Thoughts and updates (ychs, commissions, other things)
Posted 9 years agoOk. I always have no idea of how to start such journal entries, so I'll probably start with the statements.
First. I finished my first wave of commissions. There were 10 of them (to be honest, there were 11 finished, but one never went public, because it was off the queue. Yes, commissioner paid me A LOT to do that. Don't worry, it's not that different from the other commissions) + 3 test ones, done before the first wave.
The results are unclear: doing all these pics was lots of fun, and I learned a lot and evolved pretty much. However, every time I got "new" desires like "draw my char bondaged and plowed by a big horse", I got more and more disappointed, because I think that's cool, and you may ask for what you want, however:
- this turns my gallery into completely feral horsefuck photo album. I love feral horses, and I respect bondage, but that's not my fetish really I mean. I'm not into this conveyor thing stuff;
- these arts look kinda similiar, even if I tried to make my every art pretty different from the other ones;
- maybe it's just me, being too critical about my own arts;
- or maybe it's lack of skill at sketching and especially posing, that made all these arts look the same...
+ some of the pieces in my gallery made me a bit wrong reputation resulting into some cool people turned away from me. That's not really fun, and Ihardly really regret that.
Second. Long ago I chose my way to shade and color things, and right now I feel like I reached almost top of this way. So, now I'm on a peak of evolution (which is good), but from that point I can see another peak, which looks much more promising and cool. But to get there I need to go back from that peak I'm on and choose a different way. So, I can't promise my arts will be the same for a while. I'm gonna learn new ways and experiment with coloring. The future is unclear...

Anyway, my conclusions are:
1) I won't be open to new commissions any soon.
2) but when I do, there will be no more long queue (so people were waiting a year to get a drawing from me). You know, if I'm gonna live 30-40 more years, I don't want to owe half of my life to somebody. 1-3 slots at a time will be quite enough.
3) the prices will be changed, according to the time spent. Basically - up. You may hate me as much as you want.
4) since I was a nowice and I had no reputation or faith in my skills, I didn't ask for prepayments. However, this got me into a situation, where one of my drawings, finished half a year ago is still not paid for.
As I said once, I'm willing to work for free only if you give me a shelter, bed, food and maybe some pocket money. So, from now on - prepayments only. Gonna rewrite the entire "commission rules" section soon.
5) you may override any of the statements before (excl. #4), using lots of money. Yes, I'm a $$$ bitch. Deal with it.
6) to keep your interest in me and to offer you an option to get arts by hooves, I'm gonna do lots of YCH auctions in the future. That also solves the problem of "same scenes in a row" thing, since I decide which scene that would be.
7) mostly I'm gonna concentrate on emotional and almost SFW art. However, I'm not gonna fully forget about NSFW things. I'm just gonna make them more interesting. Like here. Even if stats whoe that you still like casual fucking more.
8) the easiest way for you to get free art is to make me: a) watch you - b) become a fan of you - c) get into my bed. Yes, I'm this kind of bitch too. Can't guarantee anything though.
Also. Since I'm gonna concentrate on more safe things (and, for example, for youtube "a drawing of horse, fucking feline" is not safe at all), I have thoughts about reorganising my Patreon from "monthly" to "by item" and share my videos with the common public. However, that's not for me to decide. So, we'll see about that later.

Posted 10 years agoLooks like power unit or motherboard is gone. Gonna figure that out and get back to you. Obviously no streaming today or any other day. Awesome tuesday.
UPD: definetely the power unit. Damn, and i hoped it would be motherboard... Because my power unit is a mothermercy 1000w chieftec brick of steel, and it's like 1/3 of the entire pc cost. Wwonderful.
Since my warranty is gone long ago, gonna try find a good company to repair. Will take some time, so I'm not sure if there would be any new drawings this year. Sorry.

