Would anybody be interested in Skype or drunk Skype chats?
Posted 10 years agoI just wanna be able to chat with more people, let alone drunk chats are fun. I really do wanna make friends since I had few friends most of my life and I want to make more and not to do Facebook's way of doing it either. I want to discover the unknown in people and be able to be friends with one another. You can disregard this post if you want since I'm actually typing and posting this drunk. My Skype Is hillbillyfur

Am I Afraid Of Growing Up? continuing
Posted 11 years agoRecently the days have been going by awfully fast or not fast enough when it comes to getting my check anyways. It's starting to scare me, I feel as if my life is starting to pass me by. I kinda feel like I'm having a mid-life crisis at Fucking 23! I look back now and think "Fuck I wasted a lot of time since High School." I graduated in 2010 and now with me being lost in thought I have considered going to college(Full time or part time) to further my education and truly understand what I need to learn in order to accomplish my dreams. With those thoughts aside I continue to mentally panic right before I go to work, but once I clock in I'm as cool as cucumber, why is that?! I've got almost everything down working there, but my mind panics at the sight of a customer pulling in before I even clock in. I just don't like dealing with people, I've always kept to a small crowd or just myself most of my life. Sure I had friends through out school, but I've been to only three of there homes and hung out. My parents raised me 15-20 miles out of town in the middle of the Southern California Desert, so I didn't grow up socially well. Even when talking to my parents seriously or not I've always felt a disconnection between us ever since things have been going downhill since '94 or '96 when my mother started doing hard drugs and so many disputes and bad history have happened since then. Even though I have dealt with all that and I turned out to be a decent person and not a drug addict or an alcoholic, but now I don't even know if I can function directly in a normal society, nor do I even want to now. If you've gotten this far with my whining, I personally thank you. I know life isn't fair and growing up isn't any easier, but I never thought it would be this emotionally exhausting. Again, don't get me wrong I like working for my money, even when I was working up in Idaho bagging onions full time I actually enjoyed it after the first month and felt good being apart of the working class, but working at Autozone I feel like a puppet on a string while wearing a monkey suit and don't even get me started on customers. It's just some of them are complete assholes or etc. . . I don't really see a bright future with this job and I think I might have a better time going to our Community College than to continue dealing with customers on a constant basis. I'm sorry if I sound anti-social, but I'm not entirely like that. I like making friends and meeting new people, but what I don't like is a customer or a manager breathing down my neck. Is this truly the reason why there are drug addicts, alcoholics, murderers and etc. . ., because of stress or not being able to function in modern society?!?! I now understand why older generations are confused or upset by modern society, "They" as in the majority expect you to keep up with an ever changing society, in which can cause a lot of stress. I'm just striving for peace and freedom and it feels as though I am struggling through this and I need help. I just wish I could put on my headphones and truly ignore the world like we all used to do.

Am I Afraid Of Growing Up? continued
Posted 11 years agoWell I've looked up ^ ^ ^ ^ and found out I'm not the only one out there with this fear, but I never truly had a fear of growing up since I was a child. In fact I always looked forward to it! Even when I went to a completely different state to get my first job and I still didn't have this feeling, sure I was nervous of uncertainties and such, but I felt proud of my self for stepping out into the world from my parent's homely shack in the California desert to a farmland in south west Idaho with my best friend. I did cry within the first week of working there because of feeling like a fish out of water and what the onion bags did to my hands, I have scars from it! Once I bought some gloves it was fairly easy from there on, except the red onion bags FFFFFFFFFFF. We did mostly 50lb bags, but once the red onions came in we would switch to 25lb bags at the same speed! We paid our rent, we bought our groceries and anything else. We were responsible, but I did have a case of depression, but that was because of the weather during winter there. Clouds constantly and the only thing that kept me from Choking A Motherfucker was milk or "steamers." After we did 7 months of that job we came back to Cali since we missed it and the job was seasonal anyways, we looked for jobs again and nothing came up for about two years until now. In my past journal I mentioned one of my close uncles past away, it was on February 15, 2014. Just a couple of weeks prior to that me and my best friend went down to Whittier where my uncle was located and help him with one of his vans. We stayed for three days and did all we could and said our goodbyes and then the next thing we know he's dead in his van. We went to the funeral and expressed our love and memories of him and said our last goodbyes. I can still hear him to this very day as if he was right next to me. I still remember one time he said to both me and my mom that when he's gone, we'll miss him and GOD DAMN IT HE WAS RIGHT!!! I miss him more than ever because of how close we were. Then I just looked over my schedule and for some reason it makes me want to cry, why? That is something I'm still not quite sure of, is it the fact that my life now revolves around this weekly schedule or something else? Either way I will have to find out for myself.
Thank you for your time, sincerely Dillon.

