Hello hello! I'm working on adding more things to my list of available commissions and that comes with the biggest hurdle--pricing them. I want to keep them affordable but also be fair to myself time-wise.

So my thoughts are this: I could do a fixed 80 dollars for three FULL BODY poses of a character in various states of transformation, but it would NOT have shading or a background. They would only feature the single character.

I can draw different sorts of transformation--be it from a simple sort of morphing blur from one thing to the other or full on grotesque werewolf-style transformations with awkward in-betweens. I'm also open to trying new stuff too! I love yalls imagination.

Also still offering the commissions featuring my little wizard character where she will be casting a spell and your character will be either partially or fully transformed into something. Those are still going to be 60 dollars, flat colors. The intended draw is to be the interaction between the wizard and the character.

Decided to make a journal that wasn't just about commissions!

I hope you guys are doing well today. I'm re-organizing the bathroom and getting rid of a bunch of old expired stuff. It's my eventual goal to do that to every cabinet in the house. I still have a bunch of junk left from when my parents lived here. I'm also working hard on staying fully medicated. So far I have gone 22 days without missing a dose!

I'm officially taking a break from my grocery store job in order to sort out some mental/physical health stuff and get my home back in order. They said I had a spot waiting for me when I want to come back but TBH I want to try and find a better job in the meantime. Ideally something where I get to sit and work with computers. A guy can dream.

Now that I have more time, I've started cooking for myself again instead of just throwing stuff in the microwave. It's felt nice. I ORDERED MYSELF A TOASTER. I HAVEN'T HAD A TOASTER IN THIS HOUSE FOR FOUR YEARS. It should be here tomorrow or the next day. I'm exciteeeddddd. It has a clear front so you can see how the toast is doing.

I've been reading more. I just finished up The Gryphon Generation and am now working my way through The Eyes of the Dragon. I have an entire plastic crate full of books I haven't had time to read.

My therapist and I are working through this weird delusion I've developed over the last couple years where I think if I'm invested in something it'll depreciate the value of said thing but only for me and not for anybody else so like. Say I really like Blue Dogs. Somebody else likes Blue Dogs. I'm the only one liking a 'dumb' thing. The thing becomes dumb once -I- like it. It's like there are two universes created. It fuuuucking sucks.

This spills over a little into my own creative projects. I start feeling frozen and embarrassed of my stories I've busted my ass and gone to COLLEGE in order to be good at writing. Again, it's something my therapist and I are working on. I've started joining various niche communities to try and build up my confidence again.

When I started, I was pretty uncomfortable and unsure of how I felt about things but I really needed the money. Now I've gained confidence and opened up to more things. This is something I only found out recently, but more folks than just me made art of their kinks/fetishes when they were younger and then felt guilty/ashamed for reasons they didn't really understood. So they hid their artwork!

I used to put all mine in the back of a notebook and then shove that notebook under the dresser in the back room of our house that nobody ever went into. The thing was, nobody ever went through my stuff, it was just me and my dad. There was 0 chance of anybody stumbling across it if it were just laying around or on my bookshelf. But I still felt the need to hide it.

Did that happen to any of yall? What kind of hiding places did you pick?