Why did you decide to keep your old 18+ speedpaints private?
There are 3 reasons:
1) since I often use copyrighted music, I prefer to keep most of the videos private to minimize the risk of being busted for this music. This already happened to 2 of my videos, both of them were in public share
2) same thing for the content - you can access a private video with a link, but if some innocent guy just appeared at my channel and saw a pic of 2 stallions fucking each other - he won't be happy
3) this is for the OLDER speedpaints - I used to make them about x20 speed up, mostly uncropped, really long videos. Now my videos are much faster, but highly edited, only showing what's cool and interesting. Less camera shaking, less redrawings, less insignificant details, better music. I kinda evolve in video making :D
What do you plan to do after your commissions are finished?
YCHS. Lots of YCHs. And next wave of commissions... But this time I won't take them like 10 in a row, maybe 1-2 per completion of the previous ones. Also I'm gonna raise the prices to affect time spent and ... well, sort out some people, who will be really interested in arts by me. I'm terribly sorry for doing it, but this is how an open market works. I wish I could draw for everyone at minimum prices, but even 10 lifetimes won't be enough to do it, so I've got to choose. Sorry once again.
Now that you have Patreon and commissions, are you going to visit any cons next year?
Not likely. Patreon ensures my living (and I really pray for these guys, for they are awesome) and commission money allow me to buy some things beyond that. Once I'll have some extra money, I might think about travelling to the cons, but not now.
However, I might try some brony meetings, taking place in my city, but I think I need much more mlp stuff for that. Well, I'm into it anyway, so :D
Gaming question - what's your favourite game now?
I used to play CSS 5 years ago, I used to play WoW ~ 3 years ago, now I quit both. The only game I play now is Heroes of the Storm, but I don't do that often, I'm doing like 3-7 random matches in a week.

Lol, that's a secret. But I mostly play as Chen and often has my stream moderator playing with me :D

Oh, that's a protoss zealot from Carbotanimations starcrafts series. He has anger management issues, but to understand that you should really see all the seasons from the start :D

Posted 10 years agoSooo... I welcome you here at my humble place. And I'm sorry for all of you, who maybe wanted a bit of my attention in return and never got it ^^'
I'm not really a person, who says thank you to everybody, but I'm also a lazy azz, meaning I don't deal with new messages until they grow into something huge, distracting my attention. So I just finished cleaning all this new messages mess at my FA. Lots of watchers, lots of comments, countless favs and so on. I've tried my best to sort out all the people and say personal thank you and check their galleries and welcome them, but I gave up like after 30 minutes of doing that.

About the rumors

No, I'm not leaving. Why should I?
Yeah, I've heard of people, who left FA because it was bought by someone else. I really can't understand it, because FA rules and rulers didn't change. I prefer to cross a bridge when one comes to it, so... When things change, and when things change significally, I'll maybe think about moving to some other furry website. In fact, I dreamed about my own gallery (so I could be less dependant on websites) for a long time. But as for right now - no, I'm not going to leave FA. And there is another problem with possible relocation. You know, I only started to gain my audience here at FA. I've got my first Patreon supporters, and right now I'm only interested in getting more of both. That's because I want to draw furry stuff, but my main job requires lots of time. So, if I want to draw lots of furry stuff, I have to draw it for money, meaning I MUST have big audience and/or significant Patreon support. Everyone has to make something for a living, right? Right now my furry stuff (Patreon + commissions) make me about 1/3 of all of my income (and income isn't really much). And, considering my expenses this year I don't want to lose it.
And besides, I just love it. I mean, when I upload an art, and I see people like it. I love it, when I see my arts at chans and galleries and collections... You are my inspiration and my drug. And I'm not :3
By the way, about expanding my gallery to some other furry sites... Well, I was thinking about inkbunny, but I really don't have time and desire to learn/accustom myself here. I haven't read full Patreon rules yet, so XD What are you talking about?))
As for those, who offend artists or criticise them or steal art or whatever - well, I don't really care. I know, how many idiots can be around, and I'm ok with it. There are only a few people, whose opinion I will take seriously. Sorry, but this is life. Others... Well, just enjoy the art, ok?
So, I don't violate rules, I don't react to idiots and trolls, I do my best at arts. The only thing I can get out of FA is for my politics position and propaganda. And I really don't think somebody gives a f### about it...

wiredhooves complete List of Speedpaints
Posted 10 years agoThis is a complete list of my drawing speedpaints. Most of my videos are marked as private videos for their content, thus I created the list, so people could easily access any videos. The list is going to be renewed from time to time (meaning there won't be additional journals for timelapse announcements - just this one with a full list). Most of timelapses are first shared with Patreon, and after few months will be shared with common public. The order and number of the videos are just the same to the numbers in my speedpaints working folder and may be different from the order of their upload to youtube.

