As the title says. I'm holding back my search for an apartment. I just got a bill in for my student loans and its setting me back by $2000 which really fucks over my plans. At the best I can't move into a new place until around January.

Sorry.

I've been searching for my own place to live for about a year now. I found a pretty decent apartment complex, but after five months of being on their waiting list, I'm kinda gettin impatient.

Does anyone know anyone in the area of Lafayette, preferably in the city itself (Near Johnston, Congress, or Ambassador Caffery) that is also looking for an apartment or rental house? I only have a few stipulations.

I have to be able to walk/bike to work or be close enough to the bus line that travels to or near the mall of acadiana. I work near there and do not want to burden people with driving me there all the time. So if you think you could help spread the word.
