Hey, y'all! Thought I'd check in and let y'all know how I'm doing. Lately things have been a little rough due to an illness that's lasted a month and is still ongoing, but I'm starting to get used to it! So even if I don't feel good, I can overcome it enough to draw and go to work.

I was considering moving next year, but the economy just won't allow for it right now. I'm gonna shoot for getting out of Texas 2027 style, I think. I was initially planning for upstate NY, but I'm thinking somewhere cold in Michigan might be more realistic.

I'm still posting on e6 (most of my uploaded art there was uploaded by me) and bsky (https://bsky.app/profile/welcometaco.bsky.social). I've also made a Discord server within the past few months where I hang out and post my art! DM for an invite to that, it has options to where you can look at only sfw, sfw + vanilla nsfw, and all channels+ kink NSFW.

Assorted News:
-Latest fixations are Cult of The Lamb (v much enjoying playing) and Poor Edward from FL (what a wretched man he is).
-I may make more adopts, given how successful the first three were. Keep your eyes peeled! (My Discord server gets to see adopts a few minutes ahead of other places✨)
-Please contact me if someone tries to commission you using my art as a reference. I normally allow this, but somebody I have blocked has been doing it after the block and without permission.
-I finally found a powdered milk tea and can have milk tea for once in my life (making it myself, I always curdle the milk somehow, every time)

Now, the process of actually making adopts is something that can be a bit tedious, so I have no intention of fully pivoting to being an adoptables artist. However, I'm pleased with the reception that the yingtaurs received, and am considering making more.

Hello, everyone! I've recently had an issue with someone I've blocked using my designs and concepts as inspiration for commissions they're getting from other artists. This is someone I have blocked, and I'm less than happy about them using my work. I normally do not mind other artists using my work as inspiration with permission and credit, but this person is blocked for a reason and I do not want them doing this.

So, fellow artists, if you happen to get a commission request that involves my art as inspiration, please contact me first! There is someone who is *not* asking permission before using exact designs and images for their own commissioning use.

Howdy, y'all! It has been a hot second since I last made a life update journal, so here we go! In 2023, I moved to Texas. I'm gonna move again soon to a new apartment in the same town, and a lot is still up in the air, so I've been really stressed and tired. Insomnia hasn't been medicated in a few years, so the exhaustion is eternal.

Had a lot of happenings in the past year, upgraded gender to it/its kinda boything, call me anything you want except late for dinner.
