Posted 13 years agoThe first five people to comment on this status will receive a gift from me, created during this year. They will be surprises, there will likely be no warning and it will happen whenever the mood strikes me, over the coming year.
The catch is obviously that those people have to do the same, the whole paying it forward thing - so feel free to do so!

DFW trip notes
Posted 13 years agoOk went down to AFM Sunday.
After the meet we went to
foxkiller to pick up his old Dishwasher, Thank you Draggy.
Then we went to Frys to pick up the new printer,[ours is dying] That turned out to be an adventure, in of itself. Thanks you DeerBorne for the help replacing my failing printer.
Then we met up with Icondraftstallion: to catch a movie. We ended up seeing rise of the guardians. Tha was such a great movie I wan to get i on DVD as soon as it comes out.
Finally at 10p We were able to arrive at my friend's house I introduced
romaniete and 
hodari to her. Then we sat down to play a game of Chez Cthulhu. Hodari won. then we headed home.
On the way home we ran in to a snow storm so bad that at parts i could not see the road at all. the rest of the trip was made at 20 mph or less.
When we got home I decompressed by getting out and taking some pictures of the white stuff on the ground. Just to prove it does snow in Texas.
After the meet we went to

Posted 13 years agoWell The horses got out at the farm yesterday and was unable to attend the Meet as i Spent the afternoon helping get the 4 horses and 2 donkeys back in the fence.

Was glad to get o hang out with every one again.

The election is over; please stop complaining. If you have something to say about politics, write a hand written letter to your congressman/woman.
Till Nov 6 2016 it is the best way to have your say.
My political stand is VOTE and stop complaining.
That said 4 more years, and we get to do it all again. Same story different actors.

Home from Oklacon
Posted 13 years agojust walked in the door form oklacon. will unpack and get some sleep.
Then I will have to post my con report,
Till then All my new friends know that I am home and safe. The carrier held and will be retired shortly.

Posted 13 years agoLots of fun to be had yesterday, just now getting moving.
We me, Hodari & romaniete left the hous about 7:30a and headed into the sun down to Arlington to attend the AFM.
They took their suits and I the Trebuchet.
We arrived the 2nd furry car.
I ran around and snagged the 5 caches in the park.
Then proceeded back to set up the Treb.
The first field setup took only about 15 min!!! And it worked like a charm getting a distance of 75 feet at a safe velocity for furrs to catch the tennis ball bullets.
romaniete & :iconHodari suited and generally had fun socializing. The Treb was a hit many furrs wanted to load and ‘fire’ it. After a few hours of tuning it with the tennis balls I brought out a beanie horse to teach how to fly. The horse fly went as far as the balls.Wow!!
This machine though small is much fun.
After the meat we headed to Sushi Yaa with draftstallion2005. We all stuffed our selves :iconHodari picked up the tab, [Thankyou again].
Then we went to Grand Prairie To do a photo shoot on the Big Texas in the middle of I20.
We hung out with draftstallion2005 till time to go home.
Stopped at the Waffle House in Colleyville, then gas in Rhome.
Arrived safe at home and parked Maxx at 3:33am
Man Im wore out. I cant wait to go back again.

Posted 13 years agoOk after leaving WichitaFalls at 10:30a.
After driving though Independence, Ks to visit with some family. We arrived in Wichita,Ks at 9:30.
It was a long trip we had a ton of straight line winds as we got north of Tulsa,Ok. They were horrible.
We have made third trip to attend the wedding of our uncle. Critter will officiate the ceremony.
Later today is the WFACM wish we could have made it but family first.

Weekend in the life of a 2 Tailed WoLf and Co. part 2
Posted 13 years agoSunday Cont.: after arriving at 
hollyfox’s place we [ wolf2tails Hodari RomaniEte ] parked Maxx and loaded in to her car to head to OKC. On the way we were nearly run off the road by someone not paying attention. We survived and eventually got our hearts to slow down. We made it alive to the “Hibachi” buffet there we stuffed our selves on sushi and Cheese wantons.
After dinner we went to Moore to the FurBowl meet, we paid and had tons of fun till we had to leave. A great many pictures were taken by my self, will be working through them over the next few days. 444 pics almost 3 Gb of data to sort and edit. I found that bowling left handed is not a good idea but right handed remains out of the question for several more months. Some furs have to work, pouts. Any way after an uneventful trip back to Lawton we Picked up Maxx and finished our trip home, after saying our good byes.

Posted 13 years agoFriday: started with Physical Therapy then going out to the farm. After that, I met a few friends online to RP through the night.
Saturday: Took roommate to work, took a nap went got and took him lunch, hit a couple of sales, Then went to the WFACM. There I stayed till roommate that works just a block away form ElDiablos. The topic of conversation ran the gambit form our standard of PR with the mundane and how to improve it. To how the ancient texts were changed as the texts were translated, each time.
HollyFox invited us up on Sunday for a special treat.
We went home and I got back online to do some more RP. Again I played way too late.
Sunday: Woke up groggy [not enough sleep for too many days] Ran Room mate to the store. Then dropped him back off before driving to Bowie, TX to meet with a Man, that has items and contact to some one else to help WnC get more exposure.
Stopped by and estate sale on the way home. This one was a complete waste of time.
Got home took a short nap and the we all loaded up in Maxx and went to Lawton to meet with HollyFox

We will be discussing moving the meet to a new location.
Were making plans on how to improve the public image of the fandom in general. Come be a part of some thing productive.
