Thinking of making a fox character
Posted 10 years agoFoxes in the fandom have an earned reputation for being gay, slutty cum dumpsters. For the sake of breaking this pattern, I'm thinking of making a fox character who is straight, not a slut, and a family man. Thinking of also making him a CIA spook during the 80's. Both Keegan and Hale are scifi characters so having one more down to earth will be a refreshing change of pace. Besides, a 1980s Soldier of Fortune themed character who travels the world killing commies and drug lords would be pretty awesome.
I really need to start drawing again. Way cheaper to draw stuff myself than commission artists to draw my ideas for me.

We Survived 2015..
Posted 10 years ago..but at what cost?
Whelp, another year has passed us and 2016 is finally here. I've been spending my new year with some cool fluffs, including one good friend I've known for years now who I just ran into for the first time today. Hope everyone had been having a good new year, and here's to hoping that 2016 will be better than before.
Hope everyone is having a good one. Party hard and stay out of prison.

Anyone Going to FWA 2016?
Posted 10 years agoI wrote a journal like this just the other week but deleted it shortly after. For certain though, barring any major changes of plan, I will be attending FWA this upcoming year. I'll be buying my reservations and hotel room in the near future, but so far I'll have one person that I'll be rooming with. If anyone still needs a place to stay then feel free to let me know. Otherwise, I really would like to know who else is going. I'm always looking to meet new people.
Merry Christmas everyone
Posted 10 years agoHope you are all having a wonderful day. :)

Whoever the guy is at MFF with the Stars and Bars Fursuit...
Posted 10 years ago...you sir are my damn hero. Whether it be real life shitposting or standing up for an important part of our country's heritage in a politically intolerant world, it takes some muchos huevos to go to a con in Chicago wearing a fursuit with the Confederate flag. If anyone knows who this dude is, please let me know. I need to buy this guy a beer, maybe even the whole damn bar.

So Bad Dragon is making "rattleyote" dildos now
Posted 10 years agoOne of my buddies sent me a link to a new toy on Bad Dragon's website which no doubt was made just in time to cash in on the craze over Fallout 4. I honestly couldn't stop laughing my ass off over it. The Snakeyote craze is coming gents. But remember that while everyone is jumping onto the bandwagon now, I've had a Snakeyote sona since 2011. I'm the original cold blooded yote.

Some Updates
Posted 10 years agoSo it's been a few weeks since moving to Montana and everything has been going very well. Last two weeks have been occupied with training up for a position working with ITMs for a local company that manufactures drill bits. The work is fun, the smell of oil and grinding of machines oddly appealing to me, and the factory itself is located in a pristine valley flanked on one side by mountains. Pay is also decent as well, which will help immensely with me keeping self sufficient. Cost of living is dirt cheap, which means more money for guns. Maybe some more commissions? I'll think on it.
Also had a shard of glass which has been embeded in my left foot for the last 3 months removed today. I didn't want to bother with it in California because health care there is shit and the last time I went to the hospital I had to wait a day and and a half to have my apendix removed while illegals had their ninos with the flu treated. So lucky my apendix didn't burst while I was waiting. Montana is leagues better, as they are in just about everything over California. With my foot good as new once more I can go hiking and running without wanting to chop my foot.
Last thing. Sadly, I think I misplaced my drawing supplies. Don't have the slightest clue what happened to them, but they went missing sometime during my move. Really sucks since I had a lot of expensive crap in it which I will now have to replace. I should have some new stuff ordered sometime in the near future. Really want to get back into drawing more.
So yeah, some stuff. I'll post another journal when something worthwhile comes up.

