Admittedly right now, the money I make from commissions is the only money I earn at all as I haven't been able to get a job yet ^^; Ad right now, after having some major payments, I'm currently at a bit of a low point with my money & worry about the coming month ^^:

If anyone can help in anyway and would like a single panel commission (though I am willing to upgrade it to three if wanted), it would be greatly appreciated! ^^ However I don't want to force anyone at all either.

Also I do wanna apologise again to my current comic commission queue right now, as I promise I am working on your comics, I've just been hitting a lot of mental health & motivation blocks recently (and have also been busy with family stuff too), so I do want to greatly apologise for taking so long, but also thank you all immensley for being so patient with me ^^

I know with my last journal I was very adamant I don't plan on bringing them back after my last one. However I have been thinking and I do apologise for being so brash about not doing them again, as I do understand that I did pick a time when most people couldn't afford much else besides Christmas essentials.

As you can probably guess from the title, I don't plan on doing anymore YCH stuff. As whilst I am extremely grateful for the people who kindly got some of the slots in my last limited time YCH (that just closed a few minutes ago).

With the newest one not filling up even after a whole week being open, I can't risk it happening again, plus it seems that most people only really want Lion King YCHs. So yeah apologies to anyone who likes my YCHs, but for now I don't plan on doing them again.

I'm sorry if that disappoints anyone. I may change my mind eventually, but as of now I have no intention of doing them again.

Hey everyone, hope everyone's doing alright! Just wanted to make this journal to speak about some things this month and about possibly doing a Christmas YCH pic.

. So to start with, to all my current commissioners, I do want to apologise to people for taking so long with stuff. I've been struggling lately with art block and have been finding it hard to do stuff at a fast enough pace that I'd want to. I do 100% plan on finishing some by the end of the year, however a lot probably won't be done before beginning of January. Thank you all so much again for your patience and I hope everyone will be happy with the final pieces once they're done ^^

. Next is a very brief one, but it's actually my birthday on Monday surprisingly! It barely even feels like it's been a whole year since last year lol I don't have anything planned for it admittedly, but I just wanted to let you guys know : )

. And last but not least, I was wanting to ask everyone what people thought of an idea I was having for a Christmas YCH pic.
As I was considering maybe having a limited time YCH Christmas vore pic open next week, with Vector the Crocodile (in a santa suit) as the pred with a specific number of people's OCs as the prey lol

It would probably be open for slots between this Monday or Tuesday to next Friday (or less if the slots fill up quickly of course!). So I was just wanting to ask what everyone's thoughts on this idea are, should I go through with it? : )

Well hello again! Been a while since I've done one of these haha

So, you've all probably noticed I haven't posted any art made by myself in a long time. Well, that's mainly cause I've been both extremely busy with coursework stuff, ongoing family issues and I've just had a general low motivation to make anything in my little free time admittedly.

Though, with my coursework ending very very soon, I was potentially thinking about finally opening comms, as I'm gonna need some money soon lmao

So once I've got some stuff out of the way for some friends (they'll be my first priorities), would anyone perhaps be interested if I maybe opened comms for Lion King vore stuff perhaps?
I would probably open around 4-5 slots, I'd have some guidelines and they would probably cost from around £30 upwards depending on what I'm asked for.

So yeah, would this be okay? ^^

So it seems I've been Shadowbanned on Twitter from being viewable in any searches. I try search my name whilst on an alt account and it's like none of my tweets exist.

I have no idea if I've got a permanent ban, or if not then how much I'll have left or anything, but it's really frustrating.
I've seen that it could be from including links in my tweets (I saw another artist who got shadowbanned when they posted links & then got un-banned after they deleted the tweet with the links). But the issue with me, is that I have links replied to almost all my posts. I've started to delete some (and I won't be linking anything again), but I have no idea if that's even what's caused my ban.

Honestly at this point with me now being shadowbanned & the whole stuff about Twitter basically coming crashing down, is there any point in me posting/staying on there anymore?

I don't know what to think...

Last month I made a journal (this one - https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9984671/) about how one of my Lion King pics was removed by FA after the person I did the trade with didn't want their character on the internet anymore, (and even though I changed the colours and removed all mentions of them in the description) they ended up reporting the pic instead.
So I decided to try contact FA about it, and a month later, they responded with this...

" While you may have traded for the artwork; the artist is the copyright holder of the artwork created. This does not include the characters in the work, but the artwork itself. Unless they specifically stated that they have sold or given you copyright of the artworks, they may request removal from our site. "

So apparently the person I did the trade is the copyright owner of the image I made, and it's NOT because I used their character...

But the person I did the trade with, didn't even make the pic, I did!! All I did was include their character!!
And yes, I know I don't own any actual copyrights for Lion King or the characters used or anything, but the fact that now this person (who's already deleted their FA account) apparently is the one who has control over the image, despite not being the one who actually made it.
I'm not even that bothered that I can't reupload the image. I'm just more annoyed that it got removed for such a stupid reason.

To get to the point. I'm concerned I might not be able to make LK pics again.

To start with, I recently did a trade with someone (who I won't name) where I included their character in a pic. And after a while, said person decided that they didn't want their character to exist anymore and they asked if I could change the pic so it doesn't look like their character anymore and remove any links to their account in the description. I did what they asked and changed the submission so their character wasn't a part of it anymore.

However, there was just one last little bit of text saying their original character's name on the submission that they wanted gone in the beginning of September. I said I was going to change it. But then for the last week and a half, I've been unexpectedly busy with a lot of real-life stuff that I didn't realise was happening beforehand (such as several family get-togethers, two cinema trips, days out. etc.). So I haven't been able to work on anything (not even some other trades I should really be working). And because of this, I wasn't able to remove the one bit of text they wanted gone. Now, we had been messaging on Twitter before hand, and when I look back now, during this last week they did message me twice about it. However, I've been having this glitch where I don't get any notifications or icons for when I get messages, so I didn't see them.
So instead of trying to contact me through FA notes (where I'd likely see it easier as I was still briefly checking FA when I had spare time), they decided to the next logical thing.


Copyright claiming the pic and having it removed from FA...


I woke up this morning to find a message from FA stating this (with some bits removed):
"Your content has been removed because the copyright holder (REMOVED THE NAME) asked for us to take it down. The copyright holder is usually the person who created the content though may be someone who contractually had the copyright transferred to them or owns the intellectual property which may have been used without permission.
You have NOT been penalized for this removal; however, you may not re-upload this content without the copyright holder’s permission. If permission is given in the future, please keep a copy for your records."


Whilst I am really annoyed that they just straight up got the pic deleted without at least asking me again. I'm even more concerned about what this means for any other future LK pics I make.
As I fear that even if I don't include their character again (trust me, I never will), that FA may think that anything LK I do is using 'their content without their permission'. So I'm really worried about what this could mean for anything LK I do on this account now.


It's also really put a damper on me wanting to do trades with people I don't know anymore, as now I'm concerned that something like this will happen again.
Am I just overthinking it, and my future LK will be fine? Or am I being rightfully concerned?
Sorry if this has been a really negative journal, I'm just both angry and worried about what might happen to this account.