What is it for?
Patreon lets fans support their favorite creators by becoming patrons, providing more financial freedom to the artists, allowing them to create more. In exchange, creators usually add some rewards for those, who support them.
Why did I join Patreon?
There were 3 main reasons for me to do that:
- use monthly income to lower commission prices. Yes, I think the prices are fair for 30 drawing hours, but still it's too expensive for most of my followers;
- spend more time for practise. Мy weak points are: sketching, anthro bodies, overall timing. So I’m gonna practise more to improve this. And I’m going to share the practise doodles, which is new for me;
- obtain a simplified drawing style to increase output. Drawing epic things is cool, but 1-2 per month isn't cool at all. So, I'm going to improve my timing for the full digital arts, and also find my alternate simplified style (similiar to cell-shading I guess), which well be used for other drawings;
- draw more things for common audience. I know most of you like me for my shadowing technique, and others enjoy hoofed feral hardcore. However, I also want to diversify my gallery with more placid arts with a quality by wiredhooves™, which is gonna be cool. I really think my gallery needs more solo females and more portraits ;)
As for rewards: patrons will get access to additional materials, sketches, WIPs, rough practise scraps, timelapses, all this stuff. Some of these materials will be shared anyway, but like months after I share them with the patrons. Oh, and commission/YCH discounts of course! Yep, including already queued commissioners.
Also I'd like to remind, that Patreon is not a tax or a contract. What you do comes directly from your heart, and it’s not mandatory. I don’t want to get more than I deserve. A fair play. So, if you have some spare cash, and you don't mind sharing it - you're welcome!

Also I’m sorry for this delay between the moment I announced joining Patreon and actual account launch - there was and there is still a technical issue with the tax accounts settings. I got my nephew. He’s 4 years old, and he and his mother were here for 3 weeks. You know, silence is such a wonderful word ^^
As for the gifts, I’ve got 2 glass horse statues. This is exactly the moment, when I think somebody should confine himself with a greeting card or maybe money. That’s because my Schleich horses laugh, looking at all these glass ones :D
By the way, we don’t celebrate Christmas, we celebrate New Year.

I can’t say it was boring… At least I had a nice pair of tits to hug for a few days :3

Seems to be Pagan. Actually my beliefs are not similiar with mainstream religions, and they are more close to Warhammer 40k setting: thoughts are material, most of beings are psykers (very limited, nothing more than intuition), some of them has real power and potential, the top ones are considered to be gods. Just seems more plausible to me. And no, I don’t care about other religions, unless their adepts really piss me off.
» What type of Pizza do you prefer?
Mmm, I guess mushrooms and meat. Cheese is fine too ^^
» Your favourite film?
… Interstate 60 … I suppose … As for the film that I can watch like forever - A meeting place cannot be changed.

Em… Ok. ecmajor (anatomy, shapes, inks); VeraMundis (shadowing, shapes); Mithril/Bicente (shadowing, light); Demicoeur, Falvie (colors); lost-paw, Atryl (drawing speed), Chris Sawyer, Fisk, Tor (first impression on furry). This is only the top of the list :D
» What kind of music do you listen to?
I’m that kind of a moron, who listens to everything. Patrially true - I’m not a fan of any kind of music, so there are lots of different tracks in my playlist. However, I often listen to epic soundtracks.
» Ever been high?
No. And don’t want to. In fact I don’t smoke, I don’t drink, I don’t want to get high. I can’t say my body is ideal, but I definetely won’t to wreck it with anything like that.
» So are you WiredHooves or Roo?
wh is a nickname. Roo is a name of a character, that is supposed to be my alter-ego in an imaginary world. I’d say Roo is a mix of me IRL with addition of traits that I’d like to have. He’s brave, strong,clever, he has good sence of humour. He is who I want to be. So, once again - my nickname - wh or hooves. Roo is more for a character.