Am I Afraid Of Growing Up?
Posted 11 years agoI've been asking myself this question ever since I got my job at Autozone. I'm not quite sure why, but ever since I cried at work on Saturday (short story: a song came on the radio that reminded me of a close uncle of mine that passed away in February and I asked my manager if I could go home early). even now I feel a looming presence in the distance for some reason whenever I think about work. When i got my first check from my orientation day on Friday I felt like my life has started to take off, but now I feel as if something is wrong like as if I betrayed myself and my morals. Maybe it's because of my work history, I have always done general labor not customer service. I actually enjoyed working for my money and not have to deal with customers at a register or over the phone. So I would like to hear anyone's self experiences and/or advice and the sooner the better since I work tomorrow from 11:00-3:00 or whenever we are done unloading products onto store shelves, which I like because I don't have to deal with a single customer usually. Maybe I have a form of Autism, I don't know, but i have dealt with a form depersonalization syndrome, ADHD and ADD most of my life. Which reminds me, is it just me or did this year go by awfully fast? I also want to become a better artist, I would love to do that for a living, but I'm not sure if I'm quite good enough or if I would have a particular crowd of customers that I would have to look for. Tell me your opinion and I would appreciate any critiques and/or comments.
Thank you for your time, Sincerely Dillon

Posted 11 years agoMy girl friend got me a 3DS XL 30th Anniversary year of Luigi edition with Mario & Luigi Dream Team already installed on it! I love it! I'm still learning since this the first "hand held" I had since the Game boy Color, so please forgive my ignorance of Nintendo's brilliance. I'm also getting back into the groove of drawing, so I will be posting a lot more. That's including older and/or unfinished work. I will also doing a piece celebrating 380 Faves and 200 watchers!!!!!!! and thanking you all for the support. I only wish I didn't slow down and buckle down and practice more and get better.

Posted 11 years agoI shaved my beard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
, but kept my sideburns. I feel like a freak. I had it for almost 4 years and the reason why I shaved is so I can try to get a job. I hate the fact that you can't have a certain amount of facial hair or have long hair if you're a male looking for a job, I know very well that employers judge on that the very first time they see you even if you are qualified. Fucking Bull Shit!!!!! I'm sorry, I just miss my beard and mustache and now I still try to twirl my mustache and beard, but nothings there D:< it is very frustrating. Also looking for a job in this town is difficult in it's self, google Barstow, California and that is where I am, and try to see any future in this town. We are considering moving to Victorville, since it has more opportunity than this little shit town.
Anyways if you read this, I thank you for your time to read my stupid rant.

VINYL RECORDS!!!!
Posted 11 years agoGIVE ME THEM!!! No, but seriously I have fallen in love with vinyl records. A friend of a friend gave me his old phonograph, since he got a new one. I have a few records as well that came with it, nothing really good, but was to test if it works. It's a Sears Solid State model with tape deck and radio, looks like it's from the 60's or the 70's and plays well. So I kindly ask if anyone is willing to give a record or two? It doesn't really matter what it is, if it's something I don't like, I might pass it on. Also any advice is much appreciated as well.
Thank you for your time.

My mom broke my MP3 Player!!!!
Posted 11 years agoWe went to a funeral ceremony for one of my parents friends and I went along for moral support and everything went well, some food and I paid for the first round of beers for me and my parents then we had a second round and couple shots of Fireball, then my mom was too drunk and messed around around in the car without my knowledge and made a cake mess and some how almost broke apart my Player when I safely had it in the back cup-holder (There were no drinks in the car) and now the buttons don't work and neither does the headphone port and part of the screen is cracked. Not only that she tore off the cover to my latest issue of Hot VW's somehow, GODFUCKINGDAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. Also both my new rear tires have imperfections or were installed improperly and one went flat today.
FUCK. . . but they are under warranty and road side service for 2 years! so basically replaced for free and the magazine slightly annoys me but magazines take abuse, but if anyone reads this I would deeply appreciate any help and I would create art in exchange just forgive me I'm still learning but if If you have something I can pinstripe or letter on, I'm more than glad to do so.
Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Dillon

Read if willing
Posted 12 years agoI know not much people read journals, I know I don't very often. I realized that life is an experience that we all need to face. Some find it difficult and others are "born with a silver spoon in there mouth," but it is beautiful when you make everything worth while. No matter where you grew up, it is where you are going that counts. Take for instance, I grew up in a broken home with a dysfunctional family in a town not worth mentioning(BARSTOW,CA) and came out by not becoming an addict or an alcoholic and I'm planning on making a name for myself. I have been around the country here and there, just visits really, but still it was worth it. Also another tip is to have great close friends, you will never regret it. They can save your life one day and make your life a whole lot better. So my point is there is no excuse not to live a full life near it's full potential." So ask yourself, What have you done today?
Thank you for your time.
If you have any stories to tell, I'm available.
