Throwing this out there but it looks like there's a chance I'll be going to BLFC next month if there's anyone I know going and may have room space available that doesnt mind me crashing with them. Will obviously be willing to pay for the space just trying to avoid paying a full room for just myself if I can lol

Will be attending Golden State Furcon at the end of the month since I'll have time off for it and it's only like 3 hours drive from me. Hope to see some folks there that may be going!

Glad to see ya'll still around in the New Year! Went back to Ohio to visit family for the holidays myself. Was nice being able to see some family i hadn't seen for a holiday gathering in like 4 years lol. It was a great holiday and New Years all around. Here's hoping for a great 2024! :D

Also I plan on attending FC later this month since its only like a 4 hour drive away from me. I had only recently decided to go since I realized it was so soon and so I figured "why not?" Plus i should be getting the holiday off for it anyway so wouldn't have to take vacation time for it lol. Had been meaning to make an effort to go to more cons now that I'm back in the states again and figured this was gonna be one of the easier ones to go to. Planning on being there for 4 days. Any of you guys going? If so I look forward to being able to meet yall!

Posted this on my Twitter a few weeks ago, but basically just as the title says i'll be moving to California at the end of summer! Hoping to be able to meet some of ya'll Cali furs and maybe get the chance to go to a con again.

In a world of talking animal people do you imagine there is some universal language they all speak and understand or varieties in language that differ between each species?

I always think of it as one universal language but the idea of making up and naming languages that certain species would speak always seemed like a neat world-building concept to play around with.

Rabbits: Lagonics
Foxes: Vulpera
Raccoons: Churringo (with a secondary sign language they often use)
Felines: Purrsian

Stuff like that. Can even mess around with the lore of it too, like origins, regional dialects, etc.

Got a backlog of art i still have to post ranging from recent to 1-2 years ago XD. So will likely be uploading a few of them everyday until i finally catch up. A good bit of them are admittedly summer/swimsuit themed because i have an unhealthy obsession with them and figured it would be more fitting to post them now that we're getting warmer weather and it's perfect for the occasion. Gotta get them summer vibes goin' 😎

Hope the New Year has been treating ya'll well so far. Hard to believe we halfway through February already lol. Currently on a business trip in Colorado for a month. Other than work stuff not a whole lot been goin on in my life, but sometimes boring is the better alternative than a bad time so I can't complain hehe. Kingdom Hearts reference aside, that's what I call 2020 XD. It's like it existed but it felt like we more or less didn't co-exist with it. At any rate, Happy New Year from the Far East! I know 2020 universally sucked for everyone and it couldn't come to an end quick enough but i'm curious if there were any good things for you that happened this year if you feel like sharing. For me, my two biggest things were I got promoted for my job and I got to move out to Japan! Also what plans do you have for the New Year that you couldn't really do this past year (assuming Covid restrictions loosen up worldwide due to the vaccine)?

Going through a backlog of the stuff guys posted that I watch and faving them like I should have done so if you happen to see a bunch of favorites from me on old submissions you may have posted from like last year or months ago thats why lol. Should get to posting a backlog of commissions I got that I never got around to posting as well! There's a lot of them but I'll try and spread them out over a while to not spam ya'll.

Last time i made a journal was over a year ago whoops xD. I'm still around! I have quite a handful of things i need to post here still that i just never got around to from like half a year ago lol. I feel bad because haven't been quite as active around here like i used to but i'll try and do better about that since I do enjoy this site and a lot of folks still use it. Plus its a good way to archive a bunch of art instead of trying to filter through the sea of Twitter post. Hope ya'll have been well and off to a great start to the year. So looking back at 2016, needless to say it was a bit......rough for a lot of people as a whole for a number of reasons lol. Numerous celebrity deaths throughout the year and a (imo) questionable president elect have definitely made 2016 leave a sour taste in some people's mouths. I lost my great grandmother this year but for the most part it wasnt "unexpected" given how old she was. Not many ppl can say they lasted a century in this world.

For me personally, it felt like just another year. Nothing really good nor bad happened this year compared to any other year so I guess that's not necessarily a bad thing. Financially I am in a much better situation than I was last year so that's definitely a plus!

As far as new year's resolutions, I normally don't make/have any since I will likely forget about them in like a week anyway xD. But this time I feel I should attempt to make a few.

1) A relationship would be nice. Admittedly, I haven't been in a serious one for a while now xD. So for 2017 I'll try to do better on the that front. Who knows, maybe some nice lady will sweep me off my feet (nothing against the guys out there that may be attracted to me haha). Extra bonus points if she is active in the fandom, or otherwise knows about it and is cool with it lol

2) Attend my first con. I hope to make 2017 the year I attend my first ever con. No idea which one and it may be difficult given my work, but would love to go to one. Maybe even invest in a partial or full suit eventually! If anyone has advice in that regard I'd like to know your opinion of it. Like which cons you enjoyed most, planning, etc.

3) Visit more peeps from the fandom irl. Earlier this year during the summer I had the pleasure of meeting  Bluestreak98 and his gf. Was the first person I met from the fandom irl and it was a fun experience! (for me at least, hopefully it was for them too x3). For 2017 I want to make an effort to try to visit more peeps I have interacted in this fandom over the years but never got to meet in person. I know between April and May I have leave (subject to change) and I have talked to a few people about visiting them if time and days permitted so I'm pretty excited about that!

4) Maintain some level of happiness or positivity even when things get tough (and they always do at some point). I'd like to think I'm pretty good at this normally so it's more of a "reminder" more than a "new year's resolution" thing, but thought I should put it down anyway.

I may think of some more later as we get closer to the new year but that's all I could think of for now.

Figured I may as well make a journal welcoming and thanking my new watchers. Even though I don't usually thank y'all individually, I do appreciate the watches and faves I get :) I am no artist myself but I'm guessing you guys watched me because you at least enjoy the art I get from others, so thanks for enjoying my silly ideas haha.