The Oppression Olympics
Posted 10 years agoI've been meaning to write a journal about social justice warriors for a long while now though held off for the same reasons I don't write political journals as much as I used to. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy having discussions with other regarding politics and ideas, but it just isn't as enjoyable doing so with people who I have never seen before on a media like FA. Also that this is an art site, so naturally people here are more interested in fapping it to dog dicks and spending their college funds on YCH commissions than read a long opinionated journal reaffirming shit that they already know. Well I'll still do it anyways because I'm bored and feel like running my mouth for a bit.
Social justice warriors. Those wonderful balls of malice and entitlement who we all love to hate. They propagate on social media like Twitter and Tumblr and make it their life's mission to bitch and whine about how oppressed they are and how the rest of the normal people that aren't like them are all evil bigots that should kill themselves. I've honestly never understood the bluntness that they present their hate-filled slander, as if they care more about stepping on toes and making enemies rather than trying to make others sympathetic to their cause. The closest to normal human interaction that most of these people get however is whining through internet blogs, so it makes sense that their people skills are shit. I could go on and on about how laughable SJWs are; how they're self-entitled and so gullible that even trolls from 4chan managed to infiltrate their ranks and feed them nonsensical bullshit like 'free bleeding' which some of them now honestly believe that not wearing tampons is some kinda statement against 'the evil male patriarchy.' The biggest point I want to bring up is the nature of their whining. Like the title of this journal suggests much of the whining that SJWs make is like a big internet oppression Olympics. For most normal people, competition comes in the form of sport, where different people compete to be the best in what they do. Unlike normal people, SJWs literally compete over how pathetic they are; making up disadvantages they have to prove to everyone else how "oppressed" they are so that they can get ass pats from people who are sympathetic to their first world problems. That's honestly what most of it is, whining about first world problems. "Some cisgender shitlord on the internet called me by the wrong pronouns." "Air-conditioning in offices are sexist." "A baker won't bake me a cake with rainbows and sparkles on it." It's all so absurd, as if they have no real problems to complain about so they just make shit up and throw it at the wall hoping it sticks.
One hilarious but sad example of this was here on FA when I got into an argument with someone who ranted about how evil and 'homophobic' Christians are, complaining about petty issues like the wedding cake and people who morally objected to gay marriage to prove his hasty generalization. I threw him some bait, commenting about how Christians in America aren't throwing gay people off buildings and systematically exterminating them like what is happening now in the Middle East. In some odd attempt to prove me wrong, this guy actually posted links to blogs which he used to prove to me that Christians are perpetrating mass genocide against gay people. Most of the articles were opinion pieces, and more than half of those didn't prove his point because they didn't mention anything about Christians. What blew me away about his response was that either through his unwillingness to give up believing he was an oppressed snowflake or complete ignorance of what is going on in the world, this guy honestly tried to downplay the systematic torture and execution of gay people in places like the Middle East at the hands of groups like ISIS to make a wild and absurd claim that Christians in America (that's right, Christians in American) are waging the greatest, most bloody war against homosexuals. I was astounded. That's a level of sheer ignorance I haven't seen from anyone in a very long time, trying to make up a false narrative of genocide when all he whined at the beginning was about bitter attitudes and wedding cakes. A few replies later he changed his narrative again, said that bringing up the travesties and mass loss of life perpetrated by groups like ISIS as the "starving children in Africa" argument. Yeah it's sad, but it's not happening here so who cares? It's a perfect way to set the narrative in your favor, saying that because it doesn't happen here there's no reason to compare myself to their suffering. It's like how feminists got up in arms over hobby lobby not giving out one form of birth control when women in Afghanistan are murdered, raped, and have battery acid tossed on their faces for going to school. It's saying that made up first-world problems define our definition of oppression because we are comfortably sheltered from the suffering of others who aren't as fortunate as us.
The sad reality of the oppression Olympics is that the voices of these social justice warriors scream louder than the people who experience true suffering. As the expression goes, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. On the day that the supreme court made their ruling on gay marriage in the US, ISIS tossed another group of homosexuals off a building to their deaths. Not a tear was shed for them. Women and children are still bought and sold as property within the Islamic State and other Muslim nations, but it isn't as important to us as free birth control or tampons. Real suffering is ignored because it doesn't fit the narrative. The rest of the world can burn for all they care, all that matters to them is ass pats and being represented in their favorite TV shows.

