A good friend of mine has been making the most amazing candles ever and no one knows about them. They are a lot less expensive then Yankee and are way better scented. Hell, they are the only candles I will buy now that I know about them. Also, they are soy wax so they have a much lower melting temp so if you spill the wax on say a carpet or on some of your fur, all you have to do is get a hot damp washcloth and clean it up. The wax can be used as perfume or as massage oil and you get a great product for a great price. Please please please order some candles from her. It would really make her day and you certainly wont regret your buy. She can do custom scents, colors, color patterns, etc so you can get a very personalized product if you wish to. I just got home from Burning Man 2012. I have a few vids and pics I plan on uploading here but not tonight. I'm too tired and worn out from the last week at the moment. Did anyone else go?

So I have a couple bits of info for anyone reading this:

1.) There is a person I'm looking for a ride for. I can get them myself but they are 65 miles out of my way in the opposite direction of what I was heading for the con. They live in Monroe, OH. Is there anyone who has to pass through there who has room? They are willing to chip in gas money if need be and I figured that if they had a ride that wasn't going out of the way, the person I was looking to pick up could save some money and I wouldn't have to go an extra 260 miles and 4 hours (totals for round trip picking them up and dropping them off) out of my way to provide a ride and I could instead get someone along my route.

2.) If someone CAN get this person then I have room for one more passenger. If there is anyone along I-70 east of Springfield then I can provide a ride (FREE of charge if they aren't very far off the Highway).

3.) If no one is able to provide a ride for this person then I am able to get them myself but I may or may not have room for anyone else (If another friend of mine is able to go then I WILL NOT have room but if she can't then I will have a free seat available. If this is the case then I will let anyone asking for a ride know as soon as I know). If I do have room for an extra person after I pick my said passenger up, then I can get you if you are anywhere along I-70 east of Springfield, in the Kettering or Dayton areas, or along I-71 north of Lebanon and south of Columbus.

Like I said, I'm just looking to save time and money for everyone and make sure the person I was told to make sure got to the con gets there. Thanks everyone ^_^

So after a week and a half of fighting Pat Catan's craft store because all of their resin was fully cured and they wouldn't reorder and having to deal with inept workers of Hobby Lobby, I finally said fuck it and bought a bunch of resin off of amazon right from the maker. Got it yesterday and have been pumping out resin casts as fast as they dry. Already 24oz down of the 32oz can so I'm moving right along. I have quite a few of my usual size hard curing and I'm playing with 3 bigger sizes (pics and measurements coming soon) as well as a new way to make my blind eyes (they will be clouded all the way through and almost opaque rather than buffed in a special way). So I'm pretty happy at the moment. If anyone has questions or would like to make an order let me know. I'm finishing up my school quarter right now so I'm a tad busy with final projects but I still work on orders as I have time. Once summer hits I can really pump them out.

I'm amazed to find out that this guy only used Sharpie markers to do this. The amount of time, detail, and skill that went into this is simply breathtaking.

So I would really like to go to Anthrocon this year but need a place to stay. I've been trying to save money for it but after getting my hours at work cut more I'm coming up short and wouldn't be able to get a room. I could give a little bit of money to share a room but not too much. I can sleep on the floor of someones room if all else fails. If anyone else is going and getting a room with a few people let me know as soon as you can so I can plan on going and schedule the time off. Also, if I am able to go that means that I can potentially pick up a few people and provide transportation.

I'm seriously considering this move. I feel that my time here in Ohio is over but I haven't fully set my mind on that just yet. I feel like there just isn't the local opportunity that I would like (seeing as how I would have to drive to either Columbus or Dayton to actually do anything, Both are 35 miles minimum for me.) I don't live all that close to any furs, the job opportunities are limited, and frankly I have a good amount of hurt and sadness here. Some of you know why. But anyway, I just wanted to know some thoughts on this from people.

For those of you who are unfamiliar, Burning Man is an annual event where tens of thousands of people travel every year and just be themselves and enjoy the time they are there. The only way to know it is to experience it and no amount of homework or study will prepare you for the magic and awe that awaits you there. This is a very good video about the Burn. Some of you may recognize the story being told and it comes from a very unlikely source. But the message is right and the words are true so i hope they have some weight for you. ^_^

So I've been playing with cast resin 3D "follow me" eyes for a while now and I feel that its about time that I make them available to purchase. As I'm a newer artist on here and I don't have a big name in the community for making pieces for suits yet, I am going to keep my prices relatively low for a while. All of my work is guaranteed and I will NOT give you a defective piece or product that I would refuse to use myself. All of my eyes are high density, hand painted, dual lens, 3D "follow me" eyes. I use acrylic paint for more realistic and dynamic color. I can do any kind of color(s), shapes or patterns in the eyes although because it is by hand I cannot produce ultra fine detail. I will be posting pics soon and will be posting prices with them as well. If you would like to ask about a certain eye that you'd like have made just ask me and I will see what I can do.
