In other news i'm kicking college in the ass so far although these early foundation/fundamental classes are boring. I can't wait until next quarter when i get to take some interesting classes.

I dunno, i really don't, maybe its just in my head since I'm really not the most confident person in the world, I usually tend to shy away from the opposite sex due to my wide list of insecurities but i bit the bullet, swallowed my nervousness and shared my first kiss with a boy who said he liked me. That was yesterday, and i dont know, maybe its just my insecurities talking but now i feel even more uneasy and I have a million questions and thoughts.

Posted 14 years agoSince i can't upload i'll bore you guys with details from my life.
I'll be moving into my apartment one week from today. My apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, kitchen and livingroom.
I have 4 other roomies so that's 5 girls and 2 bathrooms. Before we moved into our house two years ago we had 6 people and two cats for one bathroom, but we were family, these are people i've only known by text for less than 24 hours so this should be interesting.
They sound like really cool girls though.

Posted 14 years agoI can't upload from my computer. I'll go to the submit page, select my file, press submit and it'll just continue to load until Firefox times out.
This is not just an FA problem as I can't upload on any other sites that I'm on.
I don't think this is a Firefox problem either since i've also tried IE with no luck
This has been happening for a few months now and to get around it i've been uploading via my mom's laptop which i can no longer use since it's suffered from the BSOD.
I'm inclined to believe this problem is due to my shitty wireless connection that goes out when it rains and never gets stronger than Very low despite the router being in the next room and less than 15 feet away.
This is my theory but i know little about computers so if there's anyone out there that can help i would be very happy :)

But this little fella didn't have a tail, he looked like a hamster and was so adorable and he came up to the glass and was all like, take me home.
Needless to say We didn't get him, but i'm gonna keep asking though.

Why did you choose your username?
Posted 14 years agoPfft, truthfully, I HATE my username but since i'm coming up on 3 years here i continue to use this account.
My username was chosen when i was 15 and was due to a couple of old winged characters that i had, the whole idea behind them was that their species would be born w/o wings and when they were around 14-17 they would develop their 'wing spots' from which their wings could be expressed and retracted from.
Needless to say these characters didnt hold my attention for long although i may resurrect them now.

Anyway, itt's been a while since i've been here and a lot has gone on, some of it good, some of it bad.
The good
-School is over! Yes! I've survived four years of highschool and i havent gone completely insane or killed myself.
-I went to Disney world, my first plane ride ever, i had a blast, i got to speak to some disney artists.
-I've been accepted into college! I'll be attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia in October, i'm relieved since i basically slacked my way through middle school and high school.
-I've improved, at least i think i have, this could just be my own wishful thinking.
The bad
-I've been secxually assaulted twice in the past couple months, once at a friend's party and once at school.
-My tablet's pen broke, this happened waaaaaaay back in January which is the main reason why i haven't been around lately
-My cat died, he was very sick and we had to put him down last sunday. He was 19 and pretty much my only friend for many years of my life. I'm not very religious but i do believe in angels, and i believe that he was an angel sent to me to help guide and comfort me throughout my childhood. This past year i've become more social, i've gained a lot of self-cofidence and i've realized that i am worth something and can stand on my own two feet. I'm also going away to college to a whole new state, i believe that he realized that i'm going to be ok and that it was his time to move on to the next person who needed him. He will be missed greatly.

So I've been away due to school (having to keep up my grades so that college doesnt revoke my acceotance. And because my tablet currently does not have a pen. At the moment i'm usuing my sister's pen while she's at school which is working out pretty good since she'll be going to school all summer.
I know i owe some people some stuff off of the top of my head i know i owe

an image. i may owe more but i don't think so but if i do don't be afraid to tell me.
I have no excuses for the fact that it will have taken 6+ months for me to do these. For now all i can offer is an apology and the artwork i owe you. Please note me refs if you are reading this.

Posted 15 years agoI have not looked at a computer screen for nearly a month, my eyes are killing me. They've been constantly red and achy for like two days and ppl keep asking me if i've been crying or high.
With that being said I am back from my unintentional hiatus. The contest was kind of a bust since only 4 ppl entered but that's alright i guess. Since there are only four everyone who entered will get a prize so send me your refs and i'll set about doing that.

