II. CONDUCT
I reserve the right to refuse any commission.

Please act in a friendly manner when commissioning me. If your behavior is rude or inappropriate, I may refuse your commission.

I will not draw NSFW or fetish art. No Exceptions.

Be as descriptive as possible, provide reference images for poses, appearance, etc. The better you describe what you want, the better the chance the image I draw will look like the image in your head. I will not be held responsible for mistakes on the finished piece due to poor communication or lack of relevant information.
III. PAYMENT
Commissions must be paid for in full upfront before I will start drawing your commission. Payment must be made in USD via Paypal Invoice.

Refunds may be requested in full at any time before I start inking. After the inking process begins, no refunds may be made.

If I, the artist, need to cancel the commission at any time, a refund will be made in full.
IV. PROCESS
I draw slowly (And I am lazy), so the time to completion for each commission slot will be a couple of days to a week at least. Other factors, such as health, school, and complexity of the commission may also impact turnaround time.

If requested by the client, Works-in-progress will be provided. Expect to see Works-in-progress at crucial steps during the commission process, so I can clarify if anything should be changed/added/removed. These changes must be made during the drawing process, as it will be impossible to do so once the drawing is finished.

Once the drawing is finished, Transparent Versions, Lineart (If the final image is shaded or flat-color), or Flat Color (If the final image is shaded) will be provided at request.
V. RIGHTS AND USAGE
I, the artist, reserve full rights to the finished image to do what I wish with, unless otherwise specified. This includes the right display the finished image in any of the places where I display my art, such as my FurAffinity Page or Twitter feed.

NOTES:
- Despite his name, Wulfric "Wulf" Delmar is not a wolf. It is unknown why his parents would decide on such a name, but it is assumed that they did not know much English at the time Wulfric was born.
- Strangely enough, despite his family's rooted history in Russia and the Soviet Union, Wulf Delmar appears fiercely loyal to the United States of America, which is possibly a result of his military service in the US. Also as a result of his military service, Wulf Delmar has allegedly gained an affinity for illegal weaponry, causing him to be considered as a threat.
- Away from University, Wulf Delmar is most often seen in the company of Katrina "Kat" Aarden (See Threat Assessment Profile #28846), a female Shiba Inu, and Aerospace Engineer, who is currently employed at Schmidt and Schneider Aerospace Manufacturing. Status of whether the similar unfortunate theme of their names is a coincidence is still uncertain.
-Earned a Bachelor's Degree Online in Biology from an Online University while deployed, and is known to be fluent in English, Russian, and German.
- Though exceptionally skilled in the water, Wulf Delmar is less-than-exceptional when performing land-based activities, which allegedly nearly led to his failure during U.S. Marines training. His skill with firearms, however, is notable, and should be considered if engaged.
THREAT LEVEL:
Moderate- Wulfric Delmar is suspected to be in possession of various pieces of illegal weaponry, and has the training and knowledge to use them. Engagement or constant surveillance is not required, but an eye should be kept on his actions.