Staying in Montana
Posted 10 years agoIn my last journal I mentioned that I was moving to North Dakota. I had the opportunity to visit ND, but found nothing there for me. There were some decent paying jobs in the area, but nothing could justify being stuck in the middle of miles of flat land with drinking and bowling being the only things to do there. My time in Montana spoiled me, and in the end I decided to return to Polson and bought myself a nice apartment in the area. Still getting a feel for the area, but have already came across a lot of fun places in the area. Can't beat living a mile away from the biggest late in Montana with snow capped mountains outside of my apartment window. This place feels more like being on vacation than living. Also found myself full time work here to keep me going while I continue my education here. Sadly, I won't be able to purchase firearms in state till I become a Montana resident, which will be around a year.
That's it for me. I'll write more when anything new comes up. Hope all of you are doing well.

Greetings from Montana
Posted 10 years ago4 days into my trip out on Cali and so far so good. The trip to get to Montana has been long and arguous, but was all worth it considering how drop dead gorgeous this state is. Like honestly, never before have I laid eyes upon anything as incredible as the landscape here, so much so that you forget that you've been on the road for a hella long time and just stare out the window at all the pristine forests, canyons, and valleys that you pass through. Had the pleasure of staying in a small cabin in Polson, Montana for a few days which further showed me how amazing this state is. The contrast between Montana and California is like night and day. Where California was a dirty, overpopulated, overpriced and over-regulated pisshole, Montana is like a vast frontier of adventure and opportunity. The people are friendly and approachable, the laws very relaxed (can't argue with no sales tax), civilization feels as though it is one with nature and even with all of the smoke, the air smells far cleaner and fresher than the chemical filth which there is no escaping in California. Without question, this place is heaven on earth. Unfortunately I still plan on moving to Montana's next door neighbor North Dakota. This isn't such a bad thing though, since I won't have an issue supporting myself there and I still will be on the border of Montana. Gonna make it my mission in life to explore every corner of that state, though that's a rather tall order considering how much there is here.
I'll post more stuff when I get the chance. Have some things planned for the near future, like getting back into drawing now that I won't have my family breathing down my neck every moment of the day. Yup, life is good.

A new change in direction
Posted 10 years agoI've always bitched and moaned about how fascist California is, but due to convenience I've stuck around for the sake of continuing my education. As of late however, I've come to see that the time has come to make my move to a new state. After talking to a good friend of mine who lives in North Dakota, I've decided that ND would be an excellent place to make my move. I'm still figuring out the details, though I know for certain that I'll be heading up there sometime at the end of August. It'll be a long drive to get there, but at least a part of it will be passing through Montana. I personally have never been to Montana, but I hear that it's very beautiful (which makes it awesome that the place I'll be living at is on the border of Montana). I'm looking forward to the change of scenery and to life in the real America, outside of the socialist bullcrap that I hope will one day drive this pisshole state into the sea. Having my own place also means I'll be able to start drawing stuff again, which is also sweet. Been way too long since I've last drawn anything.
That's about it. Here's to hoping my move goes smoothly. After all the crap that's been happening at home, I could really use a fresh start.

Huge shout out to Kiva and DYNCORP
Posted 10 years agoA few weeks back I posted up a journal asking if any local military guys had first aid supplies they didn't mind selling to me. Well, my friend
kivaroo saw this and not only sent me some stuff, her and her buddies from DYNCORP shipped me an entire first aid bag stocked with more medical equipment than I could ever hope to use. This bag goes above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for, and may end up saving more lives than my own in the months to come. Seriously Kiva, you fucking rock. I don't think there is ever a way I can properly thank you for your generocity. For those of you who are reading this, go give her some love for me~

any SoCal military guys have any medical supplies?
Posted 10 years agoAm in the market for basic combat first aid supplies, such as tourniquets and gauze. Since I know a few of you out there still have your issued crap or other stuff you've "tactically acquired," I'd be happy to buy some of it off of you. Will be a lot cheaper than purchasing it myself after all. If anyone has anything, feel free to hit me up.
