I should have a few pieces completed.
Sorry for the lack of uploads last weekend. My throat swelled up something fierce, so I tried to get as much bed rest so it didn't develop into anything worse. Not sure what it was, but I'm pretty much all cleared up now. Nice to finally be able to eat again after a few days without C:
At my second job tomorrow, but them I'll all free for a few days for art.
Also, I have paid holiday soon, so as long as I don't get dragged away by my work friend, I should be able to get a lot of the backlog done!

Sadly, due to three large payment reversals ( I don't blame the customers, they were well within their right ) I will be making a large Orgy YCH this weekend, in hopes of making up that money.
Sorry, but I'm already 2 days late with rent because of this. I need to make that difference by Monday before the landlord takes action against me.
I haven't decided on how many slots. There won't be a great many. Probably about 6? Three front focus, and 3-4 background characters. probably a basic background, like a hot springs or the such.
I'll sketch something up after my Doctors appointment tomorrow. Finally seeing a nurse about my hips, and hopefully they can refer me to have proper tests/treatments. Though tbh, I've had such a bad experience with the NHS, that I have a horrible feeling they aren't going to do anything. Again.
I have several commissions completed, and several more WIPs done. And will be posting them up this weekend.

Well I mean, technically I'm seeing a nurse, but still, it's a start.
Friday I was gonna stream commissions, but now I have this appointment, I'll move the stream to maybe Sunday. I think it's just a talk with the nurse, and then hopefully I'll be put forward for proper tests another time to see what's wrong with my hips. Cause they a def getting worse. Collapsed several times at work today :T
I was gonna see if I could get tomorrow off (I'm in that much pain) but sadly, as there is currently an overtime ban at the shop, I can't get cover. Hell, could have broken my leg, and I would still be told to come in xD
Yes, I do hate my second job. It's a joke working for this company.
Anyway, hopefully I'll get my hips sorted out asap. I really miss long walks with the dog. Think she misses them too; can only manage several short ones a day atm :T
And I should have quite a few pieces to upload this weekend! Can barely move, so I'm gonna be as productive as I can be.

I'm making moves with owed art (But as usual, no commission uploads between Monday-Wednesday as I'm working my second job. And am usually too tired and in far too much pain to focus on art)
Though, because of how painful my legs/hips are, I may have to drop another shift at my second job. Which means more time for artwork. Waiting to hear back from the doctor's about an appointment to have my hips checked, cause bro, it's painful to walk sometimes. And I'm fed up with collapsing at work.

TL;DR
My internet is back. Telegram will be closing due to harassment, making a new business email instead ( Will make a journal about when it's up and running ). Regular uploads from now on.

Lack of Internet.
Ok, first off, I am sorry for being offline. Kind of beyond my control, when I had no stable internet for a LONG time ( I just changed provider as well as I could no longer afford my previous internet package, hence being offline ) but things are up and running again. Not the best internet, but it's enough to upload pieces, and maybe stream. I'll have to see.
Closing my Telegram.
I shouldn't have publicly announced it, and kept it to commissioners. Because I received harassment numerous times from it ( Not even from commissioners ), and due to my severe anxiety, it has put me off using the program. I know people prefer this method of communication, but due to my mental state ( Which has been so low, I've made two attempts this year - I will not be going into detail about ) I've decided to close Telegram, and move everything over to email again.
I shall remake Telegram, and limit it to trusted commissioners. And not make it publicly available.
Commissions.
I have tried to stay closed for the last few months, so that I can focus on older pieces. But, due to the fact I will no longer get extra pay from my second job ( No more extra time, and I've also lost a shift ), I will have to re-open again for commissions starting next week. I will start off with only one piece a week/two weeks. The bare minimum of what I need to survive.
With everything going on, bills/expenses have skyrocketed where I live. Especially electric, which has gone from £30, to £70. And I'm not even using more. The companies have just increased costs lol. So i really have no choice but to re-open, no matter what. Otherwise I will become homeless. And... well, I can't do anything on the streets, commissions wise...
Email.
I'm moving everything back over to email. I shall make a separate detailed journal about this once it's up and running.
Working list.
I believe Trello is still the best site for this? I shall be compiling all commissions/refunds owed, and making a new list. Of course, I strongly advise people to contact me if I miss them on the list. I shall post the list in a journal entry upon completion.
Health.
Safe to say it's pretty damn bad. But, now that I have internet, I will try to not let it get in the way of work. But some days, I may be in just too much pain to work, and I do apologise for this. I can't even see a doctor for nearly half a year due to the waiting list in this area. Supposed to be seeing a Therapist, but again, with everything going on, I can't.
That and I'm pretty much caring for my mother - who is incredibly bad off health wise atm. And refuses actual medical help. Despite 3 people living with her, I'm the one who has to drop everything in an instant, walk several miles to the next town, to take care of her. Which, has only worn my mental state down even further. But, she's my mother. I'd gladly jump off a bridge if she asked me to.