I'm gonna call them tonight and try to get it fixed. Right now i'm using the internet at school through a proxy sp i dunno how long it'll last before they find out. Posted 15 years agoI dropped my external optical drive on my laptop and fucked up the screen. There's like a crack in like almost the center. It's kinda like an LCD screen type deal with like a soft plastic covering thing instead of glass.
Anyone know how much this is gonna cost to fix or even if it's fixable?

FFFFF, my little sister has been going on a site called Frenzoo and telling ppl that she's an 18 year old gay boy. She evn told this one boy that she thought he was sexy and was flirting with him. Of course i freaked out and began to tell all her 'friends' the truth, that she's an 11 year old girl.
I may have overreacted but i think i am justified in doing so, this is the same little girl that stole my sketch book and drew all over my figure drawings. This is also the same girl who two weeks ago refused to eat her pancakes when we went to Ihop because i told her that they recycle the pancakes from people who can't finish them and same little girl who believes that Christopher Columbus brought ham to America from Hamburger. She's just too naive to be on sites like that.
When i was 11 i never did anything like this, neither did my older sisters or my other younger sister. She also doesn't know that i know she draws porn in her notebooks and she truly believes that she's gonna be a famous Mangaka someday. I admit that when i was 9-10 i was all super kawaii desu ne konichiwa but by the time i was 11 i realized that i was completely retarded and that for no reason should i use japanese because I am not japanese.

This is also the same girl who two weeks ago refused to eat her pancakes when we went to Ihop because i told her that they recycle the pancakes from people who can't finish them and same little girl who believes that Christopher Columbus brought ham to America from Hamburger. She's just too naive to be on sites like that.
When i was 11 i never did anything like this, neither did my older sisters or my other younger sister. She also doesn't know that i know she draws porn in her notebooks and she truly believes that she's gonna be a famous Mangaka someday. I admit that when i was 9-10 i was all super kawaii desu ne konichiwa but by the time i was 11 i realized that i was completely retarded and that for no reason should i use japanese because I am not japanese.

My internet has been flickering on and off lately due to a wiring problem out at the poles because the guy who set it up when we moved here 18 months ago did a crappy job. We're supposed to be getting someone out here to fix it soon.
School is starting for me pretty soon and i'm so excited! This will be my senior year in highschool which means Prom, senior trip, senior bbq, senior cut day/week. So this year should be a fun one. Also this year will have to be my get my grades up year so don't expect to see me as often.
Commissions are coming along, they will definitely be done before school starts and no new ones will be taken on until the holiday season. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR COMMISSIONING ME GUYS!!!! My player just came in the mail today and I love it so much <3.
A contest is in the making after commissions are done. This will be a contest where you will have to draw, Skill does not matter! There will be only one winner because of the nature of the contest. However since I have trouble choosing i will also need judges who will get prizes of their own for donating their time. THERE WILL BE ART PRIZES, NO MONEY BECAUSE I AM CURRENTLY BROKE. More details on this later.

Posted 15 years agoMy internet was out all day and i was so bored. I worked on a commission for a little while, took several naps then played the sims until now when it was fixed. I can't wait until school starts in 11 days so i have something to do all day.
I have enough money for my mp3 player, yay! But i wanted to do one more chibi commission so that i can buy a two year extended warranty for it. Its not essential but it's always nice.
$3 chibis are such and have a general 1-2 day turnaround.

If i don't get a response in a couple of hours then i'm just gonna order the player, it's gonna take 3-7 business day to get here and weekends and holidays don't count. It's already Thursday and we have Labor day and Rosh Hashanah coming up so if i order now i might get it Monday if i'm Tuesday.

Posted 15 years agoThere's a creepy crawly running around my room, i don't know what it is but i went to go get something to kill it and it ran away. My bed is a bunk from a set of bunk beds and the wooden slats broke some time ago so i've been sleeping on the floor for some time which is why i'm really kinda freaking out. I really don't want strange bug crawling on my face while i'm sleeping D:
