I have to raise the price for feetpaws and other notice
Posted 11 years agoI have not realised this, but the price they are at right now only cover materials, so i am not gonna be making any profit if i sell them at the price they are at now.
they will be raised from 45$ to 75$. sorry for the inconvenience.
Also, even if youre just ordering parts (handpaws, tails, feetpaws, ect), PLEASE still read the TOS, and send a quote request through e-mail!

Unknown Fursuits TOS
Posted 11 years agoThings to Know Before Quoting and/or Commissioning:
Any Terms of Service are subject to change.
The owner and founder of Unknown Fursuits is a minor! Meaning that he is under the age of 18! If you are uncomfortable with this, then you do NOT need to send us a quote request.
We also live in a home where there is smoking. We try our best to keep our suits away from them, but there is no guarantee that they will be completely smoke-free.
Quotes:
To submit a quote request, please fill out our quote form and e-mail it to unknownfursuits@gmail.com. Quote requests submitted through any other means (e.g. FA notes) will be ignored. Submitting a quote request does NOT guarantee you a spot on our to-do list! We have the right to deny a quote request if your character is too complicated, or is impossible to re-create in fursuit form.
Measurements:
Measurements will be asked from you after you make your down payment. Please tell us if youre using centimeters or inches. For head measurements, measure the circumference around the brow, distance between your eyes and the distance between your brow and eye. For hand measurements, spread your hands as wide as you can, and measure from the tip of your thumb to the tip of your pinky.
If you do not follow these measurements, it is not our fault if the suit does not fit you.
Payments and Payment Plans:
We only accept payments through PayPal for the time being. We require a 30% down payment for your suit to go on our “to-do” list. This must be paid in US dollar to unknown0species[at]gmail.com on PayPal. The rest can be paid either in US or Canadian dollar to the same PayPal address. The down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE!
We can discuss payment plans through e-mail.
Shipping:
The price for shipping is NOT included in your initial quote! The shipping price will be given to you when your suit is complete. At this time we will ask you for the address you want the suit to be shipped to, and your real name. If you move while the fursuit is being sent to you, it is not our fault if you do not receive it.
Deadlines and When to Expect your Fursuit to be Done:
We are NOT accepting deadlines at this moment! Our fursuits typically take us 2-4 months to complete (depending on complexity and when your payment plans are). Commission according to when you want the fursuit done!
Warranty:
All fursuits sold by Unknown Fursuits (including pre-mades) have a 60 day warranty that starts when you receive the suit. This covers any defects in construction or material. This warranty ends if you do any unauthorized modifications (not including accessories like peircings) to the fursuit.
Age:
If you are a minor, you must have parental consent to send us a quote request and place a commission. It is also recommended that you finish growing before you get a fursuit.
Work in Progress Photos:
We provide WIP photos every time something significant is done. E.g. base completed, parts finished, etc. etc. these are opportune moments to tell us if you want anything modified or if we’re doing anything wrong.
Last Minute Changes and Cancellation:
After you make your down payment, you may NOT make any large changes to your character! Examples would be change of color, adding/removing any large markings, and changing species. If you want to make ANY changes to your character while your fursuit is being constructed, consult it with us first!
If you want to cancel your commission while your suit is being constructed, you will receive a refund (minus the down payment), BUT, you have to agree on allowing us to sell what we have completed so far (note were selling the suit, not the character) or using it for a personal project.
Contract:
By commissioning Unknown Fursuits, you agree to ALL Terms of Service. Anything agreed upon by both parties in both writing and e-mail is a binding contract. We keep all e-mails that are sent to us in case any issues come up (we recommend you do the same).
