So much stuffz, also suiting is Awesome!
Posted 11 years agoI've neglected posting here in a long while. So, much fun stuff has happened since though. Finally got my full fursuit after over a year of waiting. This includes the fullsuit from DHC and the white head with a moving jaw from FurItUp. All just in time for AC. And a lot of fun was had. Did tons of fursuiting. Definitely, takes more getting used to the heat in a fullsuit but, I'm getting better at it and it was all so much fun. I scarcely recall what all I did this con, but I was almost always chatting with someone, dancing, or goofing around in suit, I barely went to much in terms of panels but it was all a great time! The weekend after AC, 
tolt and I did some suiting outside Furnando's while some event was going on and then decided to meet up with. 
battlecat.eternia for a rather impromptu trek up to Niagara Falls, Canada. We thought it'd be fun to interact with the tourists, and it really was. The Canadians loved us and as usual were incredibly friendly. We were taking some pics with the manager of a theater who offered us space to suit up and were spotted by a neighboring night club owner who thought the whole thing was really cool and invited us in to take some pics there and asked us if we could come back later when they officially opened. So, naturally we thought why not? ;) 2 fullsuited furries + 1 night club full of patrons and hot looking girls = one crazy night Much dancing and petting ensued ;)
Now back to the furbowls and some other local meets then
Next stop, Berlin for Eurofurence Woot!
Much thanks to BC for being the most incredible handler ever! We were mobbed by people wanting pictures, the place was packed, and everything was totally under control.

Adventure awaits
Posted 11 years agoI can barely contain myself. So much has been planned for the upcoming months. I love this fandom! I've made some really great friends. There was a time when I hated the weekends because it was the time I was away from my work colleagues, and I generally just moped about alone online all day. Now I can't wait to see the end of the week because I get to hang out with my furry friends who are always up for doing stuff. It's really had a huge impact on me. You guys are all truly great and mean a lot to me!
For so long I'd avoided this and missed so much and suddenly it all changed over just a few months. Every weekend has something parties, furbowls, sking, cons, or just hanging out. And yet as amazing as its been the rest of the year offers exponentially more for both furry stuff and work.
I've only ever been out of the country for a short weekend trip to see a friend in Vancouver while I was still in college (at that time you didn't need a passport to go to Canada). This year if all goes as planned I will see 5 different countries: Canada, Germany, Mexico, Honduras, and Belize all doing furry stuff with my new found friends. A year ago I would have never dreamed of this, and that's only some of what's coming up. I can't begin to imagine what these experiences will be like normally let alone in a fursuit with a bunch of furries. It's going to be like some crazy amazing dream.
And it's all happening so soon:
Next week I'll be at Furnal Equinox in Toronto, Canada with Battle, Tolt, and Silver.
Later in March I go to GDC in San Francisco for work
May I'll finally be getting my fullsuit, and by then many of my friends will have theirs as well. Crazy antics will undoubtedly ensue. My company is also moving downtown to Station Square with a beautiful view of the city.
July will be the first Anthrocon where I supersponsor, the first I'll really get to suit (last time really doesn't count when I couldn't see an inch in front of me without glasses/contacts in a partial), the first time I'll have a fullsuit, and the first time I'll be staying at a hotel there (and the Westin at that).
Aug will be Eurofurence where I'm also supersponsoring and will be the first time I've ever been overseas. This year is in Berlin at the enormous Estrel hotel (apparently the largest in Europe)
Oct will be WPAFW at Boyce Park and if its anything like last year it'll be great
Nov will be the Furry Cruise. My first time ever on a cruise, and with some good local furry friends. This accounts for Mexico, Honduras, and Belize. Not bad for a guy who didn't have a passport till a few months ago.
There will be many furbowls, and undoubtedly much other fun in between too. It's been an amazing time and only getting better. Thank you all! *hugs*

WPAFW!
Posted 12 years agoWPAFW was a blast! I went with Tolt, Silver Frost and Quanmer. We met some new furs, did a lot of fursuiting, danced, goofed around, played a bunch of games and had some awesome food. Membership reached 126, and the lodge was a really cool place to hold it. Great times! It hasn't been till this past year that I finally got involved with things and each meet just seems better and better than the last. :)
