So- can anyone tell me what channel on TV it airs on? OR- if its a Cable/ Satellite only channel, do they also broadcast the show via interne or should I wait a day for Youtube?

NAME MY SPECIES!
Posted 14 years agoI've gone by the name WildRoo on the internet for Seventeen years.
During that time I have NEVER had a normal kangaroo as a character. My character has changed from being an anthropomorphic wolf headed kangaroo to it's current feral form. As it stands I believe my character can no longer be classified as a "Kangaroo."
To help explain, here's what my character looks like now along with some species/ anatomical information:

It is an Omnivore and is a hunting species.
The species has a pouch and Epipubic bones.
What classification should fit in and what I should call it?
Does it belong to the Macropodidae family, or is there a better family/ genus/ species?

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated!

I tend to be a little shy when I meet someone the first time, so don't let that put you off; I get over it quickly. :)
IF YOU PLAN TO EAT OUT AT AC: Be sure to look at the dining guide. I didn't and the two places I went last year were the WORST.
Since I see this on most con memes I'll go ahead and say I don't drink alcohol; I don't like the "fermented" taste. I DO however love Energy Drinks (Mostly Rock Star Punch, NuroFuel and Monster Nitrus) and hope I can find somewhere around there to get them. :P

A companion cube is roughly 2.6 ft tall.
A turret stands roughly 3 ft tall.
I'm makin my max height 2.3 ft.
Still a good size, and will be quite visible.

PORTAL POTATO- Want One?
Posted 14 years agoI was in debates on the scale of the PotaDOS from Portal that I am working on.
The final scale is about 3.5 inches. This seems like a modest size until you realize its the size of the spud, not the size of the module that's on it. THAT part turned out to be ONE INCH!
Yea, the node is just one inch. This seems awfully TINY to me, so I'm making one 1" and another 2". This is JUST the node itself.
Would anyone be interested in acquiring a Node if I make a few? I'm planning on making them have a metallic appearance and you could either stick it on a real potato or use it as a pin on your shirt. (Not sure of price right now; that would depend on how many people want one [more wanted = cost less] and cost of materials to make it. )

Posted 14 years agoSeems a few people I used to be watching have disappeared from my watch list. I've discovered two the past couple days, and thinking about it I believe there's at least one more I know of. Problem is the ones I don't know of. :P

Posted 14 years agoThere are two people I watch on FA that I am always AMAZED by the sheer amount of commissions they get (buy.) I'd say there's about a new commission each day and I know some of them cost $60 to $100 each. I can't help but wonder how they can afford it.
(Or should I admit that I'm jealous they can afford it? ;-D )

HELP ME come up with a LABORATORY name!
Posted 14 years ago I need to come up with a name thats not being used by an existing company; the companies name will need to relate to genetic engineering, laboratories, and animal experiments. I'm having trouble as EVERY single name I can think of is already being used by an existing (real) corporation, and I'm wanting to avoid copyright issues.

Analizing the impossible? (Thoughts on Anthro anatomy)
Posted 14 years agoIs it odd that when I see a non- mouth vore pic (tail, stomach, arm, etc) I begin to figure out what kind of anatomical structure it would require?
(My first thoughts are things like "that wouldn't work unless the digestive track were in reverse", etc.)
Thats actually the reason I'm into "furry"; I like skeletal and muscle structures. The idea of being able to combine human and animal structures, or creating one totally from scratch, highly intrigues me. Not only that, but when you design a creature you have to consider its diet, reproductive cycle/ process, digestive track, its mode of transportation (how it moves), ability to balance, defenses, size, etc. Perhaps I just over- analyze things, but I like thinking about them. :)
One thing thats always bugged me is HOW ANTHROS WALK. Usually its depicted as walking like a human, but seriously- how often do YOU walk on your toes? When the only difference people draw is that the metatarsals (the long bones that span from the tarsals [the cluster of bones under the ankle]) I woud like to know exactly how this is supposed to allow the creature to walk properly.
Lets also consider the ability to balance with those "long feet"; animals can easily balance on these legs because they've got four of them. Now take a person and extend their foot an additional foot farther in front or behind them while walking normally: The result Most likely will fall over, because the body doesn't have the proper positioning to balance itself from that extended leg distance.
(One option is to walk hunched over, so when your leg is extended forward your body weight will still be in that area, rather then being all behind it where you'd fall backwards at most any speed. )

While I do not agree with the majority of his content, I cannot help but respect his talent in 2D and the speed he learned to do 3D art in. Can anyone confirm for the above site the status of this artist?