hooves. Or wh. Lowercase, since it’s not a personal name.
» Why horses?
No idea. It’s just that I love their shapes, I love their smell, and they are very social, which is very useful for me. They are just cool :3
» Do you own a horse? Do you ride any horse?
No, I don’t own any horse. However, I’d like to. As for the riding - rarely. Its just that I’ve often was near a horse, not on it. By the way, my gallop is awful. Shame on me.
» What’s your favourite horse breed? Are there any horses you don’t like?
I like Brabant for the shapes; Islandic ponies for windy manes; Russian/Soviet Drafts for a temper and adaptability. And hairy tails too ^_^ . As for dislikes - I don’t like shapes of Arabian horses. Just don’t like that curvy nose and a habit to run with their tail up.
» Do you prefer horses with docked tails?
No. People used to cut tails of drafts, so they won’t interfiere with the harness. But without a tail a horse is so defenseless against this army of flies! Imho 5 minutes to plait the tail isn’t that long.
» How do you think about other species?
Mm, neutral? I used to have a cat, and I can play with dogs… However, horses often can make friends with cats (they have common enemy - mice and rats). I have nothing against any animal, its just that I don’t have that rapture about other species. Including humans. I hate mosquitos and flies, though…
» Meat or vegetarian?
I like meat, I’m an omnivorous species. As for the vegetarians, I have nothing against them, untill they come to my home and start to agitate me. And damn I hate people, who force their kids to become vegetarian from day 1. I’ve seen such kids, and they looked very different and unhealthy. Also I’ve seen a whole generation of kids, who had lack of meat and vitamins in their childhood because of total poverty of russian 90s. No, I won’t switch to vegetarian…
» Do you think killing animals is acceptable?
Oww, I already feel angry comments on this one… Well, that depends. I value any life, no matter animal or plant. But killing is everywhere in nature around us. If lion wants to eat, he kills antelope. If antelope wants to eat, she eats grass (which is killing too). My point is - killing other species is acceptable, when it is necessary. Like for food or self-defence. I don’t like hunters in general, because it’s more about competition, less about survival.
UPD. As for the cattle that being raised and killed for their meat and coats - I think it’s ok - they live their happy life, they eat well, sleep alot, they get medical care. And they die within a second, which is much better than being eaten alive by wolves and die from a pain shock. Which life would YOU prefer to live?
And no, I don’t like people in mink coats. Killing just for the coat is ridiculous.

Lol, that’s a question, worth telling a whole story as an answer… Well, I guess the craziest thing about me is that I’m a pervert, drawing horsey yiff, and thinking of it? The second things is that I hate human smells. Almost all of them. I love horsey smells however. I guess my nose hardware is just broken :)
Also I’m very jealous to anything. Skilled artists, nice bodies, clever ones… At least I’m not envious about salaries people get. That’s good.
Oh, and I want a female 35-40 years old with a good body and liberal views. Just for a test, to see if playing with her will be different from girls of my age (I’m 26). Am I crazy?)

Nope. It’s just that my mind will treat anybody as friends or familiars instead of their role. Don’t know, why.

No, I’m a loner. It’s not that I don’t want to have a pair, but I’m the one with a hell-stud temper, and my girl should be patient and self-sufficient enough, so she won’t suffer from my art/work marathons. However, 90% of girls around me want their boyfriend to be with them 24/7, call them every hour and spend all of their evenings in hugs. Which is UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION, UNACCEPTABLE!!! I think they don’t need a boyfriend, they need a nursey. Not to mention that I like myself and girls (and boys) to take care of their bodies, be clean, look nice, smell well, etc, which significally limits the selection field.
Oh yeah, there’s also a tend, that all of my female friends (the ones, I had sex with), soon find their true love and live happily ever after. I’m not sure if this is a curse or a blessing. This is cool, but really I’d prefer a long-time lover, I’m not a fan of one-night girls.

Lol… I do love the first one and ‘innocence’ films, and I like the series. Some of them are really thought-provoking. Definetely would. But, only the way I imagine it, not some adaptation. And yes, if I’m going to be a stallion, that must be a stallion. He must be at least 2 times heavier than human. And no, I don’t want to see any human-sized mice or rats or whatever.

