2/23/2016 - 2/29/2016: Began SRL Mystery Tournament 8 and lost my very first match and got knocked into the losers bracket. I need to learn to get better at side scrolling action games. Mostly busy with work and the such.

3/1/2016 - 3/7/2016: Won two matches in the losers bracket so at least I didn't go 0-2. I decided to begin my GBA game collection. Started out with a few dozen cheap games for about $50. Most of them are trash but you have to start somewhere.

3/8/2016 - 3/14/2016: Won another 2 matches in the losers bracket for MT8. This makes it my best tournament out of the five that I have joined. I am somewhat happy I have been getting good game draws and not utter crap like some people like to submit. I worked my last few days before I took 2 weeks away to spend time with kikimochan

3/15/2016 - 3/17/2016: came to visit me for a few days. Most of my days were spent being rather busy with some work. We had a good time for the little time we had together. I lost my next match in MT8, eliminating me from the tournament with a score of 4-2. I feel proud that I made it that far.

3/18/2016 - 3/20/2016: Traveled with kikimochan to New York to spend a few days there. We rode the train and slept most of the way there since it takes about 8 hours to get there. I was excited to meet the rest of her family and hope they liked me.

3/21/2016 - 3/26/2016: Me and kikimochan went up to New Hampshire so she could go back to school. I got to experience the cold weather up there and meet all of her friends. I got to see how her art classes worked and met her nice teachers. Although our farewell was saddening, I know I will see her again shortly. Love you babe!

3/27/2016 - 3/28/2016 - Finished off some anime so I could begin the Spring Season anime. Grimgar was an average RPG show and Boku Dake spiraled into mediocrity. Ajin was a nice watch similar to Parasyte and Divine Gate was a complete snoozefest. Let's hope Spring is much better.

Status Updates: Work, work, work. The snowstorm did very little to the roads it seems. Fun to also get a rainstorm the next day. Been watching Grimgar, it's an ok RPG anime for what it is. Not much new music to listen to.

Status Updates: The snow has pretty much melted and now it's hot for the week. Been busy working for the most part. Went to see The Revenant and it was a great movie though I would probably not watch it again. Also finished the average Kemonozume. It did not leave a lasting impression on me. I didn't listen to any phenominal music recently, most of it has been rather average or decent.

Status Updates: Worked like crazy until the snowstorm hit and ruined pretty much anything I was going to do over the weekend and then some. Since there is still so much snow, I have had less hours for work which means less money to spend on various things. Spent most of my time listening to music to catch up on my massive backlog. The only album that really caught my attention that much was Steven Wilson's new EP. Decided to resume Kemonozume even though I felt it was pretty average.

1/5/2016: Went to Pescados with kikimochan and enjoyed a great seafood dish along with a Kahula cheesecake.

1/6/2016: Dropped off Kikimochan at the train station. Many tears were shed... Had a wonderful 16 days with her and I hope to see her again (Love you babe). Spent some time listening to a few new music albums. Nothing really stood out as fantastic.

1/7/2016: Work! Started watching Shinsekai Yori and am currently enjoying it very much. It's a nice thinking anime.

1/8/2016: Got called into work. Continued watching Shinsekai Yori after work.

1/9/2016: Absolutely nothing interesting happened other than more anime.

1/10/2016: More music and anime since it's a Sunday.

1/11/2016: Work once again. Contemplated on making more cookies for the workplace since they eat them like the air they breathe.

I have decided to do a status update journal every week on Monday since I never really post much on here and I should start.

1/1/2016: Ended up passing out before the ball actually dropped. Finished watching Black Lagoon and Black Lagoon Omake with Kikimochan. Black Lagoon was a great flick to just sit back and relax to, just to watch the violence and action. Black Lagoon Omake felt unnecessary and pointless. I got a few chuckles but that's about it.

1/2/2016: Traveled with kikimochan to Williamsburg to meet up with her aunt and family. We went to the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum. We played the Laser Maze and Atomic Rush where you touch only your own color on various stations. After that, we got something to eat at a Barbecue joint that was not bad.

1/3/2016: Watched anime with Kiba_Fang_Seishin. We ended up picking Osomatsu-san which was not my favorite anime. Afterwards, I went with Kikimochan to the Light Festival at the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens. Many pictures were taken of the spectacular sights.

1/4/2016: Failed at making pancakes.

Another year passes by and I haven't really posted many journals. I think perhaps I should start making a journal every week just for status updates and stuff like that.

I dropped off at the train station a few hours ago. There were times where it felt like forever and others where the minutes just flew by. We did many things such as going to the lake (3 times), riding the jetski, going to the beach, visiting the Holocaust museum, and shopping. While I do miss her, I know I will get to see her again and have even more good times together. I will always love you Kiki even though I may be a massive derp at times.

This is nice lady. She is with me for the next 10 days. There may be a journal update from her when she isn't busy doing various fun things.
