark outside that we have to put all of the lights on in the house! I know physically we'll be fine. But the last time we had a bad storm our internet was knocked out for a day... This is supposed to be worse than that Storm and since our internet is already shitty I MIGHT POOF! Im gonna try not to but if i seem dead for a few days / week this is why. I already saved all of my commission refs I need to my computer ;u; I just really hope your internet doesn't get knocked out.

sateena . She recently started needing to go to physiotherapy And dental work done. and she recently found out she has to move in July to a new apartment! She is an epic artist and VERY Fast. She is the person I tend to do our Collab commissions with most!

Posted 9 years agoUgh so as you guys know from my last journal I ent to chill at arofexdracona 's house to chill. well I did but all of our asses were sick! Cody got me sick right before he left and her entire house was full of sick people. We all had the flu and just kinda were lazy butts of sick mess.
But when I got home today my right ear has been killing me to the point where it's hard to focus on anything AND my eyes are really like... gooopy. I know that sounds gross but IDK how how to describe it. My vission is constantly blurry and just sticky? If this keeps up with no signs of getting better i'll go to the doctor. But in the mean time It was scary just driving home with my eyes like this. It's a lot harder to try to stare at my computer screen.
So I just wanted to update you guys that mya rt and work flow will still be slow. I'm gonna chill in bed and sip my spiced tea until I pass out again SO night night guys~

Posted 9 years agoHey guys! Just a lil update. This week is gonna be kinda busy for me. Today (monday) cody woke up really sick so I had to help him do his errands/ Take care of him. Thursday I have a doctors appointment ( my Doctor is far away so its a whole day event for the most part ) And I'm gonna stay with Arofexdracona for (1/13-1/14) Because Cody will be gone for a work trip ( he is coming home on the 15th ). BUT His dad / My father in law has been on the war path recently. So i'd rather spend the few days with friends then be bothered every few minutes.
I'll still be working on commissions the best I can but since I pretty much have 4 days of being away from the computer art will be a bit slow.
As for why i'm staying with Anna! I just can't deal with his stress over stupid shit right now. So I know I wont be able to focus anyways so Might as well spend the time with friends! 8'D right?