Ok so yes, where I live got hit bad by the thunderstorms going on.
We even lost power for several days due to it (And the place I work at got flooded. Though the hundreds of £s worth of frozen goods we lost due to the power cuts was naff.)
But power is back! I think the worst of the storms is over now. I do have work tomorrow and Wed, then I am on holiday til the 23rd.
I will be working non stop during that duration. Granted, a few hours a day I will have to check in on my mum due to her failing health, and the fact my siblings are completely fucking useless and just ignore her all day. So I have to walk to the neighbouring village where she lives to make sure she is fed and looked after. She is my mother, after all. Would leap off a bridge if she asked me to.
About to go to bed (Walking several miles home through flooded countryside is exhausting) but I thought it best to post a quick update as to why I was not online the last few days.
I'll be on Thursday evening to contact peeps on Telegram. Hopefully no more storms because I need to freaking work. I did manage to get some work done before the powercuts, but I will have WIPs and sketches to send to people on Thursday when I start work.

I am now home again.
With my mother's health deteriorating, I decided to spend my holiday with her. I know I said I would spend my holiday on artwork, but after what happened with my grandmother (I prioritized commission work over visiting her. I still regret that decision, as I missed saying my goodbyes to her) I refuse to let that happen again with my mother.
But I am now back home. And my online times will vary.
Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday OFFLINE (At my second job)
Thursday 6pm-9pm (I use Thursdays to care for my mother)
Friday/Saturday/Sunday 5pm-12pm
These are UK TIMES. I live in Britain.
I will be online on my Telegram during these times.
Some days I may work longer. It depends on my own health during that day (My own health is deteriorating as well, but I will strive for the full 7 hours)
I am also working on the last of the refunds. I will get back to people asap about those.

Sorry about that.
My internet was constantly cutting out, so I've had it fixed. Might even start streaming again. My mother also needed some help this week, and as the rest of my family (Who bloody live with her) are apparently useless, I had to constantly go over and help her out.
But! I am online for work tomorrow (It's nearly 1am while writing this journal so I'm about to hit the hay) so shall respond to everyone then. And will aim to have at least 2 pieces done a day for the remainder of my Holiday, then try for at least one a day when back to work.

3 more shifts at my second job, then I shall be spending 2 relaxing weeks doing art work.
Will try to get as much as I can done. Working today, but I may just get some WIP sketches done. Still not happy with anything I'm drawing.
Though Sunday/Monday next week may be spent away. It's my birthday after all, should probably do something other than work.

After a ridiculous bank holiday weekend, and having to help work on off days (We're stupidly short staffed) , I WILL BE online this weekend doing art.

Sorry for the radio silence!
It's the annual inspection/maintenance on my place. And thus, I have been very busy with that. A long with my second job.
The Estate agents are like.... super strict, so I have to make sure the place is 100%. So my days off work have been spent cleaning, and having mild panic attacks.
I seriously don't like strangers in my home, but I can't avoid it. Only downside to renting a place from an Agency. Wish I was back to renting privately; far less restrictions.
I will be back to work this weekend. And should have several pieces to upload!

Good news!
It has been ordered, and should arrive this Thursday in time for work. I generally don't do much art Monday-Wed due to my second job, so it's good timing.
Once I've gotten it, and there's no problems, I will get straight back on track with art.

First off, sorry for opening for YCHs again so soon. I really need to buy the new graphics tablet this week, and funds from those will go towards the first instalment payment.
Also, I'm waiting to hear if I am entitled to a money grant. Which shall go towards refunds still owed. Thank you for being patient with me about that. I shall try to have those all sorted by the end of the month.
Work has been slow lately due to the dodgy tablet. But as soon as I get the replacement, I hope to be back on track and more productive. Again, I appreciate people being so patient with me. Soon, due to my deteriorating health, commissions will be my main source of income, so I HAVE to sort myself out and get back on track. And organize better. I need to like... take lessons in that or something :T
I'll keep this short.