» How long did it take to perfect your art or were you just talented that way?
You can check my older drawings and see if you like them, lol. However, it’s a long story… If we don’t take childish drawings, I started drawing for real about 10 years ago, after joining the community. Before that, I used to work a lot in 3ds max, creating 3d models. That’s why my style is so “heavy” and “epic”. I don’t like it however, I should draw more quick arts.
» How did you know about furry?
That’s very simple. I used to be very asocial kid, an outsider. Both parents worked hard to make ends meet, and my brother spent lots of time in university or with his friends. No girls were willing to communicate with me either. So, I was lonely, and I used my imagination to create friends. And when I got older, and learned about internet and pron, I accidentally found some furry pics. Well, now I’m here. And looks like I’m not alone :3
» Why do you make like one art per month?
Well, I’m not a talented one, and I have to do lots of extra moves and experiments to make my drawings look good. I can say that my last commission took about 33-38 drawing hours. The are lots of artists, who can make such art cooler and quicker, but I’m not one of them. So, I just draw, whether you like it or not. Also I have a main job to work at, and yes, I’m very lazy, and I often want to just rest instead of drawing. Right now I’m working to improve my motivation. Hope patreon will help a lot with that.

Everything is set and ready, however I’m not sure about some goals and rewards. Sure everybody wants to earn more money, but I just want to be fair.

No. At least for a few years. I’d like to get more experience with my main job, create a worth-while portfolio and learn to work in team. I just like having my back covered, if anything goes wrong. But yes, in the future I look forward to become an artist, drawing mostly for furry community. But as for now, I’d like patreon to become some sort of a deal. You know, in past 5 years my world just turned upside down, and now I do things I should do long ago. So, I’m a little late for this race, but I’m a good runner. I know, there are lots of people, who like my art. And I’d be very happy, if they provided a bit of material support for me. Yes, I started doing commissions, but after calculating time spent/money needed, they seem to be very overpriced. So, I hope Patreon will smooth my needs. As for rewards - I don’t draw often, and I don’t draw a lot, but there are some things, that IMHO will be interesting for the people. I must say I’m not that good with anthro. Should spend more time sketching this year. But I like both. I also like the crotchboobs like ecmajor does. However, every time I tried to draw this way, I failed :P

That was long ago. Seriously, I don’t want to get back to it. It takes damn lots of time and doesn’t look really good. Let’s keep my 3d for my main job.
» Which software do you use for your drawings?
Mostly SAI, sometimes Photoshop, together with Wacom Intuos 4L. By the way, I can’t wait for SAI2. It’s just about my every drawing goes “out of memory” sooner or later… I want more memory and more layer options. And one thing I really miss in SAI is option to a drag copy of current view out of the main window, to my second screen, so timelapses of my drawings will always have 100% zoom and won’t be shaky. Right now they are. Very.
» Some people say that artists often put so much of their soul into their drawings, so when they become famous, they don’t have a soul at all!
Possible. There are not much people to like me, but it already feels like I become more and more ignorant to some things or people. This is partly reasonable - if I gonna talk and answer to anybody, I’ll have no time for drawings. So, I’m sorry if I forgot about you. Artists do such things. I hope you don’t mind it…

Roo woke up. He’s my best mental defensive mechanism - when I feel shitty so much, that I lose any desire to do something, he wakes up and takes control. After that I get that scary smile on my face, and instead of “I’m worthless pony, there are so many people, who are better than me" I start to think "oh sorry, I can’t see you because of that awesome shining I have" or "you’re better than me? You’re gonna suffer!" Anger is much better than despair. And yes, I should visit a doctor, for my subconsciousness is playing its own games. No, I don’t want to :)
» Why did it take so long for you to make this drawing video?
Issues with my gmail. Few years ago I created account and created youtube channel also. However, I forgot about this account for a while. And now, when I tried to recover it, I first couldn’t remember my login, and when I remembered, it appeared that I don’t know the password. All of my passwords match some rules, meaning I can brutforce any of my password within 10 minutes, just following these rules. And I failed with this account, which is weird. Recovery form works, but it requires me to remember, when I created this account, when was the last time I used it, which email is the most popular. And I don’t remember anything but a secret question answer (which is 100% correct). However, google won’t let me recover my account, so fuck that, I have another one, even if it won’t have short URL or other perks…

The second things is that I hate human smells. Almost all of them. I love horsey smells however. I guess my nose hardware is just broken :)
Also I’m very jealous to anything. Skilled artists, nice bodies, clever ones… At least I’m not envious about salaries people get. That’s good.
Oh, and I want a female 35-40 years old with a good body and liberal views. Just for a test, to see if playing with her will be different from girls of my age (I’m 26). Am I crazy?)

