hey guys, long time no see ; _ ;

i'm so sorry for my absence. i don't have much of an excuse other than this year being s o horribly draining. to be honest i don't like sharing personal things much, so im not gonna go into detail. i've just had to deal with so many emotionally and mentally draining issues ever since the beginning of the year; it has, quite literally and without fault, been one thing after the other. once one problem resolves, another would surface being twice as overbearing as the last. what makes it worse is that, for the past SEVERAL months, the issues weren't important at all and could have easily been avoided, but i blame myself for getting involved in situations with imminent outcomes that i should have predicted from the start. and despite being insignificant, it takes one straw to break the camels back. u feel?

with that being said, nothing has been too awful or detrimental to my life or well being, so please don't worry! no, i haven't been very stable, but i could certainly be worse - nothing i can't handle, y'know. it's just been a huge dent on my motivations and, as stated, mental energy. it got to the point where i couldn't push myself to do a n y t h i n g except Required (albeit personal) Pieces for deadlines or simple drawings to keep myself sane.

regardless, it's no excuse for my silence on this front. and i definitely want to apologize for being gone so long with NOTHING to show for it, and nothing to say. for those of you who waited on me for owed art i want to thank you for your patience. all things considered, i'm finally in a better state of mind, and all the shit from before has finally begun to calm down and give me time to heal and get my priorities straightened out.

god and not to mention my CTS has been Extremely Frequent. i finally went to the doctor to actually get it diagnosed a few months ago (embarrassingly enough it was self-diagnosed based on feedback from other friends w the same condition, and things i've read and learned, but i just hate going to the doc LOL, took me 5 years to actually do it) but, as i predicted, it's the real deal. i'm doing my best to take better care of it, but it hasn't stabilized for weeks now. by that, i mean: when it begins to flare up i have to rest for days and take anti-inflammatory medication until it begins to feel completely, or for the most part, better. aaaand. it. hasnt felt better. lmao. its bearable, dont worry! i'm not doing anything dangerous, but it's a pain in the ass and i ain't gonna pretend like it hasn't inhibited my art.

in any case. i'm getting better, everything is daijoubu as of right now. i'm gonna be slowly making a comeback here, now that im getting actual motivation to do so. and with that, hopefully i'll be able to slam dunk some YCHs and tentatively open commissions again. i already have one spicy YCH pending that im gonna post this week and im so excited to work on it if it sells.

on the bright side i made my first partial fursuit this year within a week (i rly wanted it for a con and i had help paying for it so I COULDN'T N O T MAKE IT). it's of my other (main) fursona, but now i want to make one for Woffreen............. im so weak. i might share pics later.

heyo guys!! i'm so sorry for my radio silence here. i wanted to let y'all know what's been going on over here!

been pretty busy with a few things irl, as well as obligations offsite that require a lot of my time and dedication, so i havent been able to open up commissions again! not to mention my stupid wrist keeps giving me issues left and right (nothing as major as before, but annoyances to where i physically Have to take a break. take care of your wrist kids, its Not Pleasant to deal with at all). and i just got over the flu; i havent gotten seriously sick in Ages, so the flu really caught me offguard and i'm still angry a week later, lmao.

anyway, i'm gonna be needing some more $$$$$monay$$$$$ soon because i really wanna build a fursuit for a convention this summer! so once i get more time on my plate and clear my current list of owed art, keep an eye out for more YCHs! i'm unsure if i'm gonna open commissions again as those take far more time for me than YCH, but i might have some special offers in the near future. who knows! we'll see!

just a note that i am and will be very busy for this coming month. i've been busy handling some obligations offsite for the past few weeks, and it took more time and energy than i expected, hence why i didn't make a note of it before. so, for those who are currently waiting for commissions still, thank you for your continued patience!

i may no longer be a full time student, but i do have a part time job now PLUS my other obligations on other sites, and those tend to grab my time more than i'd prefer. don't worry, your commissions WILL be done! i promise!

im looking into fur - through recommendations from my friend im trying to find mongolian fur in the colors i want but it's so harrrd omfg

i was wondering if anyone has experience potentially dying mongolian fur (mostly made of acrylic and polyester / synthetic / whatever omg), or perhaps specific sites where i can get some fur? preferably nothing majorly expensive omg im trying to keep things at or less than $15-$20 / yard

as for pre-colored mongolian fur, the main shades i've been eyeing are camel, dark camel, and caramel. but im so uncertain about the different shades in comparison to one another, and i havent found a site or shop that will send me samples quite yet

A custom character / costume / etc. Design of your choice. Charges based on time spent designing, which will be recorded and kept track of during the design process.

* time taken does NOT apply to the stated overall approximate time for the commission stated above! each design can take anywhere from 3-8 hours depending on complexity.

Note
» When you commission for a design, you're paying primarily for the design. That's why the result will be a simple, clean sketch clearly displaying your design.
