Hey guys. I'm taking on new commissions for a secret project (it's for a good cause, though.) My goal is to make $100 this month.

Here are the guidelines again for Wedgekun Art Comissions:

Commission Information

Digital Sketch Commissions: $10
Dimensions: 1600x1200 or 1200x1600 @ 200 dpi
(or we can work something out if you need higher quality)
Single character, no background
Addtional Character +$10
Complex Pose/Interaction +$10
SKETCH - meaning lines will be organic, not inked.
Inked +$15 to $20 per character depending on complexity
Black on white background.
Coloring +$20, +$15 if also getting ink.

Will possibly do pencil commissions, but those require paying for postage and actually take longer to do than digital ones. Inquire about pricing if interested.

Please be sure to be very specific in your description when requesting a commission. Attaching references wouldn't hurt, either. Certain stuff I won't do, but that'll be at my personal discretion.

1 character lineart, no or very simple BG, BW = $5. I might open more options up now but I think this way I can give people a decent price and encourage more people to do it.

so. an update.

I've spent more or less the last weeks in varying degrees of illness thanks to a cold, but thanks to everyone's support I've pulled through. Thanks a lot for putting up with my crabby sickness ^^;

I made a few major update to my artistic toolbox. I've got a legit (education) version of Painter 11 and a student copy of Windows 7, which in tandem make things SUPER FAST on digital drawing. I'm still getting used to the sheer complexity of Painter, so please do be patient XD

A few people have asked if I should take comissions. The answer to that (at least for right now) is no. I don't think I'm at that level yet, but I know commisshes are the new, hip, "in" thing all the cool kids are doing. I just want to be able to give people something they'd wanna pay for first, ya know?

So. It's (literally) back to the drawing board!

Oh yes, and please do congratulate  fatchance for passing his medical exams and becoming a real doctor!

for those of you who care, I started a new project on my blog: video!

Yes, wedgekun has more or less hit the youtubes and I'm starting to produce video. The goal: See what kind of stuff I can draw in an hour and put it to music. Cool, huh? My first vid is actually of my sweet setup, but I'm making more as we speak.

Well I redid it.

Now that I have my big laptop back, I'm doin' my best to draw every day. My art blog, as a result, has been tarted up a bit with a nice banner and *gasp!* actual art.

There's not a lot on there yet, but I'm planning on eventually releasing stuff there BEFORE I put it out on FA. So please come out and support my new artistic endeavor! Hopefully I get a lot of followers!
