Posted 13 years agoTonight's live stream was rough. I made some money, and I did some good art, but I struggled with some bad art, and I did a LOT of yelling. I threatened to kick out one of my regulars, and I DID kick out a new guy. Listen folks, if you're having Paypal troubles, forget about ordering live art. Wait until you get things straightened out. Sending me e-checks or payments "under review" while expecting art NOW will get you the boot.

Posted 14 years agoOkay, I've got a lot of writing to do, but here's what I'm doing in a nut-shell. From now on, I am refusing any and all commissions for Marvel/Disney characters. It's not just a matter of supporting Gary Friedrich, it's a matter of self-defense. Marvel has gone much further than throwing out Gary's authorship of Ghost Rider. They have claimed his profits from convention drawings and barred him from making any claims of creatorship or even MENTIONING Ghost Rider. This is more than a defeat of one guy. It's a warning shot aimed at ALL OF US. Marvel has made it clear that we are all not only fair game, WE ARE ACTIVE TARGETS.
I hope other artists will join me.

Super Sunday Art Marathon Wrap-up!
Posted 14 years agoMy Super Sunday drawing marathon was a BIG success! I drew for 9 hours and completed 9 new drawings from scratch! And they were FUN, too! Thank you everybody for coming!
Among the drawings I did today were Night Mistress, Elvira, Erin Esurance and my first ever Princess Zelda! I experimented with some serious BDSM! You should'a been there!

Posted 14 years agoI want to take a moment to thank all of my fans and customers! This past year was successful because of you all! The summer was slow, and I started to worry, but the fall TOOK OFF! The past two weeks in particular have been quite a success! So 2012 is starting off on a promising note, which makes me happy!
I want to change things this year, make things BETTER. Better for me and MY site. I don't know what that means yet, but I'll work on it!

Xmas Marathon OVER!
Posted 14 years agoOKAY! The Xmas day drawing marathon is OVER! I drew from noon to 9:15pm, with a one-hour break. That’s 8 hours! I completed 2 existing large commissions, and I did 2 LIVE commissions! And I had 12 to 17 viewers ALL DAY! It was great fun! Thanks everybody!