So, after 5 years, my tablet finally clonked.
Currently looking into buying a replacement. I can get one that I can pay in instalments, so hopefully I'll be back up and running this weekend. And shall have more art to post up then.
Sorry about this! I had hoped to get a few more months out of it.

My Cintiq 13 HD is getting on in years now. Pretty beaten up and does kinda clonk out from time to time, so I may need to get a replacement soon.
So was wondering what other people use?
I've been keeping an eye out for alternatives to Wacom. They are stupidly expensive now. But there are a lot of cheaper brands now. Who best to ask than other artists though?

Quick update:
REFUNDS
I shall be doing the last of the refunds next month. I am getting two paydays from my second job, and the second payday will be put towards the last of the refunds. I think there are 3-4 more due? Please do not send random payment requests to my paypal. I've received a few with little to no details attached to them. I'm not paying a random payment request that could be for anything.
MASS UPLOAD:
I have nearly 2 weeks off work. So will be focusing on old work. I aim to get so much done. Got quite a few sketch WIPs done, just have to sit down and power through them all.
If you have my telegram, please please please contact me. Even if you have, and for some reason, haven't had a response from me SEND ONE AGAIN. Sometimes messages are set as 'Read' for me, so I may end up brushing over a message that I haven't actually seen properly. My telegram is on my profile.
HEALTH:
The reason things have been so slow. I do apologise for that. But with everything going on, I'm not risking the hospital until I've had my vaccine jab. But not only am I suppose to be seeing someone about my deteriorating mental health (Which sadly led me to a drinking problem I'm now trying to deal with) but also the Doc I've been talking with thinks I may be developing Arthritis in my hips (Something I've been dealing with for years now, but has only just gotten worse the last year or so) But without scans, they cannot know for sure that's what's causing it. I just have all the symptoms.
So, until I can go in for treatment, I can only do home treatment. Which... isn't much. Weight lose and pain relief. It's also the reason I dropped a shift at work, because it was becoming way too pain to work some days.
Anyway, thought I'd post this at the end, just so people know what's up.

With my new work days, I'm adjusting when I do commissions accordingly.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday - Simple YCHs, sketch work
Thurs - Day off (Though may still end up working on commissions in the evening)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Complex commissions/YCHs
I'm really going to push myself now.
I may end up having to work full time from home soon. Kind of avoiding the Doctors so I don't get an official diagnosis, but I've been told what I could potentially be suffering from (Over the phone consultation got me worried). Which, could lead me to no longer be able to work at the store lol. Which means art will be my sole income once again. Not looking forward to it, but can't be helped.
So yes, I'm pushing myself to get back into the swing of things. Expect more regular uploads from now on!

I now have a 4 day weekend from now on. Which I shall be dedicating to artwork. Less shifts at my second job means more time at home for art.
Sorry for the recent silence. I lost a critter dear to me, so just needed some time to myself. But I am back to work now. Need to focus for a few hours, then I shall pop onto Telegram to check messages.
Will aim to get at least 5 pieces completed a week from now on. Starting next week anyway, doubt I'll get 5 pieces done in two days. Maybe 3?
Also will be offering 4 YCHs tonight. I'm nearly £200 short on rent due to having burned through all my savings now (I have not opened for proper artwork in over a year). So I really have to re-open for work again.
If you have not heard from me on Telegram, do not hesitate to throw a message my way again! Sometimes I miss them. I'll be popping onto Telegram later after I've worked on these pieces.

Got a few pieces to upload. Sadly most of the work I've done recently was requested to stay private, but I should have quite a bit completed over the weekend!
I'm gonna talk to my manager on Monday about dropping a shift at work, and make sure my name is off the extra hours list (I'm not gonna let them guilt trip me into doing extra shifts anymore) so I can dedicate more time to art. I seriously miss drawing more regularly tbh >.> Want to get back into doing it.
Having one less shift a week does mean I'll be £150 odd less off a month, and so I will have to open for regular commissions again. I've held off for nearly a year due to everything going on, but I can no longer do that. I have to pay rent and bills after all. I think I've gotten to half of the refunds owed? Thank you for being patient with me, I shall try and have these 100% done soon.
I shall reply to peeps on telegram tomorrow. It's 7am and I'm super tired. Work put my anxiety over the edge, so I haven't responded to everyone yet. But I shall get to you all!