No, I’m a loner. It’s not that I don’t want to have a pair, but I’m the one with a hell-stud temper, and my girl should be patient and self-sufficient enough, so she won’t suffer from my art/work marathons. However, 90% of girls around me want their boyfriend to be with them 24/7, call them every hour and spend all of their evenings in hugs. Which is UNACCEPTABLE CONDITION, UNACCEPTABLE!!! I think they don’t need a boyfriend, they need a nursey. Not to mention that I like myself and girls (and boys) to take care of their bodies, be clean, look nice, smell well, etc, which significally limits the selection field.
Oh yeah, there’s also a tend, that all of my female friends (the ones, I had sex with), soon find their true love and live happily ever after. I’m not sure if this is a curse or a blessing. This is cool, but really I’d prefer a long-time lover, I’m not a fan of one-night girls.

» How long did it take to perfect your art or were you just talented that way?
You can check my older drawings and see if you like them, lol. However, it’s a long story… If we don’t take childish drawings, I started drawing for real about 10 years ago, after joining the community. Before that, I used to work a lot in 3ds max, creating 3d models. That’s why my style is so “heavy” and “epic”. I don’t like it however, I should draw more quick arts.
» How did you know about furry?
That’s very simple. I used to be very asocial kid, an outsider. Both parents worked hard to make ends meet, and my brother spent lots of time in university or with his friends. No girls were willing to communicate with me either. So, I was lonely, and I used my imagination to create friends. And when I got older, and learned about internet and pron, I accidentally found some furry pics. Well, now I’m here. And looks like I’m not alone :3
» Why do you make like one art per month?
Well, I’m not a talented one, and I have to do lots of extra moves and experiments to make my drawings look good. I can say that my last commission took about 33-38 drawing hours. The are lots of artists, who can make such art cooler and quicker, but I’m not one of them. So, I just draw, whether you like it or not. Also I have a main job to work at, and yes, I’m very lazy, and I often want to just rest instead of drawing. Right now I’m working to improve my motivation. Hope patreon will help a lot with that.

No. At least for a few years. I’d like to get more experience with my main job, create a worth-while portfolio and learn to work in team. I just like having my back covered, if anything goes wrong. You know, in past 5 years my world just turned upside down, and now I do things I should do long ago. So, I’m a little late for this race, but I’m a good runner. I know, there are lots of people, who like my art. And I’d be very happy, if they provided a bit of material support for me. Yes, I started doing commissions, but after calculating time spent/money needed, they seem to be very overpriced. So, I hope Patreon will smooth my needs. Mostly SAI, sometimes Photoshop, together with Wacom Intuos 4L. By the way, I can’t wait for SAI2. It’s just about my every drawing goes “out of memory” sooner or later… I want more memory and more layer options. And one thing I really miss in SAI is option to a drag copy of current view out of the main window, to my second screen, so timelapses of my drawings will always have 100% zoom and won’t be shaky. Right now they are. Very.

Possible. There are not much people to like me, but it already feels like I become more and more ignorant to some things or people. » Why did it take so long for you to make this drawing video?
Issues with my gmail. Few years ago I created account and created youtube channel also. However, I forgot about this account for a while. And now, when I tried to recover it, I first couldn’t remember my login, and when I remembered, it appeared that I don’t know the password. All of my passwords match some rules, meaning I can brutforce any of my password within 10 minutes, just following these rules. And I failed with this account, which is weird. Recovery form works, but it requires me to remember, when I created this account, when was the last time I used it, which email is the most popular. And I don’t remember anything but a secret question answer (which is 100% correct). However, google won’t let me recover my account, so fuck that, I have another one, even if it won’t have short URL or other perks…

Ok... Since Black Friday is almost here (and damn I forgot about that coming, so I feel rushy a bit), wondering, if... If any of you, my watchers, had experience of having Mary the Anthro Mare from BD. The question is - how wide is the hole, and how tight is it? I mean, I've read few reviews, including the "tight" one, and that got me anxious. I already have a Chance toy, so I have a thing to compare with. I never thought about myself as a big guy, but I'm wondering, if Mary is good for a medium Chance (actually, for its first half, but with a thickness of a medial ring). Just curious ^^'

