Well hello!
Okay, so.. I feel like I need to start fresh.
You guys can now find me on my new username, fruit-ee.
I am currently getting errors, saying that my gallery folders are missing and I cannot upload any icons.
Some of you may or may not like my new name change, but I would prefer to not go by "Vanity" or "Danni" anymore for my alias on art websites. Vanity is really not a good alias or adjective to go by, and Danni is my real first name, so I mean.. yeah. Makes sense to NOT use as my artistic alias.
I am really looking forward to starting fresh.
Please try and be patient as I upload all of the art work that I have done over the time I have been away. Some of my art might not even be uploaded, because it's simply not worth it to upload it.

Posted 12 years agoYes, I might be joining the bandwagon of people who are leaving FurAffinity. However, it is not just because of the recent dramatic events.
Both of the websites I am found on (DeviantART and FurAffinity) have been struggling to hold my interest and keep me around. I would like to keep my art all in one place, rather than all over on multiple websites.DeviantART's staff, as well as FurAffinity's staff have me frustrated beyond belief.
Where would I be going? Tumblr. I love Tumblr, and I already have an account set up. At the moment its my own personal account for my own interests. However, I might just stick to submitting my art there.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday with their family and friends.
This holiday has been wonderful for me. My family has been getting along, the dinner was great, and my presents are wonderful.
What did you guys get for Christmas? Whether its materialistic or idealistic, I wanna know!
I got a 3DS with Pokemon Y and Animal Crossing from my dad. Then I got 2 tailored jackets, jeans, truffles, a Starbucks gift card, Bioshock Infinite, perfume and a scarf from my mom.
My boyfriend got me.. some..uh.. interesting things. A concert ticket for Guthrie Govan and the Aristocrats.. and uh.. Cough. yoga pants.. underwear.. ahem.. OH AND MODERN WARFARE 3. Yeah, I would say he is pretty damn awesome.

Posted 12 years agoThat's right, as of today I am on winter break. My goal for the beginning of this break is to submit and complete an owed picture a day. I will be working my butt off now that I am stable health wise and I have free time.
Finals were tough, but I studied my ass off and it paid off. It feels good to be successful!

Posted 12 years agoI know I have been /incredibly/ slow with art progress and completion. I would like to genuinely apologize to each and every one of my commissioners for the wait.
I appreciate everyone's patience, thank you thank you thank you.
I have ALL of my due commissions sketched out, and I will work on each one daily. There will not be a day that goes by and no progress is made.
I have not been in the best health, which in return made me fall behind in school and work. In my eyes, offline is so much more important than my online work. My health and education is my #1 priority, so I had to get all of that sorted out before continuing what I had to finish online.
Winter break is approaching very soon, and I will be spending most of that doing commissions and getting myself 100% stable (health wise).
After I finish all my commissions in my queue, I believe I will not be opening commissions again for a very, very long time. I have lost my love and enjoyment for art and it feels more like a chore. I would like to regain my love and appreciation for art, and strive for greatness offline. My life will not go anywhere if I spend all of my time on here. I will not be pursuing my career in the art field.
Again, thank you for your patience, and I formally apologize for my absence and the long wait.

Posted 12 years agoSo the beginning of my summer break has been a great hit. I had to deal with some family issues over in Oklahoma, with the tornado chaos. I had to spend a little time there. & I've just been spending the beginning of my summer break trying to be social. Imagine that, right!? I have also lost some motivation to finish commissions, so I imagine the little break I took will make my muse kick in again.
I have not forgotten, and I will finish everyone's commissions! I am sorry for the delays.I want your opinions!!

Posted 13 years agoHello, hello FA. I am really sorry for disappearing for a while then coming back for a short while. I will try being more consistent with that kind of stuff... I was bed ridden for about 2 weeks, unfortunately. However, with lots of rest I am better. Unfortunately I haven't really been happy the past few months. Its been irking me and pulling on my heart strings like a mother fucker. It's just getting deeper and deeper in to my heart. Like a bottomless pit. The only thing that really seems to keep me happy anymore is my boyfriend and a couple online friends.
I really wish I could completely rewind time and prevent that fucking shit from happening. There's nothing I can do now and just.. ugh... It's hard to keep moving forward. I tried making things straight recently but it was just thrown in my face. & To top it off, being ill doesn't/didn't help with that.
So, I guess that is the end of my rant.
I apologize for ANY late commissions. If I owe you ANY art regarding commissions, please NOTE me with what I owe you and I will get right to it.