2012 Summary
Posted 13 years agoThe clock is ticking and it's 21:00 for me already. 3 hours before we're going to enter 2013. I can hear fireworks and that's gonna be a loud night... Although I'm sitting alone in front of my monitor, making another sketch... So I wanted to summ all the things that happened to me in this discrepant year.
First of all, I finally got my tablet, it was september if I remember correctly. Wacom Intuos 4L, directly from Germany. Well, thanks to my brother who bothered to buy and send it, cause in Russia it would cost twice. Anyway, the difference between this beauty and my old cheap crap is inconceivable. The old one didn't even have an eraser at the back of the pen and it had A BATTERY inside it! So, the new tablet is just perfect. And I've already got accustomed to it enough to create sketches in digital, without paper. It provides a lot of possibilities for experiments and shortens total drawing time. And it improves lineart as well! Still I take off my hat before those, who draw using traditional tools. They're just great.
Second. The stables. I always loved horses, but this year I've got used to visit the nearest stables. And although formally I'm a visiting woodworker there, this provides great ability to communicate with local horses, to observe them and to learn more about their behaviour. And it's very funny, when people say that this one is bad-tempered and naughty, and minute later they see you both grooming. I love horses and they answer me :)
Third. I've made some new friends and refreshed few old contacts this year. Interesting people, different people. And next year I'm going to make friends or just get known with some of furaffinity hoofers. Yes, I've got a difficult nature, but none of us is ideal. So, if one day you're getting my note, don't feel confused ;)
Fourth, a lot of people were talking about end of the world 21 dec. Well it was for me, because 3 days later father died... And although it's a great loss, I'm not really shocked as much as others. His motto was "life goes on, no matter what happens or how hard it hits you". So now this is my lifestyle. The only thing is my addition: "and live bright, so you won't regret the time you lived". And I will. So I wish you too.
Fifth, art. I don't know about you, but I can see some improvements. And I can see a conception of my own drawing style. Well, painting style, since I'm really bad at sketching. I hope Wacom, SAI and a bit of persistence will make it better. I'm not afraid anymore of painting backgrounds and drawing more than 1 char at a pic. And I was very pleased to see my art uploaded at e621.net. Of course I wish more of it to be shown there, but I want you to know, I appreciate that. And I appreciate all of you, people, for watching, faving and just paying attention to me. It really means a lot for me, because the other way I wouldn't post my art here at FA ;)
The sixth, and, probably, most interesting for you. I don't know exactly, and I've already told you about it, but I want to get some money at paypal to buy few little toys. So, after I've done with all my priority arts, there will be 3 commission slots. Full colored, highres and expensive for the artist without even 10k hits. Anyway, I'll announce it, so, if you're interested - you won't miss it :)
And the seventh. Well, Happy New Year everypony and everybody else as well!

First of all I registered here just for watching hidden mature and adult art. You know, usually accounts, created for that purpose look like "stud123", "omghello", "abcdefg" etc. So was mine. And, common practise is that once you've got the login, you can change your nickname without changing login. I was a little surprised to know that here your nickname is your login. So, when I began to upload my own art, I was a little bit confused with nickname "r-untamed". You know, my name is Rou. Rou Untamed, not some random r (lowercase by the way). Well, so.

Just changed my login/nickname. I wanted to do it for soo long, but (as far as I know), current architecture of furaffinity doesn't support an ability to do it. So the way to do it is deleting old acc and creating new one.

First of all I registered here just for watching hidden mature and adult art. You know, usually accounts, created for that purpose look like "stud123", "omghello", "abcdefg" etc. So was mine. And, common practise is that once you've got the login, you can change your nickname without changing login. I was a little surprised to know that here your nickname is your login. So, when I began to upload my own art, I was a little bit confused with nickname "r-untamed". You know, my name is Rou. Rou Untamed, not some random r (lowercase by the way). Well, so.
And wiredhooves is much more easier to remember, by the way.

Practise. First - my Eastern 2012 album. After that I'm going to create a few non-mature pictures, that can be added to my portfolio (yep, need money just like anyone else...). And then I'll maybe open commissions.

It's online now, I've just paid for the hosting. Still asphalthorse.com was created to be my roller project, so the gallery is temporary, and will be moved to another domain later...
